Mayor Sam Exclusive: Ex. CD-14 Staffer Statement Regarding Alleged Councilman Huizar's Workplace Conduct

In a Mayor Sam Exclusive,  we have received, and given permission from a "Former CD-14 Council Office Staffer", to post a Statement regarding alleged Workplace Misconduct involving current Chief of Staff Paul Habib ............,  along with City Councilman Jose Huizar.
\
City of Los Angeles CD-14 City Councilman observes as Wife Richelle Rios Huizar greets, then Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton.
** Blogger's Notes: In the last couple of months, the Mayor Sam Blog been made aware of the departure of numerous CD-14 Staff Members (mostly females), as the speculation regarding a very-possible Richelle Rios Huizar 2020 CD-14 City Council Campaign nears reality. The political aspirations of the loyal Wife of the "past occasional-straying Officeholder", is predicated on her Husband's Power of Status on the City Council (as noted in the recent Downtown News Editor Jon Regardie Missive) and most important ........., his workplace/personal conduct. On Monday, we received a Statement from an Ex. Staffer, that if true, has dire implications for the continuance of the "Team Huizar Brand" (and those other Former Staffers, who seek to politically-benefit on their silence).  For the record, the identity of the Ex. Staffer remains anonymous at their request .........., and we accord the Office of Councilman Huizar the respect to respond (redspotincd14@yahoo.com) ......... if they choose-----Scott Johnson. ** Afternoon Update: Richelle Rios Huizar announces her campaign.

Mayor Sam Exclusive: Wendy Carrillo's "Campaign of Endorsements" an Invitation to Re-expose the Past Inconvenient Truths of Jose Huizar?

On the eve of the next 51st Assembly District (AD) Candidate Forum at California State University Los Angeles (CSULA), the Wendy Carrillo's "Campaign by Endorsements" ......, is in part, an invitation to re-expose the Inconvenient Truths (and past Sexual Harassment/Inappropriate Conduct allegations) of her former boss, CD-14 City Councilman Jose Huizar.
"A few years ago, I had the honor and the privilege to serve the constituents within the 34th Congressional District through my work for Councilmember Jose Huizar as a part of his Communications team. I am appreciative of the Councilmember’s mentorship and friendship throughout the years, as he and I share in a common vision for our communities. Thank you, Councilmember Huizar, for the opportunity to serve the 14th Council District and the 34th Congressional District." —Wendy

Sara Hernandez: Standing Up to Donald Trump ......., while KNEELING before "Tonto Huizar" for Endorsement?

While 34th Congressional District Candidate Sara Hernandez touts her Anti-Bully Educator Qualifications, the former CD-14 City Councilman Jose Huizar Staffer (and apparent recipient of her Ex Boss'es ENDORSEMENT), is the SUBJECT of our latest Bloggin Teachable Moment on HYPOCRISY in campaigning ......., with supporting documentation via Michael "MEAT" Trujillo, the Pasadena PD and Francine Godoy-Soto.
This Sara Hernandez Testimonial is STRONGLY approved by the "Tonto Huevon of CD-14".
Unlike Pinto in Animal House, Sara Hernandez was a willing ENABLER for her "Tonto Political Diablo" ....... while ignoring "Angel Francine's (Godoy-Soto) alleged, Harassment Testimonial".
** Blogger's Notes: Happy Hump Day before next Tuesday's 34th Congressional District Special Election as we present .........., a SPECIAL BLOGGIN TEACHABLE MOMENT, featuring alleged Anti-Bully Educator (and former CD-14 City Councilman Jose Huizar Enabling Staffer), now Congressional Candidate Sara Hernandez.
As the aspiring Congressional Candidate seeks to promote herself as the Classroom-trained Choice to deal with the supposed "Bully President Donald Trump", in the place of NOW, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, we list the following questions below regarding behavioral situations that could take place in a Classroom/Campus, CD-14 City Council Office, during a Re-election Campaign ......., or at a Ole Town Pasadena Spa (allegedly).

