"The Cyber Bullying Cowards of El Sereno 90032" are "Unlike" by Facebook
As many complaints from irate Community Stakeholders prompt Facebook to shut down the Cyber Bullying Page "Stop the Bullies from El Sereno 90032" what actions will LA-32 Neighborhood Council President Marleen Fonseca take against her Committee Appointees (Jorge "El Nopal" Garcia and Genny Guerrero), who endorsed (or "Like") the Cyber Bullying Website from its inception?
No Justice, No LA-32 NC Peace for President Marleen Fonseca (formerly Caudillo) until she sends a clear message to the community by removing those from NC Committees who endorse Cyber Bullying.
** Blogger's Note: After many emails, phone calls and complaints, Facebook has removed the cowardly Act of Cyber Bullying, now deposited in the "Cyber Circular File", known as the "Stop the Bullies from El Sereno 90032". But while Facebook did the right thing in shutting down the assemblage of cyber cowards, LA-32 Neighborhood Council Stakeholders need to demand that its current President Marleen Fonseca (formerly Caudillo), act swiftly to remove anyone associated with the NC, who has endorsed, or "Like", the former Cyber Bullying Page. Those "endorsee" include Business & Economic Committee Member Genny Guerrero, Land Use & Development Committee Member (and El Sereno Historical Society President) Jorge "El Nopal" Garcia (husband of Budget & Finance Committee Member Yolie Garcia, along with the husband of Treasurer Michelle Corzantes, Joshua "PJ" Corzantes (BTW, does PJ stand for Profane Joshua?). While the former Ms. Caudillo stated her confidence that no board members were directly involve with the Cyber Attacks (while claiming to be a victim of such), LA-32 Stakeholders should express their "No Confidence" in her, if she fails to take action---Scott Johnson/

Facebook rejected Cyber Bullies the rejects they are. FaceBook legal dept. providing info about a minion LAPD officer at Hollenbeck linked to the page. Question? is this the same Lead officer seen doing home visits at Genny Guerrero's house when her husband is away. Answer: YES.. hahahaha Officer Steve..

All Saints, a criminal background check is much needed to protect the children.
Much can be learned from the current situation at the LA-32 Neighborhood Council, but one thing is for sure Neighborhood Empowerment has gone down the tubes ever since D.O.N.E. (Department of Neighborhood Empowerment) placed it on exhaustive measures.
It is time that D.O.N.E. get out of the way. D.O.N.E. has really done a disservice to this community. Government by Arbitrary Bureaucratic Decisions is not democracy, its totalitarianism.
The result of reducing a 21 Board Neighborhood Council down to 8 members is a joke. D.O.N.E. thought that by reducing the number of the NC Board Members it could control the outcome of the decisions and to an extent it has, but the result is less community empowerment and additional discontent among the stakeholders.
It is truly a sorry situation. The Mayor should step in and insist that its department assure that LA-32 adheres to both the letter and intent of the Constitution of the United State, the City Charter and LA-32 own by laws by truly empowering the community of LA-32 instead of dictating what the General Manger wants, which has caused so much pathetic uncivil activity within the community.
Community members are being pitted on against the other and it must stop and it will stop once D.O.N.E. gets back to doing what it does best and that is creating bureaucratic messes and lets the stakeholders of LA-32 freely fill the vacancies of the 21 Member Board so we can get our funding back and allow free open and honest representation to occur in LA-32.
Thank You anonymous..... I completely agree. I would have hoped DONE could have seen this months ago. We are heading into our 8th month on (EE) everyday excuses and at this point it is better to have the NC decertified.
Of course the 'say so' is out already that DONE wishes to not 'fill vacancies' and that's no mystery, because they are restricting certain Stakeholders from participating and being on the Board. What a terrible form of selective discrimination.
I would love to see the performance and statistics graph that shows, Stakeholders at meetings, Events created, Projects funded, and little negative influence from periods when Greg Nelson was General Manager through today (2006-2014). The results would be the period of 2010-2012 had the most positive growth and effectiveness, with an incline from 2010 and a sharp downward decent in 2013. Maybe I should prepare that graph.......?
