A Vile Reminder on the Racist Mindset of the Northeast San Fernando Valley Democratic Machine

As a bloggin Public Service to voters in the 39th Assembly District we present the following "vile, repugnant refresher" regarding a crony (Rosemary Jenkins) of the Northeast San Fernando Valley Democratic Machine's (and recently elected County Committee Member) Opinion on an Immigrant, turned Assemblywoman Patty Lopez's "Fitness" to hold Public Office.
The Racist Chairperson of the 39th Assembly District Democratic Party Central Committee Rosemary Jenkins.

** Blogger's Note: As a Bloggin Disclaimer to 39th Assembly District Voters, the following racially-tinged comments posted below, directed at Assemblywoman Patty Lopez just after her upset victory over former Assemblyman (and now 2016 Challenger) Raul Bocanegra, were not made by some alleged, Anglo, Alt-Right, Donald Trump-supporting Klan Member. In reality, the utterly, contemptible verbiage was a produce of 39th AD-residing Democratic Activist/Crony Rosemary Jenkins, who had the audacity to post her missive titled, "When Recall Becomes Necessary" on the CityWatchLA Website. Jenkin's Hit Piece on the behalf of the Northeast San Fernando Valley Democratic Machine, was largely condemned by many activists within the 39th AD. But more paramount, her premise that Assemblyman Lopez's alleged lack of education and grasp of the English Language were the basis for disqualifying from holding Public Office ........... have been REPUDIATED by her ethical attention given to Stakeholder's concerns. Indeed Assemblywoman Lopez has shown great growth as a community-first Public Official ........... and the 39th AD Voters would find it wise to further continue that community-benefiting Leadership by re-electing Assemblywoman Patty Lopez----Scott Johnson
Although she has lived in this country for more than 42 years (and has unsuccessfully taken ESL classes for 20 of those years), she is functionally illiterate in both English and Spanish. She dropped out of high school and eventually earned her GED but cannot read or write, particularly in English, at even an elementary school level. One of the least egregious examples of her inadequate education can be found on her Ballot Designation Worksheet (used for State filing purposes) on which she wrote “The reason I am choice this title [Educational Community Representative] is because I have been work, voluntter and this.” As a Progressive, I firmly believe in diversity with all its ramifications, but to be an effective legislator at any level requires fluency in the English language and the ability to communicate well. There have been other situations that have demonstrated her lack of education. Her tribute on the floor of the State Assembly for the world-renowned gospel singer and activist, Andraé Crouch (who lived in her district) was embarrassing for her inability to read the honorific to the audience. Similarly, at a recent Martin Luther King, Jr., Day Breakfast, she awkwardly fumbled over the few words she had planned to say in honor of this Civil Rights leader.Due to these limitations, Ms. Lopez has had to have an interpreter to translate into Spanish what crosses her desk and during her interactions with colleagues (including what is covered within the Democratic Caucus). One can only assume that it is because of these linguistic barriers that she skipped many (if not all) of the training and orientation sessions for all newly elected in the State Assembly; thus, she is completely unfamiliar with procedure.

The Political Party of Jim Crow still seeks to keep minorities in their Place ........... not including Political Office.

HOT Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Monday

Second Term-seeking 39th Assembly District Assemblywoman Patty Lopez, is the recipient of a $7,500 FPPC Fine/Lesson on following Campaign Finance Rules.
Now 39th AD Assemblywoman Patty Lopez (center) during 2014 Ballot Count.
** Blogger's Note: Its a safe bet that any discerning observer of the 2014 39th Assembly District Contest between then Assemblyman Raul Bocanegra, and now Assemblywoman Patty Lopez, would NOT cite the Campaign of the upstart candidate as an ideal Grass Roots-structured example to emulate ..........., especially in regards to its finances. As the Second Term-seeking Assemblywoman NOW KNOWS (via last week's FPPC ruling) , even the best of intentions in campaigning, are still held accountable as noted below.

6. In the Matter of Patricia López, Patty López for Assembly 2014, and Carolina Perez; FPPC Nos. 15/313 and 15/314.Staff: Senior Commission Counsel Angela Brereton, Special Investigator Paul Rasey, and Program Specialist Soni Mangat. Patricia López was a successful candidate for Assembly District 39 in the June 3, 2014 Primary Election, and in the November 4, 2014 General Election. Patty López for Assembly 2014 was her candidate controlled committee. At all relevant times, Carolina Perez was the treasurer of the Committee. López, Patty López for Assembly 2014, and Perez failed to timely file one semiannual campaign statement and two preelection campaign statements for reporting periods in 2014 by the applicable due dates, in violation of Government Code Sections 84200, subdivision (a), 84200.5, subdivision (a), and 84200.7, subdivision (b) (1 count); failed to deposit contributions into a single, designated campaign bank account prior to expenditure, in violation of Government Code Sections 85201, subdivisions (c) and (e) (1 count); received cash contributions of $100 or more totaling approximately $1,300, and made cash expenditures of $100 or more, totaling approximately $1,220, in violation of Government Code Section 84300, subdivisions (a) and (b) (1 count); failed to maintain supporting records for contributions and loans received and expenditures made, in violation of Government Code Section 84104 (1 count); López failed to disclose required economic interests of real property and income in her Candidate Statement of Economic Interests, in violation of Government Code Sections 87206 and 87207 (1 count).Total Proposed Penalty: $7,500.