Hot Teasing Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Monday

As a once-envisioned, Neighborhood-representing, counter balance to the City Hall Power Structure, become increasingly, mere communal rubber-stamps for the Special Interests-beholden Los Angeles City Clowncil Central Committee, the subjective Leadership of Empower LA General Manager Grayce Liu, in regulating the Neighborhood Council System, is creating an environment of self-serving cronyism .........., and an unsafe environment for those who dare to speak out (or bloggin comment).
An increasingly Disempowering LA's NCs General Manager Grayce Liu.
**  Disclaimer: The following is sure to ingratiate this blogger further with a certain City of LA Department General Manager that is increasingly acting subjectively in enforcing policies that in turn, benefit the latest crony favorites of the local Clowncilperson, to the detriment of respective neighborhoods city-wide.
Witness the latest incarnation of the LA-32 Neighborhood Council, where the approval of CD-14 City Clowncilman Jose Huizar (via screening by his loyal El Sereno Field Office Staffer Julio Torres), is a requirement for any Stakeholder seeking to serve on the supposed, communal-representing entity ........., and those who don't, face branding (or blacklisting) as "challenging" ........, or worse.
In a Mayor Sam Exclusive, we disclosed the recent verbal and physical action by a LA-32 NC Board Member, targeting a retired, Female Law Enforcement Officer during the July General Board Meeting .........,and what is the response to a "Request for Comment" from the former Failure Mayor Antonio (now Villargovea)-appointed GM, responsible for insuring the safety of ALL partaking in NC-related activities?  NOTHING, NADA, NO COMMENT!!
This lack of granting the courtesy of a response, is sadly becoming a tired tactic of GM Liu in seeking to brand Stakeholders/Constituents seeking to question ethically-challenged decisions via respective NCs  ........,, as challenging trouble makers.
Yet, more troubling is the adverse ramifications the subjective implementation of policies via GM Liu (and staff), are having upon neighborhoods, along with the punitive branding of those who merely seek to objective question the actions that are increasingly disenfranchising Stakeholders ..........., and in the days ahead, we will keyboard specific examples of such.
Mrs. and Mr. Francine Godoy (seated on the right).
** We understand that these are not the "Best of Times" for the Spouse of former CD 14 City Clowncilman Jose Huizar Scheduler.Deputy Chief of Staff Francine "Bigfoot" Godoy Marco Soto. The noted Taxi Company Lobbyist (and Board Member of the Hermon-located Los Angeles International Charter High School), recently saw legislation to further regulate rival UBER, go down in defeat in Sacramento (prompting a graphic retort from State Senator Ben Hueso) may find some interest in the following from California Aware.

A bill that would place charter schools under the same transparency rules as their public counterparts faces a likely veto. AB 709 by Assembly Member Mike Gipson (D-Gardena) would put charter schools (except those on tribal reservations) under either the Brown Act or the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act—depending on whether their sponsors were local or state entities—as well as the California Public Records Act and state laws barring conflicts of interests in government and requiring the filing of public statements of economic interests by the board members and key employees. The need for such sunshine regulation, at least in some states, is suggested by an August 21 report on John Oliver’s “Last Week Tonight” program. The bill got a final vote of approval Wednesday (August 24) and is now headed for the Governor’s desk. It may well die there as did a similar measure last year, because Governor Brown, as mayor of Oakland, founded two charter schools there and, according to columnist Dan Walters, has “placed $20 million in ‘startup funds’ for new charters in his 2016-17 budget.”

We wonder what Mr. Soto's (and political friends) "Real Opinion" of the Mayor Sam Blog would be if we increased our discerning coverage of the Charter School's governess (or maybe we already do)?/

HOT Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Monday

As we near the One Year Mark before the 2017 City of Los Angeles Municipal Elections, we ponder what could possibly inflict damage to the formidable, Second Term Campaign of Mayor Eric Garcetti. Hint, mayoral office staff infighting ........., or worst.
An upward ambitious Mayor should never go soft on staff nefarious behavior, allegedly.
Could there be a mystery mayoral staffer in need of behavior modification (again), allegedly?

** Blogger's Note: We will call this a momentary, bloggin intuitive episode, driven by whispers originating from somewhere within the confines of 200 Spring Street. While the speculation here is only that, the potential for inflicting damage to the Second Term ambitions (and possible future higher office aspirations) of Mayor Eric Garcetti, if true, would be major.
To be specific, there are whispers of someone within Mayor Garcetti's inner-circle, who allegedly has issues restraining her/himself within the workplace, in regards to conduct with other staff. Names have been broached, but in the interest of protecting the duo process rights of those individuals, they won't be mentioned here.
Its not out of the norm for another political faction, to exaggerate a officeholder staff's inner-debate, disagreements, arguments .......... and misrepresent them as something more nefarious, especially at Election Time.
But with the recent high-level departures in recent months from Team Garcetti, these momentary intuitive moments, merit further vetting.
**  We have a bloggin tip from a reliable source that former Failure Mayor Antonio Villar, is set to front a Super PAC on behalf of his female political twin US Senate Candidate Loretta Sanchez. The duo who share the love of drink ...... and of the opposite sex, support the same want of replacing the retiring Senator Barbara Boxer with a So Cal Democrat.
** In response to our Francine Godoy/Marco Soto Missive last week, we received this tip from within the confines of the Bureau of Sanitation Workplace, which simply stated the following; "Who will you see at work first, Bigfoot or Francine Godoy?"(** if you have a confirmed Francine Work Sighting, email us at redspotincd14@yahoo.com)

Some Thursday Morning Chisme on Marco and Francine Godoy

With an "Occasional Physical Relationship" between Francine Godoy and CD 14 City Councilman Jose Huizar a "Private Settlement Past", we can only speculate on the current state of Domestic (and Professional) Affairs in the now Francine and Marco Soto Household.
The Hillside Village Power Couple of Francine Godoy and Marco Soto (together on the right of photo).
Could the "Francine/Huizar Settlement" be opening political doors for Taxi Lobbyist Marco?

