Outtakes from the Southeast LA Backrooms of Political Misdeeds

The Mayor Sam Sister City News Group reintroduces its "Outtakes from the Southeast LA Backrooms of Political Misdeeds" as multiple generations of those politically-connected, continue on in the ethically-tired tradition of rewarding cronyism ........., at the expense of communal values.
Notorious Southeast Los Angeles Political Miscreant Mario Beltran (lower left, with glasses) and his Political Cast of Enablers.
** Blogger's Notes: In a world that has been on pause due to a Virus from Wuhan, China and united in the Just Cause of Justice for George Floyd, the one constant that has not change is the Infestation of ethically-challenged Political/Communal Cronyism in Southeast LA. From the local City Halls of Governance to the Board of Directors of Community-based 501-C3 Non-Profits, multiple generations of supposed Community Leaders, are still afflicted with the notion that Cronyism/Nepotism, is paramount over ethics/openness/transparency, when engaging in the conduct of their respective entities of control. In recent weeks, continuing examples of this behavior has manifested itself in the City Halls of Commerce y Montebello, an Assembly Campaign in Southeast LA's 59th Assembly District ........., and a supposed 501-C3 Non-Profit, allegedly-committed to the Legacy (or family patronage?) of a Latino Political Pioneer, the late Congressman Edward Roybal. Below, we briefly update our continuing cyber-coverage of these local issues, in the interest of exposing those ethically-challenged and providing needed openness and transparency----Scott Johnson.

Mayor Sam Exclusive: Commerce City Councilman John Soria Daylights As A Montebello Transit Admin Manager

In a Mayor Sam Exclusive, we have confirm that City of Commerce City Councilman John Soria is now employed by the City of Montebello as a "Transit Admin Manager", prompting speculation regarding his supposed departure from a paid, Los Angeles County Sheriff Department Civilian Position.
Was Commerce City Councilman John Soria's Public Embrace of notorious Southeast LA Politico Mario Beltran's Cannabis Interests, the reason for his new Montebello Paid Position?
** Blogger's Notes: In a Mayor Sam Sister City News Group Exclusive, we confirm that controversial Commerce City Councilman John Soria, is now employed as a "Transit Admin Manager" for the neighboring Montebello Municipal Transportation Department, prompting speculation regarding his supposed departure from a civilian position with the Los Angeles Sheriff Department.
A source tells Mayor Sam that an employee ("Tiffany?") of the City of Montebello Transportation Department, confirmed that a "John Soria" is employed by the agency.
As noted previously by the Hews Media Group, Councilman Soria was a subject of an Internal Investigation by his now, ex. employer for his public embracing of notorious Southeast LA Politico Mario Beltran's Cannabis Interests.
In recent weeks, rumors have been broached that Soria, along with Political Ally Mayor Ivan Altamirano, are supportive of replacing the LA County Sheriff Public Safety Contract, with a new partnership involving the City of Montebello Police Department. Thus fueling the speculation that Soria's new Job, is an ethically-challenged "Down Payment" for his future support of Montebello assuming The Model City's policing----Scott Johnson.

The Mayor Sam Sister City News Group (via its namesake blog) brings you the latest trending topics on Los Angeles and its neighboring Municipalities, as we return to our bloggin-endeavor of outing the ethically-challenged, cast of Political Payasos y Payasas Cronies of the Calizuela (formerly Golden State) Leftist One Party Machine.
The Mayor Eric Gar-SOBBing and City Clowncil Central Committee Strongman Herman "Mini Amin" Wesson-led City Hall Administration, has a growing number of Sister Municipalities, that are emulating its ethically-challenged brand of governance.
** Blogger's Notes: Happy First Day of Fall as an increasing number of LAUSD Students fear (or are being indoctrinated to believe) that the cooling days of Winter ....., may never return.

