A HOT Brief on a Questionable, Voter Database Cost Saving Scheme via the LA County Registrar-Recorder Office

Neighborhood Council Activist and CD-7 City Council Candidate Terrance Gomes, gives witness to a Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder's "Voter Database Cost Saving Measure", that may ensure continuing "Voting Irregularities" in the upcoming November Elections
Neighborhood Council Activist and CD-7 City Council Candidate Terrance Gomes.
** With today being the Deadline to Vote in the upcoming November Elections, the likes of Antonio Villargovea, Mayor Eric Garcetii and the local cemetery undertakers, are imploring the unregistered masses, to be a part of "History" come Election Day.
But as witnessed by Neighborhood Council Activist and CD-7 City Council Candidate Terrance Gomes, a Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder Office "Voter Database Cost-Saving Measure" may have unintended (cough, cough!!) consequences on the authenticity of the outcome.

I have voted by mail for twenty-five years and have voted in every election since I was eligible. On Monday I received two ballots from the Clerk's Office. When I called and talked to a rep, she stated that it was a cost saving measure to not update the database eventhough I had submitted the change before the deadline. I did not know protecting the right and security of our elections that so many have given their life to defend has been relegated to a cost saving measure.

The issuance of dual ballots to Gomes, pales in comparison to a DOCUMENTED scheme by former City of Commerce City Councilman Robert Cornejo, who's "Creative Absentee Voter Outreach" in 1988, may still be emulated some nearly, thirty years later.

Cornejo staged his effective absentee ballot campaign by first distributing absentee ballot applications. The majority of the applicants agreed to have their blank ballots sent to his house--161 absentee ballots were sent to Cornejo's residence, according to figures from the city clerk's office.

........, a great reason for NOT putting cost-savings before protecting the integrity of the voting process.

The AlarCONs face their Political Enemies in Court

As the Voter Fraud trial of former CD2/7 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Richard AlarCON (and wife) continues, political antagonizes Assemblyman Raul "Mini Fuentes" Bocanegra and former CD 2 City Clowncil Central Committeewoman Wendy "Boss D'Arcy Rizzo's Call Greuel", testify against the "Zorro Marxist".
Mr. and Mrs. AlarCON's Booking Photos.
** Blogger's Note: When your political enemies are willing to face you down in the Court of Law, instead of merely back-stabbing you with a smile on their respective faces, then that should be a barometer of bad legal tidings ahead for in the Voter Fraud Trail of Mr. and Mrs. Richard AlarCON. As Dakota Smith reports online for the "Daily Valley Moldy Green Sheet" (aka LA Daily News), former AlarCON Staffer, turned Assemblyman Raul "Mini Fuentes" Bocanegra and recent Mayoral/ Congressional Losing Candidate Wendy "Boss D'Arcy Rizzo's Call Greuel", were more than willing to frontally dagger the former CD2/7 City Clowncil Central Committee Member with their respective testimony on behalf of the Prosecution as excerpted below ...........
 Assemblyman Raul "Mini Fuentes" Bocanegra.
This is how a former Staffer, turned ambitious Assemblyman, turns on his former Boss.
While working as a planning deputy for Alarcon in 2007, Bocanegra said he met with a land-use consultant about a zone change for the Panorama City property, part of a proposal to develop the site into multi-use residential units. Gilmer has previously suggested to the jury that the Alarcóns wanted to develop the Panorama City site.
Bocanegra also was asked about whether there was media publicity about Alarcon’s residency in 2007.
“I think it was an area of concern for the staff, yes,” Bocanegra.
Bocanegra was elected to the Assembly in 2012, beating Alarcón, who faced negative media stories amid the District Attorney’s investigation into his residency.

New CD 7 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Felipe "Mini Padilla" Fuentes could not ghost written better testimony.
Former CD 2 City Clowncil Central Committewoman and City Controller Wendy "Boss D'Arcy Rizzo's Call Greuel".
A Political Fox with testimonial teeth.