** Blogger's Note: There is nothing more desirable in rising with the Morning Sun, than HOT bloggin political CHISME, especially when its CD-14-centric, involving a certain former Deputy Chief of Staff ..........., and her new Beau, Taxi Lobbyist Marco Soto.
For the low information, occasional cyber reader, Marco Soto was the "other man (now husband)" that help bring to an end a "Rare, Consensual Physical Relationship" between CD 14 City Councilman Jose Huizar and his former Scheduler, turned $130,000 a year "Deputy Chief of Staff" Francine Godoy.
Since the "Private Settlement" between Godoy and Councilman Huizar that brought an end to her Sexual Harassment Lawsuit, Godoy and now Husband Marco Soto have settled into a Hillside Village Home (bought by her in 2009).
Godoy, now supposedly a Bureau of Sanitation Employee, has for all practical purposes, disappeared into the vast city department (if you have a confirm Francine Work Sighting, email us at redspotincd14@yahoo.com).
But meanwhile, we are hearing ALOT about the alleged Father of her child ........., but that will be continued to our next episode of "Chisme on Marco and Francine Godoy.

Images and Notes on the Upcoming Municipal Elections for Saturday

As the Candidates for City Council, LAUSD, LACCD and the dueling on either side of Charter Amendment 1 & 2, initiate their respective "Get Out The Vote (GOTV)" activities this weekend, we post for our review, news, images and notes from the various races across the city.
With appreciation to Hans Johnson from the "Save Our City Elections/No on Charter Amendment 1 & 2" Campaign, we now have our Official "Private Citizen/Deceitful Campaign Consultant" John Shallman Portrait.
** With no apologies to "Private Citizen/Deceitful Campaign Consultant" John Shallman, we make this early Tuesday Election Perdition, that the superbly orchestrated "Save Our City Elections" Campaign, will have an impact upon several City Council Elections, as those who were smart enough to join the growing "No on Charter Amendment 1 & 2 Coalition", will likely benefit from a Coattail Effect as evidenced below.
Voter sentiment on Charter Amendments 1 and 2 appears to be souring. At a community forum Wednesday, Feb. 25, in Eagle Rock attended by more than 100 people and featuring candidates for the seat representing Council District 14, including candidates who are opponents and supporters of the measures, event moderator and NBC reporter Mekahlo Medina asked the crowd for a show of hands on whether they support or oppose the charter amendments. According to estimates by several observers, more than 80 percent of attendees indicated they opposed the measures.
** The following photo was seen on the "Facebook Wall" on the politically-connected El Sereno Restaurant "Hecho En Mexico".
Would Francine's former Boss support the veracity of this message?
** As the Los Angeles Times Editorial Board takes the "Tepid White Mayor" Eric Garcetti to task for his silence in regards to taking positions on Ballot Measures and endorsing Candidates in Tuesday's Municipal Election, his appointed, paid President of the Board of Public Works Kevin James, has this message for CD 6 Voters.
Mayor Garcetti to now City Hall Insider Board of Public Works President Kevin James: "Your endorsement of CD 6 City Councilwoman Nury Martinez, looks so Establishment!!
** With a US Court Judge choosing to overlook the blatant, racial motivations behind the now litigious 2012 City of Los Angeles Redistricting Commission Backroom Dealings, City Clowncil Central Committee Strongman Herman "Mini Amin" Wesson got a mailbox reminder of some of those supposed, racially-theme comments made behind close doors .........., and surprise, surprise, he was not too happy with the content.
An African-American Strongman needed to cleanse a certain ethnic group?