Mayor Sam Exclusive: A Notorious Mario Beltran and Political Enablers (including Commerce's John Soria) Tijuana Gathering

In a Mayor Sam Exclusive, Commerce City Councilman John Soria and numerous Southeast LA Politicos are disclosed taking part in a Tijuana Gathering (to discuss Marijuana Legalization?) organized by notorious Bell Gardens Political Operative Mario Beltran.
Notorious Southeast LA Political Miscreant Mario Beltran (lower left in glasses) with his "financed (via contributions noted above)"enabler, Commerce City Councilman John Soria (lower right in glasses) ........., along with his cast of political supporters.
** Blogger's Notes: From the likes of Southeast LA Municipalities including Lynwood, El Monte, Bell Gardens, Huntington Park, Montebello and Commerce, a cabal of municipal officeholders headed south of the border to Tijuana, for a gathering with a notorious Political Miscreant known simply as ........, "Mario (Beltran)". The pictures which were posted today via the "Montebello Anonymous Facebook Page", vividly exposes Beltran's Southeast LA Network of Political Enablers including a supposed a "Model City Reformist", now merely a puppet for Beltran's self-enriching Marijuana Legalization (along with trash and transit contracts) aspirations. In an ideal world, a real District Attorney's Office of Public Integrity would initiate an investigation on the possible serial meeting violations (Montebello, Bell Gardens) the pictures denote. But for the residents of the City of Commerce, the photos broach a narrative of a Council Member beholden to the Special Interests-----Scott Johnson.

Will City of Commerce's Official Pot Spokesperson (and Councilman John Soria's Campaign Consultant) Louis Reyes, comment on his former client TJ's Misadventures?
Paging Councilman Soria (back right of Jack Hadjinian)!! Your Southeast Marijuana Enablers (and you) have been exposed.

A Special Montebello (and Commerce) Edition of .............., "Ask a Fake News/Propagandist Muckraker featuring, Brian Hews

With little more than two weeks remaining before the much-hyped November Elections, the Mayor Sam Blog proudly regales our growing Southeast LA County Audience, with a Special Montebello (and Commerce) Edition of  .........., "Ask a Fake News/Propagandist Muckraker" featuring ........., Hews Media Group's Brian Hews.
The alleged WEAPON that is the Fake News/Propagandist Muckraker for Ad Revenue (and the Hadjinian/Beltran/Chacon Family Political Agenda) Brian Hews.
** Blogger's Notes: He's back!!
Just in time for the latest election cycle to select Officeholders for the Montebello City Council, Montebello Unified School District and the Central Basin Water District, we recommence our irregular series of channeling (via Satire) the alleged, "Multi-polar Thoughts Processes (as influenced by Political Guru Hector Chacon)" of Southeast Los Angeles County's reigning "FakeNews/Propagandist Muckraker" ...., known as Brian Hews

Mayor Sam Exclusive: A Model City's Ethics Going Up In Smoke?

A growing Residence Revolt in the City of Commerce against a proposed Ordinance that would allow the sale of Recreational Marijuana is disclosing troubling, "Pay to Play Dealings", involving City Council Members ........., and cronies of the infamous Calderon/Cedillo/Chacon Political Machine.
Commerce City Hall.
** Blogger's Notes: Since its Incorporation in 1960, the Industrial, Business-friendly City of Commerce, has prided itself as being the "Model City", in an ethically-challenged and environmentally-impacted landscape of Southeast LA County.

While neighboring cities such as Vernon, Bell, Maywood, Cudahy, South Gate, Montebello and Huntington Park have garnered the dubious Headlines in recent years, the home to the Commerce Casino and Citadel Outlet Complex, has not been immune to scandal, as exampled by former Councilman Robert Fierro's Conviction for lying to the FBI regarding Campaign Finances.

Yet, in the aftermath of a 2017 City Council Realignment that was supposed to give birth to stability (and ethical reform), Commerce residences are awakening to the reality that they are now Ground Zero in the fight against Southeast LA Political Corruption.