A witness for the prosecution, Greuel testified that Alarcón, her then-colleague on the City Council, called her in 2007 and asked her to move the boundaries to put Flora’s house on Sheldon Street in Sun Valley in District 7. Greuel consulted with her staff on the move, which would have affected about 200 houses, she said.
Greuel told the court Alarcón said the council district boundaries had been moved before. He cited how the lines were redrawn to accommodate Antonio Villaraigosa when he served on the City Council (think former house on Mt Washington), Greuel said.
Greuel decided against the move, she told jurors, because it would break up the Stonehurst community, which was in her district. Later, that area was designated a historical preservation zone.

........,judging from the testimony, the AlarCONs will have some quality cell time to plot payback.

Federal Court Rules Ohio In Violation of Federal Election Law

A federal judge ruled this evening that Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner is breaking federal law by not giving county elections boards the chance to determine whether new voter registrations are fraudulent.

ACORN has been linked to cases of suspected voter fraud in multiple states. Below is a report from college news network Palestra.net. Student reporter, Shelby Holliday, talked to Lauren Long of Columbus, Ohio, who says she has been pressured by ACORN volunteers to register countless times.

Voter Rights Summary

The Obama folks were nice enough to send out this information via email. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not implying that anything SNEAKY or SHADY will go down at any of the polls tomorrow. ::cough::VILLARNUCKLEHEAD DISTRICT::cough::

I’m just sayin’!!

So I thought I should share; it’s good karma. Anyway … here they are in their glorious entirety:

VOTER RIGHTS SUMMARY

Precinct captains and observers may play an important role for the campaign at polling places that do not have an attorney monitor observing the facilities. Below is a summary of a voter's rights, and you may be instrumental in protecting these rights if you observe any of these rules not being followed at a polling place. You may not interact directly with the voter and the poll worker, however. You should note down what you see that violates any of these rights, and quietly mention it to the poll manager. If the problem is not rectified, call the CA Obama Election Protection Hotline.

Voters have the right to cast a provisional ballot if their name is not listed on the voting rolls. However, if a voter is at the wrong polling location and has time to get to the correct polling location, we encourage them to go to the correct location instead of casting a provisional ballot. If the voter can't get to the correct location before poll closing (8pm), he or she should request a provisional ballot.

Voters have the right to cast a ballot if they are present and in line at the polling place prior to the close of the polls (no earlier than 8pm).

Voters have the right to vote in the Democratic primary if they are not registered with any political party. (Decline to State) To do so, they should indicate that they are voting in the Democratic primary. If their ballot asks which primary they are voting in, they must mark "Democratic" for the vote to be counted in the Democratic primary.

Voters have the right to cast a secret ballot free from intimidation. Signs, banners, and passing out pamphlets or cards for any candidate or ballot initiative are not permitted within 100 feet of the polling place, and by no means inside the polling place.

Voters have the right to receive a new ballot if, prior to casting their ballot, they believe they have made a mistake.

Voters have the right to assistance in casting their ballots, if they are unable to vote without assistance. Voters may take someone into the booth with them to assist.

Voters have the right to return a completed vote-by-mail ballot to any precinct in their county.

Voters have the right to bring children under the age of 18 years with them into the voting booth if the children are under their care.

Those new voters who registered to vote by mail may be asked to show ID. The voter rolls will indicate which voters are subject to this requirement. Other voters should not be asked to show any ID. For those voters who do need to show ID, many forms of ID, including many without a photo, are acceptable. Some examples of acceptable photo ID are: driver's licenses or IDs from any state, student IDs with photo, health club IDs with photo. Some examples of acceptable non-photo ID are: a recently dated utility bill or bank statement, or the official sample ballot from this election that was mailed to the voter. If you are at a location that is requiring all voters to show ID, or is insisting only on photo ID, call the Election Protection Hotline immediately.

Polling locations must open by 7am and cannot close before 8pm. If a polling location runs out of ballots or other supplies, supplies must be replaced immediately. If you are at a location that runs out of ballots, has not opened at 7am, or is attempting to close before 8pm, call the Election Protection hotline immediately.