Meanwhile ......., a Federal Grand Jury is still outstanding in rendering Justice against a Northeast San Fernando Valley Democratic Machine, that holds Accountability in contempt (allegedly).

THEE Classic Los Angeles Magazine Cover of a now former Failure Mayor.
** AHHHH, to paraphrase a certain former Failure Mayor Antonio Villar ........, AHHHHH, I have alot of Service left in me (or servicing of Telebimbos?). Thus, we can safely keyboard here that the "2018 Tony Villar for Governor Campaign" is nearly bloggin upon us. But with no apologies to "Team Tony", we must ponder whether a "Failure Politico" is fit to govern "The Greece on the Pacific (formerly The Golden State)" if he can't properly identify an ISIS-inspired Terrorist Attack as exampled below from his Twitter Account yesterday.
18 hours ago18 hours ago. and I agree, to honor victims of mass shooting, both and should debate there.

AHHHHH?? Maybe "MEAT/Chief Parker" should craft the Tweets (when not driving Tony).
CD 12 City Councilman and LAPD Reserve Officer Mitch Englander.
** Nuch 2.0?? Did I hear a bloggin backfire after the latest campaign shot aimed at LA County Board of Supervisor Candidate Mitch Englander regarding his Ballot Designation as "Councilmember/Police Officer" by opposing Candidate Elon Carr's (and noted Hector Chacon Political Machine Associate) Campaign Consultant John Thomas? In noting his Tweet below that seem to insinuate that the CD 12 Officeholder ........., and LAPD Reserve Officer, is a "Nuch in Uniform" ......, we will simply state, be careful what you wish for.

Mar 18Could Mitch Englander be LA County's 2.0?

........, to be continued.

Your thoughts ...............

The HOT Monday Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine

The "Mastermind" of the infamous Chacon Political Family, Montebello Unified School Board Member Hector Chacon, to face major re-election challenge in wake of failed attempt to take controll of Montebello City Council
The "Mastermind" of the infamous Chacon Political Family, Montebello Unified School Board Member Hector Chacon.
** The supposed Mastermind of the infamous Southeast Los Angeles County Chacon Political Family, Montebello School Board Member Hector Chacon, is less than a week away from his failed attempt to gain control of the Montebello City Council (via a alleged alliance with losing Councilwoman Christina Cortez Campaign Consultant Billie Martinez) ....., and the whispers of a coordinated effort to remove him, come re-election time are being heard. The multi-terms Board of Education Member, did himself no political favors with his "Fictitious Campaign" to place brother Fernando on the City Council. His Political Capital were also devalued due to the Chacon Political Family collaboration with the Publisher/Propagandist Brian Hews of the formerly "Los Cerritos News", that became the factually-challenged "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News", during the just completed Montebello Elections, Despite funding from the Commerce Casino, the Consulting, Propagandist Duo of Hector and Brian fail badly, with endorsed Chacon candidates. Fernando Chacon and Montebello School Board Member David Vela being defeated (along with others in Southeast LA).

The Grass-Roots, Cross Party-supported 39th Ad Assemblywoman Patty Lopez.

** The voting record of first term, 39th Assembly District Assemblywoman Patty Lopez should dispel the whispers of those who thought she was a Republican, in a heavily-accented. lowly-educated immigrant persona. Despite the fact that she was a reliable Labor/Democrat Vote, who was able to get legislation approved by her colleagues ........, and signed by Governor Jerry "Moonbeam II" Brown, her fellow Sacramento Lawmakers and their contributing Special Interests, have not been reciprocating in supporting (with endorsements and contributions) as she faces a rematch with Raul Bocanegra of the ethically-challenged, Northeast San Dernando Valley Democratic Machine. Thirty-ninth AD Voters, will surely have no problem in this looming campaign rematch in discerning the candidates, with Lopez being the frequently-seen Incumbent (with grass-roots, cross-party support) ......, and Bocanegra, the face of a Democratic Machine with pending Federal Grand Jury issues.