Mayor Sam Exclusive Part One: CD 14 CLARTS FUND Full Disclosure ....., from FY 04 to Present

In a Mayor Sam Exclusive, we disclose for the first time, the definitive line item print out on the Central Los Angeles Refuge Transfer Station (CLARTS) Amenities Fund, from Fiscal Year 2004 to Present, in the First of our Three Part Series which exposes Councilman Huizar's use of Discretionary Funds.
Inside the CLARTS Facility on Washington Blvd in CD 14.
** Blogger's Note: Its been a long time coming ........, but at last, the hard work by the likes of Carlos Morales, Terry Marquez, David "Zuma Dogg" Saltsburg, Jose Aguilar, the 2011 Rudy Martinez for City Council Campaign ........., and former City Councilman Nick Pacheco, has been rewarded as we fully disclose the most definitive, line item, fiscal documentation on the Central Los Angeles Refuge Transfer Station (CLARTS) Amenities Fund. Created by then Councilman Pacheco in roughly 2001-02, the fund was to serve in funding community amenities within solely CD-14 (view the video below for more background on the creation of the CLARTS Fund). The Fund was modeled after an amenities fund in CD 7, sustained with fees from the Lopez Canyon Landfill. Simply, if the Lopez Canyon Amenities Fund worked in providing funding in the communities impacted by the Landfill, then why not replicate the same idea in the areas impacted by the now city-owned CLARTS location? Thus, a CD 14 Amenities Fund was born. Unfortunately for then Councilman Pacheco, he did not get the chance to fully see his vision of the CLARTS Fund come to fruition as he lost re-election to Antonio Villar in 2003. Since that time, especially under the reign of current Councilman Jose Huizar, issues regarding openness and transparency regarding CLARTS-related expenditures, have become controversial.(even becoming an issue in the 2013 CD 9 City Council Elections). The blunt facts were (and still are) that The Office of Councilman Jose Huizar, ignored numerous California Public Records Acts requests which led to speculation of possible nefarious fiscal conduct that we extrapolate further upon below. But before continuing, we can report as of the end of 2014, the brainstorm of late Councilman Pacheco's Chief of Staff Lloyd Monserratt ......., has a balance of $843,395.94---Scott Johnson in CD 14.
Then CD 14 City Councilman Nick Pacheco explaining the evolution and vision behind the creation of the CLARTS Fund, to the Boyle Heights Neighborhood Council in 2002.

A Bloggin Exercise in Fact-checking Gloria Molina's "Paycut Mailer"

With the first of Gloria Molina's Campaign Mailers arriving in the mailboxes, we engage in the Public Service of deconstructing the alleged factual statements made within its glossy contents of what we will call "The Pay Cut Mailer".
With the disclosure of Councilman Huizar's Property Tax Issues, its a given that he will not match Gloria Molina's "Paycut Pledge".
** Blogger's Note: The waiting is sometimes the hardest part when seeking the first issues-related campaign mailer from a prominent politician, who has not been engage in a contested election in recent times. Surely, the discerning political observer were wondering when the fiscally-challenged Molina Campaign would counter the recent rain of Incumbent Councilman Huizar mailers into mail boxes district-wide......., but the wait is over and it was worth it. In what can only be described as an effective use of pledges and facts, the Molina Campaign has crafted a Talking Points Document to voters, which should instill greater interest in her latest political endeavor, while rekindling debate on past Huizar's CLARTS Fund Controversy, as we extrapolate upon further below----Scott Johnson in CD 14.

Latest Councilman Huizar (dis)Honor for the First Monday of Campaign 2015

Just in time for Reelection Campaign 2015, embattled CD 14 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Jose "The Tonto Huevon" Huizar earns himself another dubious honor by being named to the "eBoss Watch 100 Worst Boss List" (a distinction many ex staffers may agree is long overdue).
Being labeled "The Tonto Huevon" of the Los Angeles City Clowncil Central Committee does wonders for your chances of earning national dubious distinctions.
Which Billboard Company will be the first to prop up "The Tonto Huevon's" latest (dis)honor?

Mayor Sam Exclusive: The True Public Cost of the "Tonto Huevon" and "Sancha Francine" Affair/ Sexual Harassment Episode

As Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer proclaims that the Private Settlement between City Clowncil Central Committee Member Jose "Tonto Huevon" Huizar and former Deputy Chief of Staff Francine "Sancha" Godoy, would cost the taxpayers no money, we present the contrary facts that should prompt further investigating.
Both the "Tonto Huevon" and "Sancha Francine" are all smiles regarding their Private Settlement for reasons of self-preservation.
**Blogger's Note: A bloggin confession for the record. Darn!! The CD 14 / City of Los Angeles Political Trial of the early 21st Century, came to naught and I am still suffering from the bloggin blues. But rest assure, for despite the utterings of City Attorney Mike "Bet Tzedek" Feuer about the taxpayers not having to pay a cent in the "Private Settlement" between City Clowncil Central Committee Member Jose "Tonto Huevon" and his former Deputy Chief of Staff "Sancha Francine" Godoy, regarding her claims of Sexual Harassment, there is still a bloggin missive to be told on the real dollar cost of the nearly seven year, occasional, consensual, sexually-abusive episode (believe what you wish). Based upon numerous discussions with former CD 14 staffers, friends of both subjects and knowing insiders, we partake below in an exercise of bloggin extrapolation, in seeking to pin a true dollar amount on the cost of an inappropriate, narcissism-driven relationship that both parties chose to settle in private, rather than take full accountability in disclosing the truth (and cost to the taxpayers)---Scott Johnson in CD 14.