The super majority of Mayor Hugo Argumedo, along with Council Members John Soria, Ivan Altamirano and Councilwoman Oralia Robello have incurred the wrath of Commerce Stakeholders as they front for newly-hired City Administrator (and embattled Montebello School Board Member) Edgar Cisnero's Scheme to legalize (and control) the sale of Recreational Marijuana within the city.

As residents organize for Tuesday's Public Hearing on the Marijuana Ordinance, the Mayor Sam Blog has reviewed available Campaign Contribution Documentation (extrapolated upon below) and found troubling Conflict of Interest issues........, involving connections to the Calderon/Cedillo/Chacon Political Machine-----Scott Johnson.

Introducing the ............, Mayor Sam Sister Cities Media Group

As a former "Fishwrap of Record (on Spring Street)" contracts into its new El Segundo Exile, the Mayor Sam Blog is GLAD to announce its new incarnation as the .............., Mayor Sam Sister Cities Media Group.
The new Mayor Sam Sister Cities Media Group will expand its musings to Political Enclaves, BEYOND the control of 200 North Spring Street.
** Blogger's Notes: Filling the Void .............. as the news of the pending relocation of the "Old Gray Collectivist Hag FORMERLY on Spring Street" makes its way across the 405 Concrete Curtain, into its remaining reader's base, the Mayor Sam Blog return from its slumber in a NEW incarnation.
After weeks of consultations with numerous cyber supporters and episodes of self-reflections, the Mayor Sam Sister City Blog will undergo an incarnation that becomes the ................, Mayor Sam Sister Cities Media Group.
In the last couple of months, we have sadly seen a once-robust Journalistic Community continue its contrition with the demise of the Eastern Group Publications, the gutting of the LA Weekly and the continuous devolution of the "Old Gray Hag on Spring Street" ......., into its looming incarnation as the "Tar Ball Hag Trump Hater of El Segundo".
With the supposed "Fourth Estate" in crisis (and reduced to pleading for its survival), its become readily apparent that until Mainstream Journalism grasps the reality of their self-inflicted damaging excesses, via its subjective, bias, agenda-driven and increasing-repudiated musings, .........., a local, cyber-based media alternative is imperative in keeping communities abreast of the actions of their respective governments.
Unlike the reigning Cerritos-based, Propaganda Wrap of Southeast LA County known as the "Brian Hews/Los Chacon (Political Family) News", that ALLEGEDLY finances its pronouncements benefiting the Chacon Political Family, with Taxpayers-financed Ads, we aspire to merely to become a trusted, cyber-conduit of objective facts ........., that informs and empowers.
City of Commerce City Councilman John Soria (in suit), with Commerce Mayor Oralia Rebollo (left), and new Commerce City Administrator Edgar Cisneros.
In a past, objective Journalistic Environment, the likes of the Eastern Group Publications, an aggressive, Southeast LA Political Reporter from the LA Times and the Los Cerritos Community News, would find NEWSWORTHY, the circumstances behind the hiring of new City of Commerce Administrator Edgar Cisneros.
As noted in the photo above, Cisneros, who is also a Montebello Unified School Board Member, was a supporter of John Soria's recent successful Campaign for Commerce City Council.
The Mayor Sam Sister Cities Media Group, in review of, NOW Councilman Soria's Campaign 460 Forms, observed a largely, self-financed (and debt-incurring) endeavor for Public Office ..........., become a Southeast LA Special Interests-financed exercise, with the supposed help of, THEN Huntington Park City Manager Edgar Cisneros ........... and his dubious connections.
Among the post-election contributors was Express Transportation Services LLC, who's recent City of Huntington Park Contract for "Dial A Ride Services" was the subject of a LA Times Missive.
From the LA Times .............
When the Huntington Park City Council changed its senior citizens dial-a-ride contractor last year, it raised some eyebrows in the community. The council selected Metro Transit Services for $600,000 a year with annual increases, even though the firm's bid was was nearly $200,000 a year higher than what the incumbent contractor, Fiesta Taxi, bid. The October decision was the second time city leaders had awarded a contract to Metro Transit Services. Metro Transit hired as its general manager Mario Beltran, owner of a political consulting firm that worked for a campaign committee that promoted the council majority. He had no experience in transportation and a criminal record involving misuse of campaign funds and filing a false police report. It also hired Councilwoman Graciela Ortiz's brother, an unpaid volunteer to his sister's council campaign.