Mayor Sam Exclusive, Part Two: "Damned the Rubbish State of CD 6, Full Staff Resources to Intimidate Patty Lopez Supporters Instead"

In Part Two of a Mayor Sam Exclusive, we disclose documentation that CD 6 City Councilwoman allegedly directed EIGHT of her paid staff to act as "Observers/Intimidators", on behalf of Husband Gerry Guzman's Client Assemblyman Raul Bocanegra Campaign.
Duh!! Think what we could of accomplish to counter the "Rubbish State of CD 6" on November 10, 2014, if I had not sent EIGHT of my staff to Norwalk, to act as "Observers/Intimidators" to cover up Hubby Gerry's latest consulting screw-up.
** Blogger Note: In Part Two of our Mayor Sam Exclusive, we disclose "Observer Sign-In Sheets" via the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder Elections Division, that show on November 10, 2014, EIGHT MEMBERS of CD 6 City Councilwoman Nury Martinez, were on hand as "Observers/Intimidators", in support of the Assemblyman Raul Bocanegra as uncounted ballots were reviewed, approved and counted. In Part One of this Exclusive, we disclosed the Tweets of LA Daily News Reporter Dakota Smith, that alluded to a "COUPLE" of staffers being present on the Monday after the November Election Day. But as the Sign-In Sheets below disclose, the real number of Councilwoman Martinez Staff, who allegedly took time off from their CD-6 duties was actually EIGHT. The fact that so many of Councilwoman Martinez staff were allowed to take "time off" from their normal duties, to support Husband Gerry Guzman's client, then Assemblyman Raul Bocanegra, is bound to renew dialog on whether the current Councilwoman, places paramount the needs of the Northeast San Fernando Valley Democratic Machine, over the concerns of the average CD-6 Constituent as Election Day nears a week away---Scott Johnson.
No set of turntables can help Gerry Guzman-Martinez spin away his Councilwoman Wife's enabling of support in attempting unsuccessfully, to influence the vote counting in the recent 39th AD Campaign.

Lets play "Count the CD-6 Staffers on the November 10, 2014 Sign-In Sheets".
Despite the efforts of EIGHT CD-6 Staffers and other cronies of the Northeast San Fernando Valley Democratic Machine, "Team Patty Lopez" is now part of the growing Assemblywoman Patty Lopez Grass Roots Coalition.
As CD 6 City Council Challenger Cindy Montanez recently pointed out, the "Rubbish State of CD-6" is a Nury Martinez Mistake that the Council District can no longer afford ......., especially when EIGHT STAFFERS are spending time acting as "Observers/Intimidators" for Gerry's latest Consulting Folly.
Your thoughts ..............

Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Monday

As the City of Los Angeles 2015 Municipal Elections campaigning shifts into high gear, union-backed Independent Expenditure Committees have so far, largely held back its financial giving to its Politicos of choice (for now).

Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Monday

As the CD 6 Rematch between Nury Martinez and Cindy Montanez shifts into gear, the Montanez Campaign is touting its high number of signatures that qualified her for the March 2015 Elections.
Cindy Montanez is all smiles regarding her signature total.
This is going to be a battle.
As we enter the Christmas/New Years lull before the 2015 Election Campaigns kick into gear, the Cindy Montanez Campaign is touting its qualifying ballot signature totals as noted on its Facebook Page ........., We officially qualified to be on the March 3, 2015 LA City Council ballot! Thank you and Gracias to the over 1,600 residents who signed our petition to qualify. The spirit of my family and my neighbors in the San Fernando Valley is so uplifting...I would be honored to be your Councilwoman.
Memo to the Martinez-Guzman Campaign, you cannot blow smoke in attempting to play down these numbers, for they are a warning signal of dire political fortunes ahead.
** According to this week's edition of Daily News Rick Orlov's "Tipoff Column", "The Bocanegra Davidians" have initiated a "whispering campaign" against new 39 Assembly District Officeholder Patty Lopez. This as the former Assemblyman plans his next political move by opening a 2016 Bocanegra for Assembly Fundraising Account.
** What do you call a Third Term-seeking Los Angeles City Clowncil Central Committee Member who last week, garnered the Endorsement of both the Los Angeles County Labor Federation and the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce? Lets try an Enabling Tonto Huevon. We should note that the last person to achieve the dual Endorsement of Business and Labor was a certain "Boss D'Arcy Rizzo Call Greuel".
** The following is CD 1 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Gil "Broken Deal Cedillo's" defiant comments directed at a certain "1% Group of Bullys".

Memo to "Broken Deal Cedillo", there are a lot OF "One Percent Plus" segments of your district that soon may add up to a protesting majority.
Your thoughts ..............