Morning Brief on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Tuesday

There is no minimum amount of critical musing when it comes to panning a pirating of a Campaign Gimmick for political gain.
The pirating of a "Campaign Gimmick" stimulates creative use of Photoshop.
WHO WE ARE-It was the closing days of the dreariest mayoral campaign imaginable and the unions that so heavily backed the indecisive Wendy Greuel flooded the city’s poor neighborhoods with mailings and sound trucks blaring with the good news: $15 an hour minimum wage if she wins.
Eric Garcetti was beside himself, denouncing Greuel for taking the millions of dollars in union money he wished he’d gotten and calling the ploy to nearly double the minimum wage a "cynical attempt to buy votes." It gives, he told reporters, “false hope to people who are struggling to make ends meet … a $15 minimum wage, that sets up a false expectation." You can’t call Garcetti a total hypocrite for coming out on Labor Day in support of raising the minimum wage 22 percent every year to bring it to $13.25 an hour by 2017 when he will be seeking re-election. Maybe he’s only a three-quarters hypocrite though you can bet all you’ve got it will get to $15 an hour soon enough.

** A blogging flashback moment via Jack Humphreville as he muses on the upcoming CD 14 Campaign between Jose Huizar, Gloria Molina (and John Perez?) ........,
Huizar is also embroiled in a couple of scandals, including a 2012 car accident which the City settled for $185,000 in March of 2014. The major scandal involves a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by Francine Godoy, his former aide, alleging that married Huizar retaliated against her for refusing to continue their sexual relationship.  During her tenure in his office, the very attractive Godoy’s salary increased from $47,000 in 2006 to $132,000 in 2013, during which time she moved into an adjoining office to Huizar that had a specially constructed connecting door.

** LA Downtown News Editor and reigning "Scribe of Wit" Jon Regardie is no one's fool in musing his cynical thoughts (mixed with facetious word play) about a proposed voter lottery to stimulate turnout at the polls ........,
OK, I’m being facetious, but as mentioned above, how about looking at cash payouts only after trying other steps? Those steps, by the way, include having city politicians acknowledge that their attempts at career longevity are part of the problem. Actually, they’re about 88% of the problem. Get-out-the-vote efforts by politicians who target their own constituencies are much more effective for them when the voting pool is miniscule. That and other machinations mean many local elections are highly, if legally, manipulated. Said another way, local balloting is increasingly more a coronation than an election. While theoretically anyone can run for any office, the power of entrenched office holders and political machines, including big-money labor and business groups, means that choice is quashed long before election day.

Your thoughts ...............,

Its Sunday's Bloggin Comments to Mayor Sam for 8-10-14

Its time to highlight those "Anonymous Maverick Commentators", who take the time to offer their respective insight/spin/chisme on our bloggin musings, (of course, we do not take responsibility, or endorse the comments noted here as true, but heck, sometimes they provide a tipoff worth further investigating).

In selecting this week's comments for highlighting, please note that we do not endorse, or condone the musings of our "Anonymous Maverick Commentators" as being true, but then if one searches the cyber archives of this blog, you can't discount the chisme posted here---Scott Johnson
Former CD 14 City Clowncilman Jose Huizar's Deputy Chief of Staff Francine Godoy stirs up the comments regarding her Sexual Harassment Lawsuit against the Princeton Graduate.
**The mention of former CD 14 Deputy Chief of Staff and current Sexual Harassment Litigant Francine Godoy, even indirectly when musing on her ex. boss proclivity of verbally abusing employees, is growing thin (with the exception of "John Justice") on some, but leave it one to offer a tidbit of alleged chisme .........
Anonymous said .... Francine is not a victim. She was aware of the repercussions being the mistress (obvious in denial). Sounds like, Huizar didn't give her the wife role she wanted so badly. Her behavior is common to a vindictive mistress retaliating. She should be sued for wasting tax payers dollars while on her back performing her "duties".. You have to wonder what was her job description. Sincerely a Concerned Tax Payer

Remembering the Fifth Anniversity of Clowncilman Huizar's Abusive Tirade at LAPD's Hollenbeck National Night Out

