Photos (mixed with Bloggin Commentary) from a Mayor Sam Field Trip to the LA Police Commission Meeting in Boyle Heights

On the Morning After a Mayor Sam Blog Field Trip to the Los Angeles Police Commission Meeting at Boyle Height's Hollenbeck Middle School, we present Photos, mixed with salient commentary on the theatrical proceedings (with audience financed by George Soros?).
City Hall regular Public Commentator "Herman" addressing the Commission.
** Blogger's Note: In the first installment of our Mayor Sam Bloggin Summer of 2016 Field Trip Series, we safely made our way along the congested Soto Street Corridor to Boyle Height's Hollenbeck Middle School, for an evening of formalities, mixed with "colorful communal commentary (financed in part by George Soros?)" as the LA Police Commission staged a venting session. The usual City Hall Public Commentators (Herman and Wayne)  along with the regular Police Commission Meeting's agitators (Black Lives Matters and Lefties), blessed the proceeding with multiple, obscenity-laden rants, directed at Chief Charlie Beck and Commission Members. The assorted agitators, did their best to hijack the proceedings by conducting themselves in a manner that have cause the likes of South LA Newspaper Columnist Betty Pleasant, to condemn the counter-productive behavior. But despite the theatrics, great salient observations were made about the internal LAPD administrated dysfunction (think Captain Ruby's Community Relationship Division) ......., and of course, the Current State of Political Policing/Enabling at Hollenbeck, via the likes of Caroline Aguirre, Legacy LA Youth, Teresa Marquez ........., and a certain Blogger. The Commission deserves commendation for allowing people to speak on the record ........., but whether it will make a difference, to be bloggin continue----Scott Johnson.

HOT Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Tuesday

As two LAPD Hollenbeck Division Officers recover from injuries resulting from a deadly altercation with an AB-109 "Non-Violent Probationer", speculation is rampant about an alleged, "breech of crime scene protocol", by the now Captain of the newly-created Community Relationships Division (and "close associate" of Chief Charlie Beck), Ruby Malachi.

LAPD Captain I Ruby Malachi.
** As two LAPD Hollenbeck Division Officers continue their respective recoveries following a May 13 Shootout with a supposed (and now deceased) "AB-109 Non-Violent Probationer", speculation is becoming increasing rampant that a certain new "Captain I (and CLOSE associate of LAPD Chief Charlie Beck)" is in need of a refresher course regarding "Crime Scene Protocols". According to multiple sources, Ruby Malachi, the newly-promoted Captain overseeing the recently-created Community Relationships Division, was observed to have breech the May 13 Boyle Heights Crime Scene, as defined by the familiar (and clearly-noted) red color tape, pictured above. This latest episode is surely to garner more scrutiny on how the newly-promoted Captain, was chosen to preside over the equally-new Community Relations Division, forgoing the normal protocol that saw Captains serve in a Divisional Patrol position.
The Boyle Heights Evergreen Cemetery Voting Precinct?
** KCAL/KCBS Investigated Reporter David Goldstein in his latest installment, finds that Los Angeles County shares some "dead polling proclivities" with the State of Illinois Cook County. Not surprisingly, the majority of the Dead Voters were Democrats ..........., and some cast their ballot by mail. Most longtime political consultants will agree that the best way to bridge the Polling Place to those seeking to cast a vote from the "After Life", is by the Absentee Ballot. This fact may be why the Princeton-educated CD 14 City Councilman Jose Huizar has proposed that ALL City Elections be facilitated by Mail  Thus, come the time when the termed-out Officeholder seeks to become Mayor, then all he has to do is send a ballot to his Evergreen Cemetery Voting Base ;) ;).
Youth for the Berning Man.
** With yesterday's deadline to register to cast a ballot in the upcoming June 7 Primary, we are hearing reports that a certain Charter School was a site for a last minute Voter Registration Drive by one of the Campaigns. Most would agree that all Public Schools should remain Neutral Ground ......., to be continue.

"The Villar and Beck Self-Congratulation Tour" date with reality in El Sereno

LAPD Chief Charlie beck with his boss Mayor Antonio Villar. In Mayor Villar's words. the "LAPD Golden Hour" in executing the "Flea Party Bug Out", had almost tragic consequences in El Sereno due to the absence of LAPD resources.
Tuesday night stolen car suspect on foot in El Sereno after crashing stolen vehicle at the end of chase televised on KCAL. According to sources, at the time of terminus of chase in El Sereno, not one LAPD car was on patrol in the Hollenbeck Station area. In the Hollywood Station area, one car was on call to maintain law and order. This because patrol resources were diverted to Downtown LA to execute the "Flea Party Bug Out".
As we enter Day Two of the Mayor Antonio Villar and Chief Charlie Beck "Self-Congratulations Tour" regarding the "Flea Party Bug Out", the self back-slapping is giving way to the realities of questionable decision making within City Hall.
As city crews hauled away 30 tons of trash from the newly polluted brownfields of City Hall, it is clear in sight and smell that Occupy LA "was a messy excerment exercise in first amendment crap-talking by a bunch of pissed off derelicts", to paraphrase Mayor Villar.

