As the Voter Fraud trial of former CD2/7 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Richard AlarCON (and wife) continues, political antagonizes Assemblyman Raul "Mini Fuentes" Bocanegra and former CD 2 City Clowncil Central Committeewoman Wendy "Boss D'Arcy Rizzo's Call Greuel", testify against the "Zorro Marxist".

** Blogger's Note: When your political enemies are willing to face you down in the Court of Law, instead of merely back-stabbing you with a smile on their respective faces, then that should be a barometer of bad legal tidings ahead for in the Voter Fraud Trail of Mr. and Mrs. Richard AlarCON. As Dakota Smith reports online for the "Daily Valley Moldy Green Sheet" (aka LA Daily News), former AlarCON Staffer, turned Assemblyman Raul "Mini Fuentes" Bocanegra and recent Mayoral/ Congressional Losing Candidate Wendy "Boss D'Arcy Rizzo's Call Greuel", were more than willing to frontally dagger the former CD2/7 City Clowncil Central Committee Member with their respective testimony on behalf of the Prosecution as excerpted below ...........

This is how a former Staffer, turned ambitious Assemblyman, turns on his former Boss.

While working as a planning deputy for Alarcon in 2007, Bocanegra said he met with a land-use consultant about a zone change for the Panorama City property, part of a proposal to develop the site into multi-use residential units. Gilmer has previously suggested to the jury that the Alarcóns wanted to develop the Panorama City site.
Bocanegra also was asked about whether there was media publicity about Alarcon’s residency in 2007.
“I think it was an area of concern for the staff, yes,” Bocanegra.
Bocanegra was elected to the Assembly in 2012, beating Alarcón, who faced negative media stories amid the District Attorney’s investigation into his residency.

A witness for the prosecution, Greuel testified that Alarcón, her then-colleague on the City Council, called her in 2007 and asked her to move the boundaries to put Flora’s house on Sheldon Street in Sun Valley in District 7. Greuel consulted with her staff on the move, which would have affected about 200 houses, she said.

Greuel told the court Alarcón said the council district boundaries had been moved before. He cited how the lines were redrawn to accommodate Antonio Villaraigosa when he served on the City Council (think former house on Mt Washington), Greuel said.
Greuel decided against the move, she told jurors, because it would break up the Stonehurst community, which was in her district. Later, that area was designated a historical preservation zone.

........,judging from the testimony, the AlarCONs will have some quality cell time to plot payback.

The LA Times is reporting that Mayoral Candidate Wendy "The Villar Greuel" has loaned her campaign $100,000 dollars, prompting a 2009 CD 2 Special Election Flashback.

 As aspiring female candidates for public office, what do/did Wendy Greuel and Chris Essel share in their respective political quests? How about a "Private Citizen/ Campaign Consultant" name John Shallman, who spent campaign proceeds at a far greater level than their respective challengers, prompting .............

City Controller Wendy Greuel, whose campaign for Los Angeles mayor had been dramatically out-spending rival Eric Garcetti, loaned her campaign $100,000, according to documents filed with the City Ethics Commission over the weekend.The move comes a little more than two weeks before election day, as Greuel faces cash-flow pressures that have forced her to cut back on TV advertising.A clear picture of the candidates’ financial conditions will emerge on Thursday, when financial disclosure reports are due.  But a Times review of fundraising and spending in recent weeks found that Greuel has been raising less money than City Councilman Garcetti, but spending at a faster pace since the March 5 primary (or since the Shallman takeover of the campaign).

The Times should also review this passage to note the prior spending behavior of Greuel and then Essel's Campaign Consultant John Shallman, as we partake in this flashback moment. Sound familiar to current events?

While IBEW shills and attacks for Essel, in their "independent ways". Team Essel is almost running on empty when it comes to their financial state. Since the start of campaigning, the Essel Campaign has collected $627,404 in contributions and $184,259 in matching funds. But with the cost of paying the likes of Shallman, Berman and Burnside, eating away at available finances, her campaign has "big gulped" $902,201 in expenses.With her hands on cash near nil, Chris Essel has loaned her campaign $10,000 of personal money. 

....... and as of today, the Villar Greuel for Mayor Campaign has "big gulped $5,830,700 in campaign expensives, plus over $3,000,000 of IBEW dues. Thus, leaving us to ponder whether political history will repeat itself on May 21?

Foothill Rebellion brewing over Redistricting 2012

My fellow Lake View Terrace residents,

The "new" draft redistricting map put most of LVT and Sunland-Tujunga in CD7 with Richard Alarcon  as our councilman.

Shadow Hills, La Tuna Cyn and LVT south of Foothill has been moved to CD 6 - Tony Cardenas's district.  We voted for Wendy Greuel over Tony Cardenas in CD 2 eight years ago!

WE ARE CD 2. There is strength in numbers. Sunland-Tujunga isn't going to take this quietly. Neither will we!