Exit pollers are permitted to be closer to the polls than people engaging in canvassing or visibility. Unless you have been specifically directed to do so by a campaign staff member, you should not attempt to collect exit poll information yourself at the polling place.

OBAMA ELECTION PROTECTION HOTLINE NUMBERS:

Attorneys will be monitoring these phone lines all day on Election Day. Please call to report any problems at a poll or any conduct that seems inconsistent with the rules above. (However, if all is well, no need to report this to the hotline, so we can keep the phone lines free for others who may have concerns to report. Thank you for your cooperation

No, thank YOU! Being informed is beautiful thing.

Villaraigosa Wants To Garnish Your Wages To Pay For Mandatory Health Care

He's laughing at you because he fooled you with the ballot language on Prop S & 93 and now he's ready to support garnishing your wages on Health Care

How much money does Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa think he can squeeze out of legal Los Angeles citizens? Not only does he have Prop S on the ballot which will suck more money out of your pocket (on top of all the other bulky item, trash collection and other fees and taxes he has already added)...

NOW MAYOR VILLARAIGOSA WANTS TO GARNISH YOUR WAGES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO GO ALONG WITH HILLARY'S MANDATORY HEALTH CARE PLAN!!! As a Hillary Clinton-Shminton supporter and campaign co-chair, make sure you tell all your low income constituents that your candidate Hillary Clinton is already talking about garnishing your peoples' wages if they don't pay into her mandatory health care program! (I guess we know which lobbyists paid for the Clinton campaign!)

HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU THINK YOU CAN SUCK OUT OF PEOPLE, VILLARAIGOSA, YOU SHADY, SHAKE-DOWN ARTIST!!! ARE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN YOUR DISTRICT ALLOWED TO KEEP A PENNY FOR THEIR FAMILY? YOU'RE WORSE THAN THE SCIENTOLOGISTS, ANTONIO! (At least they only take 10%.)

SO YOU ARE FOR GARNISHING YOUR PEOPLES" WAGES UNDER YOUR CANDIDATE'S (HILLARY-SCHILLARY CLINTON)HEALTH CARE PLAN??? START TALKING NOW CHUMPTONIO! (Will be a nice issue to discuss during your own re-election campaign!)

ANTONIO VILLARIAGOSA AND FABIAN NUNEZ SUPPORT HILLARY CLINTON -- AND WANT YOU TO VOTE FOR HER: What more do you need to know this Super Tuesday?

POLL PREDICTION: Hillary Clinton and Proposition S & 93 will do a lot better in Villaraigosa's and Nunez's district than polls are predicting. Polls do not account for canvasing the neighborhood for absentee ballots. Not a joke! This is why the polls continue to be off. But no where will they be more off than in VillarNucklehead's district. So expect Clinton and Prop S to outperform the polls.

SHILLARY the CHILLARY: Thanks to the crew of the Titanic for speaking with their candidate about all the screaming and yelling, based on the postings on this blog. She is working on it, and did a much better job on Monday.

LACER Pension Fund
: Best beware of the bond insurance crisis!!! Hope you're not left holding the bag. I think it's too late.

Did You See LA'S Biggest Embarassment, Antonio Villarigosa Introduce Hillary Clinton in Commerce, California

Did you see LA City Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa introduce Hillary Clinton in California on Friday? They have been airing it on C-Span.

Antonio mentioned that he was in Iowa three times -- and spent five days in New Hampshire. No wonder he had to declare a financial emergency for Los Angeles: He's flying all over the country doing everything under the sun, except his job as mayor. (Then when he gets back into town, he has to run the school district.)

The nerve of this guy to brag that as mayor, he flew to New Hampshire for five days. (How is THAT in the best interest of the City? I say they should count against his vacation days!)

Anyway, if you want to bankrupt the country, by spending all your money on "helping" people, vote for Clinton. I though government's job was to fix the roads and provide basic services. Not run everyone's lives for them.