Notes from the "Flea Party Bug Out" via the LAPD

Mayor Antonio (Pollo?)Villar and LAPD Chief Charlie Beck at 3:25 A.M. Press Conference on South Lawn. Media and LAPD/Mayor Villar butted heads over restrictions on the coverage regarding the removal of the Flea Party, as reported by Ron Kaye and the LA Weekly.
Thoughts:
The Los Angeles edition of Goerge Soros/SEIU/Van Jones "Occupy and incite Class Warfare Crusade", met it's demise tn the pre-dawn hours. What once was lush green space around 200 Spring Street is now a barren, littered wasteland of debris from the rabble that once had an open invitation to stay as long as they wish. But as on-site conditions worsen and political slap back mounted, Mayor Villar was politically boxed into a no-win corner and gave the LAPD permission to clean out the encampment. ** What is needed now is an open and transparent audit on the cost of this progressive rabble and suggestions how the city can recoup the financial outlays of this Free Speech campout. **Afternoon Update: CD 12 City Councilman Mitch Englander has answered the challenge.
The numbers:
200 292 arrests with bail set for most at $5,000.
1400 LAPD officers deployed.
** Financial costs will come later with ensuing debate.
Winners:
Professionalism of the Rank & File LAPD.
Any 2013 mayoral candidate outside of City Hall (Zev, Kevin or Rick) who can highlight the hypocrisy of city resources being utilize for this debacle.

Lincoln Heights Neighborhood Council Member and Occupy LA Red Rabble Organizer Mario Brito who's cooperation with LAPD reduce the potential for violence during last night Flea Party Bug Out.
Losers:
City Council President Eric Garcetti's "stay as long as you wish pledge".
City Council Occupy LA Resolution.
** Fee Waivers, the cost of Occupy LA's "fee waiver" may set a record that would make El Grito's financial favors look like a family picnic for four.

Mayor Villar, Chief Beck to meet behind close doors to discuss Occupy LA "Timeline"

LAPD Chief Charlie Beck and Mayor Antonio Villar.
KFI's Steve Gregory is reporting that Mayor Antonio Villar and LAPD Chief Charlie Beck will meet behind close doors at 1:45 P.M., to discuss a "Timeline" for ending the occupation of grass space at City Hall.
In addition, the LA Times noted Chief Beck's comments on the process of ending Occupy LA.
Beck, however, said in a brief interview Tuesday morning that the tent city surrounding City Hall is not sustainable. The ongoing talks between the sides are focused on finding some compromise that would see the protesters voluntarily break down the camp.“That’s a piece of dirt, it’s not sustainable ecologically and it’s only going to get worse and worse,” Beck said, referring to the lawn that largely has been destroyed.  “We need to find either a different location or a different medium for them to use.”
.... this is going to take time as the damage costs rises on the South Lawn.

Mayor Villar and LAPD Chief Beck to hold 4PM Presser on arrests in Bryan Stow Beating ** Update: KFI reporting possible Boyle Heights connection in case

"Suspect on left side is in custody, name will be release after booking this evening."
** Sunday Evening Update: The Los Angeles Times is reporting that apprehended suspect Giovanni Ramirez is an documented member of the "Varrio Nuevo Estrada (VNE) Street Gang" which is centered in the Boyle Heights Estrada Courts Housing Project.
Mayor Antonio Villar, LAPD Charlie Beck, Dodgers officials and members of the press will converge on Dodger Stadium for a 4:00 PM press conference to give more details on this morning's arrests in connection to the Bryan Stow Beating

Within the last hour, speculation on the suspects is rampant in regards to parole status and gang affiliation.

We will update as the facts are separated from speculation.

Post Presser Update: KFI's Eric Leonard reports this exclusive."About two weeks after the incident detectives caught what they hoped was the first big break in the case -- when someone working at a dry cleaner in Boyle Heights reported someone had dropped-off a bloody Dodgers jersey for cleaning.

LAPD sources told KFI NEWS the jersey was immediately tested for the presence of DNA evidence.

It's not clear if that effort played a role in this morning's arrest.

Developing".
