In a Mayor Sam Blog request for comment regarding our Exclusive on alleged PERJURY committed by City of Commerce Councilman Hugo Argumedo, the Media Relations Office of the LA County District Attorney states ........., "that the MATTER is under review by its Public Integrity Division".

The matter is under review by our Public Integrity Division
and we have no further comment

As previously noted, Councilman Argumedo was force to vacate his City Council Seat in 2010 when he pleaded guilty to Signing a False Statement under Oath in a Civil Trial.
