Mayor Sam Special Report: "The CD-1 Clowncilman Gil Done Deal Cedillo Political Death Watch"

In a Mayor Sam Special Report, we are on the bloggin "CD-1 Clowncilman Gil Done Deal Cedillo Political Death Watch" as the formerly One Bill State Assemblyman, turned a Broken Deal City Councilman, is most likely to endure a crushing defeat for re-election to Democratic Socialist Challenger Eunisses "Comrade Boo Boo" Hernandez.
The 2022 CD-1 City Council Election Vote Tally as of Friday, June 17.
Eunisses "Comrade Boo Boo" Hernandez 15,395 Votes, 53.51%
City Councilman Gil "Done Deal Cedillo" 13,376, 46.49%
** Blogger's Notes: With the remaining harvesting of ballots from the June 7, 2022 Primary Elections almost completed, the Mayor Sam Blog has officially commenced ........, "The CD-1 Clowncilman Gil Done Deal Cedillo Political Death Watch"!! With no apologies to the formerly One Bill State Assemblyman, who became bloggin known as "Broken Deal Cedillo (for his numerous CD-1 betrayals of trust), is most likely to endure a major defeat at the collectivist hands of Democratic Socialist Eunisses "Comrade Boo Boo" Hernandez. Since Election Day, each update from the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder has Hernandez growing her lead. The pending CD-1 Victory by Hermandez is just a part of a "2022 Municipal Red (for Socialist) Wave" that has the likes of CD-13 City Councilman Mitch "Farewell (in November?)" O'Farrell and LAUSD District Two School Board Candidate Maria Brenes, facing pending Runoff Defeats to Leftist Candidates (Hugo Soto-Martinez and Rocio Rivas respectively). In addition, the likes of City Controller Candidate Kenneth Mejia and Cuba-loving Mayoral Candidate Karen Bass are the pronounced Leftist choice for city-wide office, that if successful, would push Los Angeles into the policy direction of failed San Francisco ............, with adverse ramifications for a city in crisis----Scott Johnson in CD-14.
Is the pending CD-1 victory of Eunisses "Comrade Boo Boo" Hernandez, a validation of Socialist Policies ........, or repudiation of a Backroom Deal Politico?
Will pending CD-1 City Councilperson Eunisses "Comrade Boo Boo" Hernandez, replace the "Done Deal Cedillo Jazz Festival" ........, with a "People's Fashion Show" as exampled by this great Wendy's Commercial from the 1980s?

Morning Notes on the Post-Election Scorecard for Monday

In the aftermath of absentee CD-14 City Councilman Kevin Alexander (of or de) Leon's dismal (but not unexpected) placement in last Tuesday's Mayoral Primary, speculation is (and has been) rampant that the BFF of former Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez, is eyeing another vanity bid for State-wide Office.
Absentee CD-14 City Councilman K.A. (of or de) Leon incredulous that someone would dare expose his ceaseless ambitions for State-wide Office (as noted via his 2026 Lt. Governor Campaign Documentation).
** Blogger's Notes: On this Monday after last Tuesday's 2022 California Primary, the final harvesting of votes is still a couple of weeks away from completion. That stated, its never too early to muse on the winners and losers at the Harvest Ballot Boxes, especially if one of the Vain Losers is newly-bestowed ......, "7% (of or de) Leon". As we note below, the pledge-dismissive CD-14 Officeholder suffered a body blow to his narcissist-rooted vanity, via his dismal, single-digit tally of votes (7.61% equating to 29,268 votes). The CD-14 ramifications of "7% (of or de) Leon's" mayoral ambitions gone ......., puff, means that the North by Eastside Council District's constituents will supposedly have full-time representation once again ........, but for how long?

Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles (and Beyond) Political Machine for Election Eve Monday

On the eve of Tuesday's 2022 Los Angeles Municipal Elections, it's almost a certainty that Mayoral Candidates Developer Rick Caruso and Congresswoman Karen Bass will commence on Wednesday, a five-month Runoff Battle that will have a lasting impact on the future of a city in physical, moral and ethical distress.
With both Developer Rick Caruso (at Downtown LA's Grand Central Market) and Congresswoman Karen Bass (at Boyle Height's Mariachi Plaza) making recent campaign appearances in Council District 14, a growing disgruntled CD-14 Electorate, may play a major role in who replaces "Failure Mayor 2.0 Eric Garcetti", come November.
** Blogger's Notes: Tick, tick, tick .........., we are on bloggin Election Watch as Tuesday culminates another cycle of Ballot Harvesting by those seeking gainful employment, with an office at 200 N. Spring Street. Tuesday's Municipal Elections sub-plots are numerous, mostly centered on Grass-Roots Progressives (in reality Leftist Socialists), seeking to usurp Establishment Progressives (with the Editorial help of the China Watch El Segundo Times), in contested City Council Elections and LAUSD Board of Education Contests city-wide. In the election for Mayor, City Attorney and City Controller, it's almost a certainty that each contest will be decided in November. That stated here are some of the Election Day sub-plots that will have our bloggin interest.

Mayor Sam Exclusive: "The Oz Behind the Curtain of Fake News ........, (financed in part, with $143,676.92 from the City of Commerce General Fund)".

In a Mayor Sam Exclusive, we disclose the alleged, "City of Commerce-financed $143,676.92 Reasons", for infamous Los Cerritos Community News Propagandist Brian Hews, to print questionable allegations on Model City Public Officials (and family members), opposed to those allegedly financing his 21st Century Version of "Yellow Journalism (for hire?)".
Los Cerritos Community News Owner Brian Hews, can laugh regarding how the City of Commerce has help financed his brand of "Yellow Journalism (locally bestowed as the Los Chacon Fake News)".
** Blogger's Notes: With less than 48 hours remaining for the 2022 Commerce Municipal Elections, the Mayor Sam Blog has received documentation (via a California Public Records Act Request), which details $143,676.92 in General Fund Expenditures (from January 1, 2019 to May 23, 2022 for printing Legal Notices), made to the Los Cerritos Community News (part of the Hews Media Group). These payments raise serious ethical (and Election Law) questions, considering its infamous Editor/ Publisher Brian Hews recent, insipid, printed attacks on Incumbent Commerce City Council Member Leo Mendoza. In recent days, Hews has taken interest in our disclosure of his past Commerce payments and previous controversial journalistic proclivities, which prompted this response on Facebook.