Clinton announced she wants a 90 day moratorium on foreclosures to give people time to figure out what to do since they were victims of predatory lending. So she wants them to simply keep paying whatever they can currently afford (the current interest rate they are locked in at, without paying the new higher rate).

She called for Congress to pass an economic stimulus package that could cost as much as $110 billion to help low-income families keep their homes, to subsidize heating costs this winter and perhaps refund some taxes.

Well, that's very nice Hillary, but what do you tell the people who were responsible and didn't over-extend themselves and didn't buy more than they could afford. Now the people who made the irresponsible and fraudulent decision to by more home than they could afford, will be paying less, for a nicer home than people who stuck to the rules.

I agree, that if I ran a bank, I might not raise people's rates, and take in something, rather than nothing in this housing market...but that should be up to the bank who made the loan to decide for themselves.

Plus, she wants to spend $70 billion to hand out to low income people who are victim of circumstance. (Because they are not as successful as Eli Broad or AKG -- and it's not their fault!)

And remember, when she says, "all people in America..." -- she means, "all", as in anyone and everyone...no questions asked. (You don't even hear the VillarClinton team say, "all Americans". NOW, it's "all people in America." (And there IS a difference!)

One thing seems clear: Clinton and Villar are two peas in a pod. He should take her out to dinner at one of the illegal hot dog carts on the street, then buy her a counterfeit purse, watch or some other gift from an illegal sidewalk vendor.

"This economy may be working for some people, but it sure isn't working for everybody," said Clinton, to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers with union members.

She mentioned something about out of work construction workers who can't pay their health care: HOW DARE SHE SAY USE THIS EXAMPLE, WHEN HER OWN CAMPAIGN CO-CHAIR (Villariagrosa) ALLOWS ANY NON-DOCUMENTED, NON-CITIZEN TO WORK ON THESE CONSTRUCTION SITES. (Yes Hillary, if you replace employed citizens with non-citizens, the citizens will be unemployed and won't be able to afford health care. Especially when you keep adding new trash, bulky item and other fees and new taxes -- LIKE PROPOSITION S .

THEN, you want to spend $70 billion and $110 billion to fix the problem. WOW, I thought I was listening to a Janice Hahn speech!

Meanwhile, it was Hillary's best delivered speech that I have seen so far. It was the best I have ever seen her do. Even if I don't feel she means a word she says and is a complete phony. I get reaaaaaal nervous when I see Hillary, Nunez and Villaraigosa standing together in cahoots.

IF ANYONE FROM BARACK OBAMA'S CAMPAIGN IS READING THIS...START MAKING SURE ANTONIO & NUNEZ DON'T CANVAS ALL THE NEIGHBORHOODS AND COLLECT UP ALL THE ABSENTEE BALLOTS...BEWARE THOSE HOUSE PARTIES...AND WATCH WHEN A BUS CARAVAN PULLS UP TO THE POLL. (You know you can close a gap, real quick that way since they don't check IDs and the people who work the polls like to keep their backs turned.) VOTER FRAUD...It IS an issue in Los Angeles, Barack...WATCH IT. I say you are gonna get creamed in Nunez/Villar's district if you don't watch the polls the way college students watched the polls in Venezuela and prevented Chavez from pulling his usual tricks.

OH NO...Hillary just said, "I'm glad Mayor Viagraosa is here, because L.A. is known as one of the cleanest, greenest cities." REALLY? Is that big yellowish-gray cloud hanging over the city a special eco-cloud. (I thought it was smog.) But remember VillarClinton, keep repeating something over and over, and they'll believe it!

[Note from ZD: I know some of the stuff I'm saying may surprise some folks. I really do see both sides. Compassion vs Free Market. (And sometimes you have to "fudge" things to make the system work in reality. But I just don't trust the VillarClinton team on this one. Like putting a nursery school class in charge of the candy store...or in this case, bank vault.)
