** Blogger's Notes: Great Monday after Thanksgiving as Angelinos can boast with pride (or bow heads in shame) that Cuidad de Los Angeles is indeed a Sanctuary City ..........., for self-serving Political Turkeys. The Gobblers that comprise the City Clowncil Central Committee, along with the Mayoral Tom-Tom known simply as "Gar-SOFT-ee", return to 200 Spring Street after its well-compensated break, focus on the singular goal of continuing its hypocritical need of preserving "SANCTUARY" .........., and receiving Federal Largess.

While the Californianista One Party Ruling Class continue to regurgitate racist pronouncements regarding the in-coming President-elect Donald Trump Administration, their Ciudad de Los Angeles City Clowncil Central Committee Comrades will surely approve manana, the creation of an "Ad Hoc Committee on Immigration Affairs", with re-election-seeking, CD 1 Clowncilman Gil "Broken Deal Cedillo" serving as Chairperson. 

But while many of those in the country illegally and residing in the supposed "Sanctuary Shadows" of Ciudad de Los Angeles, may find temporary solace in the actions of "Mayor Gar-SOFT-ee" and "City Clowncil Central Committee Members", we should advise the vast majority of those seeking a better tomorrow, that the paramount reason behind the Democrat/Californianista/Cuidad de Los Angeles Politco's Public Pronouncement, is continuing the flow of Federal Money .........., to continuing the exploitation of those "in the shadows", for their self- political preservation.

The latest "Disempowerment LA"/CD 14 City Councilman Jose Huizar-approved Presidente (and 100 proof-loving Frontperson, allegedly) of the LA-32 Neighborhood Council Jennifer "Hillary" Markewych, has joined her Chicago Friend Keith Survillas, in resigning from the supposed "Community Entity" ........, but not without casting allegations of financial misdeed against Treasurer Michelle Corzantes in a "Self-absorbed Pronouncement".

On a significantly more pragmatic note that should be of great concern to each of you, I assumed this position of President with a single, very clear stipulation, that there would be a competent, honest, professional treasurer. Although the Treasurer at times is very good at the position, there have been professional and ethical improprieties that I simply can not abide by. When we took office, I was operating under the impression that the grievance that we just defended in relation to the prior board was a one time misunderstanding. There have now been several instances during our term where the treasurer has acted unilaterally and without the approval of myself or the board. Two weeks ago, she contacted the Division Chief of the City Clerk's Office to deliver a harsh, unfair, and untrue criticism of our Funding Supervisor without contacting me, the Vice President, the Executive Committee or any of you. This was grossly unprofessional and a significant leap past the chain of command. After addressing those issues, I was then contacted this week by our Funding Supervisor who forwarded e-mails to me from the Treasurer. She deliberately submitted improperly filled out funding forms and flat out lied about my availability to sign these forms. There have been other instances where you all have raised questions to me about her "shopping" for events. She will not return my calls to discuss these issues, so I have no other recourse than to notify you of these actions. I simply will not take ultimate financial responsibility for an organization when a treasurer behaves in this fashion. How we handle our finances can have actual legitimate legal consequences and I simply can not tolerate this unpredictability. I am very sorry to have to share this information with you in this fashion.

Memo to Grayce ............, maybe the LA-32 NC needs a "Council for Councils Intervention"? To be continue.

A LAUSD response to a California Public Records Act Request discloses some potentially, seriously ethical, fiscal and background screening issues at Councilman Huizar's loyalist Principal Heidi Acosta-Monteo's Cesar Chavez Elementary School in El Sereno.

** Blogger's Note: A California Public Records Act (CPRA) Request has disclosed potentially, serious ethical, fiscal and background screening issues at the Cesar Chavez Elementary School in El Sereno. Prompted by concerns from undisclosed school parents and statements from current LA-32 Neighborhood Council Treasurer Michelle Corzantes (who is also the Register Agent of the "Friends of Cesar Chavez Elementary"), a CPRA Request was made to Principal Heidi Acosta-Monteo via LAUSD's General Counsel Office, in seeking to ascertain fiscal and volunteer background screening records. As can be discern from the formal LAUSD response, up to date record keeping is not a priority for the former Sierra Vista Principal (who was judged a "3 for Loyalty and 3 for Influence", by Councilman Huizar via his 2011 "Listgate Scandal"). As we elaborate further below, parents and LAUSD Officials should objectively question why documentation regarding the background training and screening of school volunteers, along with fiscal records pertaining to the "Friends of Cesar Chavez Elementary", are not readily available upon request to the discerning Public---Scott Johnson.