Its the Fifth Anniversary of CD 14 City Clowncil Central Committee Bad Boy Jose Huizar's infamous Abusive Tirade at the LAPD Hollenbeck Police Station "National Night Out" in 2009. In dishonor of the Princeton Graduate's "Abuse of Female Staffers (allegedly)", we offer this bloggin flashback.
Never underestimate the Princeton Graduate's temperamental tendencies (especially when directed at females).
The target of Huizar's tirade, Celina Mancia (in yellow) after leaving CD 14's staff.
** Blogger's Note: Five years ago today, many in attendance at the new Hollenbeck Police Station "National Night Out" were witness to an ugly spectacle of abusive behavior by now alleged Sexual Harasser CD 14 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Jose Huizar. Now in 2014 as the Princeton Graduate gets closer to his day in court regarding the allegations of Sexual Harassment by former Deputy Chief of Staff Francine Godoy, its telling to read again the comments of those who witnessed his unforgettable, abusive tirade directed at ex Staffer Celina Mancia and not come away with the thought that the current CD 14 Officeholder is a embattled politico with "inner-issues". If Godoy and Huizar do meet in court, one should expect that Huizar's issues with female abuse, especially in the workplace, may play a role in Godoy's Legal Team strategy to reinforce the abusive image of the embattled CD 14 Officeholder---Scott Johnson in CD 14
** 8:27 I was there and saw the whole thing. Jose really lost it, he was yelling at a couple of his staff. One young girl got the brunt of it. I thought he was going to strike her. I really felt scared for her. The sad thing about it was that no one did a thing to stop him. He was surrounded by male staff and they just watched in fear. I cant say why he was mad, just that it did happen.August 05, 2009 11:16 PM
** I was there too along with someone from the Voice who witnessed the whole thing. I felt sad for the girl who looked like she was going to get punched. Hyizzy was wagging his finger in her face and yelling. I'd like to see the Hoser shove that chubby finger in Henry's face and get it shoved up his fat ass.August 05, 2009 11:50 PM
** Everyone saw Jose lose it. He was up on stage when he heard Henry Casas was in the audience and starting questioning everyone about why Henry was there. He stormed up to that young girl, put is hands in her face-so close I was just waiting for him to strike her and just starting screaming at her. Everyone just stood there scared. It was ugly, he stormed off, she looked so terrified I thought she was going to cry.

Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Monday

As CD 1 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Gil "Broken Deal Cedillo" allegedly goes back on his pledge to install segregated cycling lanes on Figueroa in Highland Park, peddling advocates step up the pressure on the First Term Clowncilman.
What will come first in "Broken Deal Cedillo's" CD 1, dedicated lanes of legalization for Illegals, or segregated cycling zones of safety?
Let the backlash begin!!
Former Assemblyman "One Bill Gil"/State Senator "One Bill Gil"/Assemblyman "One Bill Gil" again, now CD 1 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Gil "Broken Deal Cedillo", is facing a growing backlash over a troubling proclivity of reneging on promises to his supposed supporters.
Regardless on which side of this issue you fall on, many segments of the activist community in CD 1, are growing discontent with a Clowncil Member who's list of Broken Deals is engendering a new coalition of disenchanted former supporters, who are already looking for new leadership.

** Northeast LA is also Ground Zero for a growing LAPD Scandal (and a rise in violent crime rates), involving nefarious, false documentation of Patrol Cars on the streets. The term "Ghost Cars" pertains to supposed LAPD vehicles patroling on paper, but in reality are not.

** Longtime "Daily Valley Moldy Green Sheet" (aka LA Daily News) City Hall Beat Writer Rick Orlov, notes in today's "Tipoff Column", a rising "LAPD Blue Rank and File Wave of Discontent" about to descend on City Hall tomorrow, as the Police Protective League choreographs its push back, after the membership voted down Mayor Garcetti's proposed contract.

** Lastly, according to a reliable source, former CD 14 Clownciman Deputy Chief of Staff Francine Godoy is closing the door in the face of her former boss's attempt to settle Sexual Harassment allegations. Godoy allegedly processes numerous amounts of documentation that substantiates her allegations that Clowncilman Huizar engaged in inappropriate workplace misconduct. CD 14 Political Observers are keeping watch for any new revelations that may prompt other candidates to enter the 2015 Election.

Darn!! Francine wants to take me all the way to trial.

Mayor Sam Exclusive: Did Councilman Huizar use Tax Dollars to furnish a Closer, Intimate Working Relationship with Francine Godoy?

