Some Thursday Morning Chisme on Marco and Francine Godoy

With an "Occasional Physical Relationship" between Francine Godoy and CD 14 City Councilman Jose Huizar a "Private Settlement Past", we can only speculate on the current state of Domestic (and Professional) Affairs in the now Francine and Marco Soto Household.

Could the "Francine/Huizar Settlement" be opening political doors for Taxi Lobbyist Marco?

** Blogger's Note: There is nothing more desirable in rising with the Morning Sun, than HOT bloggin political CHISME, especially when its CD-14-centric, involving a certain former Deputy Chief of Staff ..........., and her new Beau, Taxi Lobbyist Marco Soto.

For the low information, occasional cyber reader, Marco Soto was the "other man (now husband)" that help bring to an end a "Rare, Consensual Physical Relationship" between CD 14 City Councilman Jose Huizar and his former Scheduler, turned $130,000 a year "Deputy Chief of Staff" Francine Godoy.

Since the "Private Settlement" between Godoy and Councilman Huizar that brought an end to her Sexual Harassment Lawsuit, Godoy and now Husband Marco Soto have settled into a Hillside Village Home (bought by her in 2009). 

Godoy, now supposedly a Bureau of Sanitation Employee, has for all practical purposes, disappeared into the vast city department (if you have a confirm Francine Work Sighting, email us at redspotincd14@yahoo.com).  

But meanwhile, we are hearing ALOT about the alleged Father of her child ........., but that will be continued to our next episode of "Chisme on Marco and Francine Godoy.