It’s about time someone set the record straight Scott, everybody thinks that you are the one who has found out all these things about the puppet LA-32 NC Board Members, but we know it’s not true.

You have had a lot of help from a lot of people that can see that these reverse racist sell-out vendidos, who live compromised lives, are actually a part of a larger conspiracy to continue keeping the people of the East Side Down, all the while keeping you and other outspoken stakeholders off the LA-32 Neighborhood Council.

For instance it wasn’t you who found out that the current President of LA-32 NC is a 2 time arrested DUI offender, a divorced fired LAPD employee because she withheld information about her arrest records as well as her inability to stay sober.  That the reason she moved back to El Sereno is not because she really cares about it, but because she had nowhere else to go.

Not to bear False Witness (unlike the slanderous Cyber Cowards behind a vile Facebook Page), this blogger has heard, read, observed and been the recipient of repugnant attacks from the Wife Michelle Corzantes (supported by the Husband Joshua "PJ" Corzantes). Most chilling out of the stories shared by Our Lady of Gradalupe Church parishioners regarding the alleged, nefarious conduct of the Wife and Husband Duo, was a past incident involving German Youth, who were part of a long-practiced exchange program between Catholic Parishes around the World. According to sources, Husband and Wife Corzantes took the underage exchange parishioners to a Goth-theme Night Club (one can note "Michelle Kitty Goth's" Gothic proclivities by linking here). During the evening both Husband and Wife Corzantes, allegedly became intoxicated, prompting some within the group to state their concerns about being in the same vehicle with the impaired duo. Needless to say, that alleged incident, along with others (involving family members), were the cause of Our Lady of Gradalupe Church's decision to cut ties with the two. Now as Husband and Wife Corzantes move on to Cesar Chaves Elementary and All Saints Church, many of you are now giving witness, anonymously of course, unless you want to be slander on a vile Facebook Page---Scott Johnson.

I was a student at All ST. church and I have seen her in action. I'm not saying I saw her taking the money but my family have talked to people from the church confirming the embezzlement.
I was a student in her and Joshua's confirmation church and they both asked parents for A LOT. AND I DO MEAN A LOT OF MONEY. Almost $700 each child in the church and it was ridiculous amount of money.. I was furious of course and even more furious that this money didn't even go to the church. Also she has also done this to another church, Our Lady and i'm sure she's doing the same thing at Ceaser Chavez. She lives right next door to the school and is feared by the neighborhood children since she tends to you yell at them to get away from her home and children. I have even heard her fight with the neighborhood kids and call them cuss words.
The fact that she's allowed to work with children is horrifying and I for one want her removed from the school, the city and the state if possible. She also manipulates her authorities into getting what she wants which is why she always gets away with whatever she does. As you can tell from the comments below, Torres is Clowncilman Huizar's designated "mechanic" in ensuring tight control over all official entities (NCs, PABs, LAPD Senior Leads, Connected Non-Profits), in furthering the political agenda of his boss. In response to our Mayor Sam Exclusive on current LA-32 NC President Marleen Fonseca (formerly Caudillo), Torres is rightfully the target of criticism for his support (with city resources?) of Pro-Huizar NC Candidates ....., and oh Julio BTW, is it true that you are on the Board of Directors of the race-baiting/Huizar-hating, El Sereno Historical (more like delusional) Society? Just wondering ........, we would hate to see your singular achievement of be the only perfect score on "Listgate" (and all those free busses provided by your boss for Our Town Trips), soiled by a formal connection to a repudiated delusional duo.

Anonymous said... It is so sad that Huizar’s representative, Julio Torres, and Department of Neighborhood Empowerment General Manager Grayce Lui could not have found a better candidate. What a shame, but what can you expect with the continued corruption and unethical behavior indicative of the present City Government.
This is the result of electioneering by both Councilperson Huizar and GM Lui, a marriage of convenience. Next time maybe they can stay out of the elections and let the community freely choose their representatives. How else can they expect a get a true picture of the communities wants and needs?
They say bad things ultimately destroy themselves, let’s do better than this.
Maybe we can get Mayor Garcetti to step in and investigate the corruption and ineptness that seems to permeate throughout his Department of Neighborhood Empowerment.
For the betterment of the community Ms. Fonseca should resign, but given that she doesn’t think that she should be responsible for being fired for her unprofessional behavior as a LAPD representative do you think she will honestly leave this unpaid position.
Truth be told I am sure there is even more interesting tidbits of information on other LA-32 NC Board Members.
Keep up the investigative reporting Scott, I am sure we will be hearing some more on the others.