In a Mayor Sam Exclusive, we expose documentation that allegedly disclose Taxpayer's financed makeover of CD 14 Councilman Huizar's City Hall Office to facilitate a closer, intimate "Working Relationship" between the Princeton Graduate and former Scheduler, turned Deputy Chief of Staff Francine Godoy.
What was the real reason for Councilman Huizar's wall and side door installation in 2007? Maybe he needed quick assess to his "Scheduler"?
** Blogger's Note: As settlement talks move forward between CD 14 City Councilman Jose Huizar and his former "Scheduler, turned Deputy Chief of Staff" Francine Godoy regarding the ex staffer's Sexual Harassment Lawsuit against the Princeton Graduate, we disclose documentation they may further reveal the alleged close "working relationship" between the two and its cost to the taxpayers. Soon after his election to his First Full Term in 2007, Councilman Huizar requested that the City of Los Angeles General Services Department install a new drywall partition and doorway within his City Hall Office (as noted in the document below). Continue below, .............
Councilman Huizar's Wall and Door Installation costs the taxpayers $14,000 plus.
...., most, if not all City Councilperson's Offices at 200 Spring Street, have one main entrance, Thus, speculation was rampant on the real reason why Councilman Huizar allegedly had requested this modification, ...... and the person of interest was none other than Scheduler Francine Godoy. According to multiple sources, Councilman Huizar wanted the wall and door installed to provide Godoy "direct assess" to his office, which would bypass the normal entrance visible to most within the CD 14 City Hall Office. Continue below ................
Was "Scheduler, turned Deputy Chief of Staff'" Francine Godoy's rapid rise in power within Councilman Huizar's Office, predicated on her direct assess to service the needs of her boss?
....., as Godoy rose up the ranks (and in salary) among CD 14 Staffers, speculation became more rampant regarding her true responsibilities within the City Hall Office. As Councilman Huizar disclosed in his choreographed response to Godoy's allegations of Sexual Harassment, there was a supposed occasional, consensual sexual relationship between the two. This causes one to ponder if those alleged, consensual acts were expedited by a taxpayer finance office modification? Continue below ........

Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Monday

As CD 14 City Clowncil Central Committee's reigning Bad Boy Jose Huizar's Attorney Dennis Walsh seeks to keep personal and medical records, along with information regarding "Sexual History" of both his client and former Deputy Chief of Staff Francine Godoy, from being made public, Godoy seeks to expand her Sexual Harassment Lawsuit.
Will making public the Personal, Medical and Sexual History of both Francine Godoy and the "Dear Charro, Princeton Graduate", prompt CD 14 Constituents to take action at the Polling Place in 2015, to protect themselves from a dreaded Third Term of "Sleazy Huizzy"?
Will fellow, former CD 14 Staffers stand by Francine Godoy's assertion of a hostile work environment"?
Good Bloggin Monday morning to all as we want to advise all that the following missive is rated PG-17 (ie. anyone under the age of 18 should seek guidance from parents regarding the content of this blog post, that is unless you are above the age of 13 in the area of the Lincoln Heights Neighborhood Council. Thus, old enough to vote and be exploited by the likes of Vera Padillo for personal gain, but I digress)).
Because of this, don't be surprise if the legal proceedings on April 23 disclose some further inconvenience truths regarding the ugly, inner-personal of "Sleazy Huizzy".
** While the likes of City Clowncil Central Committee Members Joe "Blue Dog Democrat" Buscanio, Mitch "Spring Street RINO" Englander, along with a former "Shock Talk Radio Host", turned paid, Political Operative shill for their proposed "Supplement Our Spending, SOS LA Sale Tax Hike Scheme", KABC 790 AM Morning Drive Host and "Daily Valley Moldy Green Sheet" (aka Daily News) Columnist Doug McIntyre, hits a missive shot over the wall, in noting the following as excerpted below ..........
Worse than Detroit?
Really?
Despite the date, April 1st, the prestigious UCLA Anderson Forecast is not known for either pranks or hyperbole. With Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti in attendance, the economists charged with crunching the numbers on the L.A. economy dropped a couple of doozies on us last Wednesday.
From December 1993 through December 2013, Los Angeles failed to produce any new jobs. That’s “any.”
Zip. Nada. As in none.
In fact, we lost 3.1 percent of our jobs, ranking Los Angeles dead last in job growth among the top 32 largest metropolitan areas in the United States.

........ and what will the insiders of the 2020 Commission propose in their anticipated follow-up report later in the week? More of the same fail policies.

** Doug McIntyre's Newsprint Colleague Rick Orlov's Monday Tipoff Column begins with the ramifications to local elections, pertaining from the recent McCutcheon Supreme Court Case which lifts restrictions on contributions to campaigns. Thus, in the spirit of putting the courts decision in local, political layman terms, we present the following hypothetical situation.

"If DWP/IBEW Strongman Brian D'Arcy Rizzo had stash away a portion of the unaudited Joint IBEW/DWP Job Safety Training Non-Profit for future, nefarious political use, he can now donate the maximum amount to each 2015 City Council Election and continue to fund Working Californians with an unlimited amount of money".