..........., and who did Soria vote to hire as the City of Commerce NEW City Administrator? The answer causes one to ponder whether a "Contributions for Job Scheme" merits further investigating-----Scott Johnson ** More Mayor Sam Sister Cities News Group Infrastructure Details forthcoming.

Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles (and beyond) Political Machine for Hump Day

City Watch LA Writer and Civic Activist Jack Humphreville keyboards a timely missive regarding Loa Angeles City Hall's alleged (and documented) issues regarding Sexual Harassment/Inappropriate Employee Conduct, that included an installation of a "Love Door" and Community Amenity Fund-financed Pay Raises ........, for "Services Rendered".
Congratulations Again ......., to Jack Humphreville for TIMELY disclosing the infamous "Love Door" at LA City Hall.
** Blogger's Notes: In lieu of City Watch LA's Jack Humphreville's TIMELY missive regarding Los Angeles City Hall's own alleged (and documented) issues regarding Sexual Harassment/Inappropriate Workplace Conduct, we ponder when (hopefully NOT if) California Democratic Party Chairperson Eric Bauman, is going to have a "Assemblyman Raul Pervynegra-like, Heart to Heart Conversation" with a certain "Princeton Graduate, Officeholder", after reading this excerpt from Humphreville's missive.

Mayor Sam Exclusive: Illegal (and Unreported) Campaigning (via Victory Outreach Church) Caught on Video in City of Commerce

In a Mayor Sam Exclusive, we have obtain video of ALLEGED employees/associates of the Victory Outreach Church of Huntington Park, engaging in illegal Campaigning via the MASS distribution of an Undeclared/Unreported Attack Flyer (which uses Hews Media Group content), targeting City of Commerce City Council Candidates Denise Robles, John Soria and Leonard Mendoza.
Unidentified Victory Outreach of Huntington Park Employee/Associate, CAUGHT on Video (via John Soria), distributing Undeclared/Unreported Attack Flyer that attributes past Hews Media Group Reports.
** Blogger's Notes: In a Mayor Sam Exclusive, we have obtain video from City of Commerce City Council Candidate John Soria, that exposes Victory Outreach Church of Huntington Park "Associates/Employees", engaging in legally-questionable Electioneering via the MASS distribution of an UNDECLARED/UNREPORTED Attack Flyer.
The Flyer which targeted Commerce City Council Candidates Denise Robles, John Soria and Leonard Mendoza, used ATTRIBUTED content from the (Brian) Hews Media Group and made ACTIONABLE accusations targeting Candidate Mendoza's prior employment with the City of Commerce.
Photographs of the front and back of the Attack Flyer, DO NOT disclose any Candidate, Organization or Independent Expenditure (IE) Committee entities, that takes responsibility in Declaring ..........., and properly Reporting the cost, along with parties involve in the creation of the, NOW Controversial Flyer.
That stated, the two alleged "Employees/Associates" of the Victory Outreach Church of Huntington Park, MOST LIKELY did not know that their JOINT OUTING of the religious organization's role in the MASS DISTRIBUTION OF UNDECLARED CAMPAIGN MATERIAL ..........., may have profound legal and TAX IMPLICATIONS in the near future
Evening Update: From a 2012 LA Times Story on the infamous Chacon Political Family
The Chacons have also relied at times on Victory Outreach, a church that ministers to former gang members. The family uses church volunteers as ground troops to answer phones, pass out campaign literature and help with get-out-the-vote efforts. Family committees have paid more than $10,000 in campaign funds to the church since 2003, records show.

Its apparent that "old habits" continue on----Scott Johnson.
