Former CD 14 City Clowncilman Jose Huizar's Deputy Chief of Staff Francine Godoy stirs up the comments regarding her Sexual Harassment Lawsuit against the Princeton Graduate.

**The mention of former CD 14 Deputy Chief of Staff and current Sexual Harassment Litigant Francine Godoy, even indirectly when musing on her ex. boss proclivity of verbally abusing employees, is growing thin (with the exception of "John Justice") on some, but leave it one to offer a tidbit of alleged chisme .........
Anonymous said .... Francine is not a victim. She was aware of the repercussions being the mistress (obvious in denial). Sounds like, Huizar didn't give her the wife role she wanted so badly. Her behavior is common to a vindictive mistress retaliating. She should be sued for wasting tax payers dollars while on her back performing her "duties".. You have to wonder what was her job description. Sincerely a Concerned Tax Payer

Anonymous said .... Why would Huizar's council try to seal all medical records? Two rumors come to mind. Did Francine have an abortion or was she the victim of Huizar's physical abuse. Why would Francine's brother put the call out to avenge her sister who was supposedly beat up by her boyfriend?

LA-32 Neighborhood Council President Marleen Fonseca (formerly Caudillo) on left. can't find no peace from the Comment Gallery (with a couple of exceptions).

** LA-32 NC President Marleen Fonseca (formerly terminated LAPD Civilian Employee Marleen Caudillo) inspired the most comments and took the opportunity to respond herself to our Mayor Sam Exclusive ........

glgarfield said.... So much of this article is distorted, where do I start? And what's with using her married name vs. her maiden name as if she is guilty of some identity falsehood? The former leadership, including YOU, of the NC was cited for misusing funds, did you blog about that and YOUR role? This is why good people don't want to volunteer in public service, there is always HATERS who just need to be contrary due to their brain-wring fires off impulses to belittle others to lift themselves. As one of the architects of the NC system (I was Executive Director of the LA Elected Charter Reform Commission, and one of only 2 people on both commissions that actually work with an NC system, the Community Planning Boards of NYC, the first NCs in the nation in 1961) and I had high hopes but I also knew that the nut-jobs will find a home for their personality-mandated criticisms. Whatever happened with Ms. Fonseca in the past has absolutely NO impact on her outstanding professionalism at the NC and at the EAA, or even at the LAPD. You need to correct your falsehoods of which you are very aware, and STOP HATING on others. When you stand for election please send me a notice so that I can utilize my 30 years running campaigns around the nation to ensure you never achieve office, not that you would anyway, I mean, really, who would vote for you to lead and bring a positive force to help the community. You are a Destroyer with no mandate other than to satisfy your impulses.

Check out www.betterschools.com and see what parents are saying about Cesar Chavez Elementary school.This was her doing getting rid of school p.t.a. And transferring their funds to her under a new parents group.
Parents ,staff teachers and Administration in Conflct with each other. Taking children's meals against district rules.
That whole slate is nothing but problems.
How this community allowed them to take over is a disgrace.
I guess we have to wait for Gloria Molina to replace Huizar and all
cronies and maybe are community will start locking like east los Angeles with light rail,
710 fwy and development with Starbucks and other franchises to creat jobs and tax base.

How much are you pocketing there? Poor selection of candidates, thanks CD 14. Is this the same Michelle that's on the Board of Directors of the El Sereno Historical Society?..

Cesar Chavez was on of the best run schools before the "parent volunteers" started volunteering & the principal was placed at this school. Chavez was known for its dedication towards motivating students to succeed in their educational goals, to be respectful, & for teaching children right from wrong. Chavez has dedicated a great amount of time in teaching students that bullying and harassment is absolutely intolerable, however with the new "leader" of the school & parent volunteers this dedication has gone out the window. I believe that this school has been struck with bad luck and poor judgement when these people took a step into the school. There is absolutely no authority, no leadership, no discipline, no love, and no respect for the teachers, students, and TA's. Wiser decisions needs to be made to benefit the children not the parents who want to become known to benefit themselves outside of school business. this school should be taken into serious consideration for review by the district to get better, wiser, educated personnel. to get parent volunteers who want the betterment of children and not themselves. The parent volunteers that are there now want to take control (cont)..

 The current dysfunctional state of the "Disempowerment LA-occupied" LA-32 Neighborhood Council, is fodder for comments on the leadership of General Manager Grayce Liu.

** Lastly, "Disempowerment LA" General Manager Grayce Liu may want to review the following, especially after today's expose of utter incompetence by her staff. ..........

Mayor Eric Garcetti get to work on cleaning up this mess up.