......, makes you wonder if the recent Supreme Court Decision is behind the times when it comes to local politics, allegedly.

Your thoughts ..............

Outtakes from CD 14 Special Report: Year in Review

As the "Political Nightmare that was 2013" for CD 14 City Councilman Jose Huizar, nears its climax, we look back on the controversies that will surely carry over into a contentious 2015 re-election battle starting soon.
**Blogger's Note: Somewhere this evening, a certain lonely politico (maybe remaining political friend City Council President Herb "Mini Amin" Wesson still stand by him?) will gladly toast away for good a disastrous 2013 as CD 14's embattled City Councilman. With lawsuits in the courts regarding his First Street Driving Adventure, alleged Sexual Harassment of former Staffer Francine Godoy and the 2012 Redistricting Scandal, the shine that once radiated from a rising political star, has been replace by a foul stench of a politico hack who's past dubious behavior may come calling at the polling place come 2015 (or sooner in a court of law). But worse for the Princeton Graduate is his "inner turmoil of soul and character" that has seen him admit to "occasional, unfaithful behavior" and is compounded by health issues of his youngest daughter. Most public figures (with a semblance of character) would surely place family paramount and walk away from the political circus to repair the damage at home and find healing for his family, but for Councilman Huizar, his "Political Machismo" is such that despite the political warning signs that 2014 could end up worse, he will forge forward, on a collision course with a "Political Day of Judgment in 2015"---Scott Johnson in CD 14
The Official Vehicle of "Outtakes from CD 14", which can go from zero to a six-figure claim against the City of Los Angeles, on First Street in Boyle Heights.
With all the recent attention focus on the alleged Sexual Harassment Lawsuit of former Deputy Chief of Staff Francine Godoy, many CD 14 observers and constituents have most likely forgotten about Councilman Huizar's October, 2012 rear ending of a retire Huntington Park Police Officer near First and Boyle in Boyle Heights. While the common spin was that Huizar was not legally drunk at the time of his blowing into the tube (after sitting for two hours in the back of a Hollenbeck Division Squad Car, allegedly), the fact remains that the city is on the receiving end of a $500,000 claim that alleged violations of reporting protocols regarding reporting accidents in city-owned vehicles. Then there is the fact that a Happy Hour Birthday Party was being held for Huizar Staffer Eric Martell that afternoon. Makes you go hmmm ................
What new salacious disclosures will come from former CD 14 Deputy Chief of Staff Francine Godoy's Sexual Harassment Lawsuit against her ex boss Councilman Huizar?
The Famous Zuma Dogg photo of Councilman Huizar's Blackberry.
2013 was the year that all the old comments from the past on Mayor Sam, regarding alleged inappropriate behavior between Councilman Huizar and former Deputy Chief of Staff Francine Godoy, become an "occasional consensual reality", via the admission of the Princeton Graduate. But with Godoy alleging that there was nothing consensual about their supposed private trysts, we ponder whether another former Huizar staffer, turned defeated CD 9 City Council Candidate Ana Cubas, would be willing to describe for the record, the work place environment with the offices of CD 14?

Why was the FBI so interested in CD 14 City Councilman Jose Huizar?
Lets put aside tales of alleged drunk driving and infidelity for a fleeting moment and ponder whether
the insinuations made on this campaign mailer from the 2011 Rudy Martinez Campaign, are still on- going. In the recent leaked State Senator Ron Calderon FBI Affidavit, there are passages that refer to a previous investigation of "Two Los Angeles Officials". Further there is a passage where Senator Calderon describes a "Los Angeles City Councilman" who could be a "money drop" for fictitious Filmmaker Rocky Patel's attempt to buy political favors. Rumors have been flying around that the "political friendship" of City Council President Herb "Mini Amin" Wesson and Huizar has a mutualistic purpose in protecting their respective backsides from any nefarious dealings originating from the Building and Safety Department Bribery Scandal. Its common knowledge that former Building Inspector Samuel In, may have many tales of "political collaborations in CD 10 and 14" from his 40 plus years of employment, that came to a end when he admitted to taking bribes, to share with federal investigators.

** Lastly .........., 2013 saw the creation of a new CD 14 Political Adjective for retaliation in Eagle Rock when local Colorado Blvd. Merchants who opposed Councilman Huizar's Bike Lanes, were "Red-curbed".

The Lawsuit over the Backroom Redistricting 2012 Scandal heats up as Lawsuit Lead Attorney Leo Terrell request that the likes of City Clowncil Central Committee Strongman Herb "Mini Amin" Wesson, Mayor Eric Garcetti and CD 14 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Jose Huizar, waive the "Protective Orders" restricting potential witnesses from being deposed.
