Propagandist Brian goes full subjective, in standing by his "Bad Boy Art cohort", as he comes under investigated scrutiny (again) for "admitted comments" regarding alleged blocking of Recycle Water Projects for reasons of Political Retributions.

Now, with the first opportunity to demonstrate to State lawmakers that CB is serious about cleaning up the infighting and “poor leadership” at the embattled agency, Hunt is lashing out at CB Director Art Chacon in a malicious attempt to launch a bogus investigation and discredit the long-time director.

Memo to Propagandist Brian,  the last time I can recollect someone standing SO close in supposedly protecting the "big backside" of a "Political Love One", was in the prison-themed movie "American Me", and hopefully, any future disclosures on the "relationship" between you and the Brother Chacons, will not promote anymore of those analogies.

But regardless of your attempted crafting of Spin to protect your "Bad Boy Art", the Whittier Star News reports that someone was contrite (partly) for once, when caught in another act of political deceit.

Meanwhile, the board’s Administration and Ethics Committee Friday ordered an investigation into accusations that recycled water projects have been blocked for the sake of political retribution. General Manager Kevin Hunt said the letter of apology received from Director Art Chacon, who was quoted making the charges, only included Hunt in his letter.“We asked him to revise it to include the directors but no final letter was ever (received),” Hunt said. Chacon didn’t return a phone call seeking comment. 

That's because their hired Propagandist was doing what the Brother Chacons love best, which is crafting disinformation, at the cost of turning a once award-winning "Weekly of Record", into a weakly, devoid of substance ......, as excerpted below.

** In June of 2014, Montebello Unified School Board Member Hector Chacon was FINED $16,000 by the FPPC for multiple violations of Campaign Finance Reporting. From the Eastern Group Publications ........, California’s Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) has fined Hector Chacon, a member of the Montebello Unified School District Board of Education for violations that date back to 2008 and 2009. The FPPC voted at its June 19 meeting to fine Chacon $16,000 for misusing campaign funds and for failing to report economic interests as required by law. According to the FPPC, Chacon’s campaign committee, California Citizens for Good Government, co-named in the complaint, paid his political consulting firm Quantum Management Services approximately $75,000 between 2008 and 2009, in violation of the Political Reform Act. The Act makes it illegal law to use campaign funds to pay entities where the political candidate has a controlling interest and influence, which Chacon had in Quantum as its sole owner and employee.

Recently, in response to community protests, the Cypress Park Neighborhood Council voted to draft a letter to Clowncilman Broken Deal Cedillo, requesting that he facilitate and attend a meeting to hear concerns of Stakeholders. At this time, no response has been forthcoming from the Clowncilman's Office---Scott Johnson.
