According to the Source, a registered voter received a Phone Call from the David Vela Campaign, that inquired whether the voter would be incline to support the former Montebello School Board Member. 

The voter responded by asking about Candidate Vela's position on AB-109 Prison Realignment, which played a major role in the recent death of Whittier Police Officer Keith Boyer ....., and was SHOCKED to learn that the Campaign Phone Banker was a recent AB-109 Low Level, Non Violent Parolee associated with a Victory Outreach Ministry.

If verified, the use of Convicted Felons, errrrr, "AB-109, Low Level, Non Revocable Violent Paroles" as Phone Bankers, raises serious concerns regarding the access of confidential voter (included members of Law Enforcement) information by those with a criminal record.

In reviewing all of Councilman Argumedo's 2015 Campaign Reports Forms, obtained under a California Public Records Act, we were also able to ascertain that the half-brother to Fernando, Art and Hector Chacon, loaned his successful campaign $20,000.

We have never received any type of payment from Councilman Argumedo or performed any work for him or his campaign. Please feel free to present this information to the City Council of the City of Commerce and to also present this information to the Los Angeles District Attorney on our behalf. We are happy to provide you with any other information.

As Mayor Sam reported in two recent other Exclusives, the City of Commerce received approval from California Attorney General Kamala Harris to initiate "In Quo Warrento Proceedings" against Councilman Argumedo, which is currently moving forward in Superior Court.

We will provide updates, with comments from pertinent Public Officials as we continue presenting further details.
