Mayor Sam Confirms Second Claim Filed Against The Office of Councilman Jose Huizar

As the Mayor Sam Blog confirms that Multiple Claims of Workplace Misconduct, have been filed against the Office of CD-14 City Councilman Jose Huizar, local observers are pondering what response the #MeToo Movement (including a certain Women's March Participant), will have as more details on Councilman Huizar's latest (and alleged) Scandal, are made public.

 Declared 2020 CD-14 City Council Candidate Richelle Huizar (aka. #Richellary2020), and the Boyle Heights contingent at the Los Angeles Women's March.   

** Blogger's Notes: In a Mayor Sam Exclusive, we can confirm that in lieu of the Los Angeles Times Report on the latest Complaint filed against CD-14 City Councilman Jose Huizar, that multiple Ex. Staffers have now filed Claims against the Office (and Officeholder) for Workplace Misconduct. 

As noted in the David Zahniser by-lined LA Times Missive, the Complaint on the new reporting Site, created by Mayor Eric Garcetti, was made around the same time period that this Blog noted the "Disapperance" of multiple staffers from Councilman Huizar's Staff Contact List. 

This latest Blog Exclusive (regarding the alleged misconduct of Councilman Huizar)  is made public as the embattled Councilman's Wife (and declared 2020 City Council Candidate) Richelle Huizar, promotes her upcoming first Fundraising Event (noted below).

A Christmas Eve Facade of a Politico Tonto Family Man brought to you (again) by Parke Skelton

 Is Parke getting too predictable in seeking to consult a Façade that recasts noted Politico Tontos, into loyal Family Men?

** Blogger's Note: Its nice to note on this day before Christmas, there is someone who cares that the blessed spirit of the holidays, is shared with everyone ........., especially register voters. Pardon the momentary feel of Political Deja Vu, but most longtime political observers in CD 14 will agree, that former Failure Mayor Antonio Villar's Political Consultant Parke Skelton, is again using the Holiday Season, to choreograph a political façade of a documented, philandering Tonto, as a rehabilitated Family Man. Its been easy to discern that since former LA County Supervisor Gloria Molina announced that she would challenge the Third Term-seeking, self-noting Princeton Graduate, the husband and wife duo (both barristers by trade) suddenly became more out-going again as a couple. Those with a Pollyanna-like mindset, would find it easy to surmise that with former Deputy Chief of Staff (and alleged "Other Woman") Francine Godoy, settled away with a new job in the Bureau of Sanitation, that contrition, along with renew vows of fidelity, were paramount in priority for the embattled Clowncilman, but then again, its reelection time. Unlike the former Corina Villaraigosa, Richelle Rios Huizar is more engage in furthering her swaying husband's political ambitions, allegedly, going as far as seeking help from the "Tonto Huevon's" Political Papi, former Failure Mayor Antonio Villar, in orchestrating the transfer of Godoy into her current position. Thus like in 2003, CD 14 voter will again be faced with a Skelton-crafted Campaign Façade of promoting a documented, Philandering Tonto, as someone (with including enabling wife) that can be entrusted with a Third Term ......., but will CD 14 voters fall for the false façade again, only to revisit the same type of behavior after the elections?----Scott Johnson in CD 14.

Mayor Sam Exclusive: The True Public Cost of the "Tonto Huevon" and "Sancha Francine" Affair/ Sexual Harassment Episode

As Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer proclaims that the Private Settlement between City Clowncil Central Committee Member Jose "Tonto Huevon" Huizar and former Deputy Chief of Staff Francine "Sancha" Godoy, would cost the taxpayers no money, we present the contrary facts that should prompt further investigating.   

Both the "Tonto Huevon" and "Sancha Francine" are all smiles regarding their Private Settlement for reasons of self-preservation.

The CD 14 / City of Los Angeles Political Trial of the early 21st Century, came to naught and I am still suffering from the bloggin blues. But rest assure, for despite the utterings of City Attorney Mike "Bet Tzedek" Feuer about the taxpayers not having to pay a cent in the "Private Settlement" between City Clowncil Central Committee Member Jose "Tonto Huevon" and his former Deputy Chief of Staff "Sancha Francine" Godoy, regarding her claims of Sexual Harassment, there is still a bloggin missive to be told on the real dollar cost of the nearly seven year, occasional, consensual, sexually-abusive episode (believe what you wish). Based upon numerous discussions with former CD 14 staffers, friends of both subjects and knowing insiders, we partake below in an exercise of bloggin extrapolation, in seeking to pin a true dollar amount on the cost of an inappropriate, narcissism-driven relationship that both parties chose to settle in private, rather than take full accountability in disclosing the truth (and cost to the taxpayers)---Scott Johnson in CD 14.

Councilman Huizar's "Orchestrated Affair Mea Culpa" Merits further Investigation

As CD 14 City Councilman Jose Huizar stands with attorney wife Richelle and kids in an Orchestrated Affair Mea Culpa, many questions remain outstanding, meriting further investigation regarding his workplace issues with former Deputy Chief of Staff Francine Godoy.

Another dubious milestone for the Princeton Graduate, turned embattled CD 14 City Clowncil Tonto.



Former CD 14 Deputy Chief of Staff Francine Godoy, stirring up the vindictive backlash of her former boss, with Sexual Harassment Lawsuit. 

Welcome to another Friday Political Bad News Dump from CD 14 as City Councilman Jose Huizar stands with wife Richelle, child in hand, in an obviously Orchestrated Affair Mea Culpa regarding former Deputy Chief of Staff and current Sexual Harassment Accuser Francine Godoy.

Huizar's alleged act of contrition came in response to Godoy's filing of a Sexual Harrassment Lawsuit which makes the accusation that the CD 14 Office Holder retaliated against Godoy for resisting repeated sexual advances by the Princeton Graduate.

As the LA Weekly noted via citing from this blog's comments archives, rumors of a Huizar-Godoy Affair have been circulating for years since her initial hiring as an "Office Scheduler". But as this latest "Political Novella" plays out in the Court of Law, we have some speculative questions that merit further investigating.

** First, what was the hiring protocol/ time line for Godoy's current position with the Bureau of Sanitation? Was her current position predicated on a Civil Service process? If not, then who was responsible for Godoy's transfer, maybe former Mayor Antonio Villar?

** Second, what role did City Councilman Huizar's Attorney Wife Richelle play in the transfer of Godoy to the Bureau of Sanitation? A rumor making its way around City Hall, had Richelle going directly to then Mayor Villar and requesting that he use his power to remove Godoy from her husband's "oversight". From media sources, we know that this alleged action was initiated in the Summer of 2012. Thus, if this was true, would that merit deposing the former Mayor and staunch Council Huizar supporter?

** Third, what did former CD 14 Chief of Staff Ana Cubas know? Unlike Godoy, who alleges in her lawsuit, that Councilman Huizar reneged on endorsing her for a LA Community College Board of Trustees Campaign, for the meer act of "saying no" to his sexual advances, Cubas had her ex boss's full support in the recent CD 9 City Council Campaign loss to now City Councilman Curren Price. Will Cubas go on the record regarding Godoy's allegations?

** Fourth, did Councilman Huizar use a portion of the $1.2 Million Dollars plus, transferred from the CD 14 Central Los Angeles Refuge Transfer Station (CLARTS) Amenities Fund to pay for Godoy's rampant rise in pay? From $45,000 to $135,000 per year, this rapid hike in compensation, merits a complete audit how the transfer of CLARTS Funds into Councilman's Huizar Salary Account, were dispensed and the rationale behind those allocations.

** Fifth, how will Godoy justify acceptance of her increase salaries in recent years? According to sources, several properties are listed under her name, one in CD 14's Hillside Village Community and the second near Union Station. Would Godoy state for the record whether either one of the properties, was used (or not) by her and/or Councilman Huizar for any "extra-curricular activities"?

Sadly, there is no doubt here that either of these two will come out of this growing scandal clean. But the last question CD 14 voters should ask themselves come 2015, is whether Councilman Huizar is fit to serve another four years at City Hall.
