After a too-long hiatus, the Mayor Sam Sister City News Group commences its bloggin Re-Opening, as a City, State, Nation and World, seeks an arduous return to a previous normal, while holding accountable those who have fail their fellow citizens, via episodes of ethical, moral and character breaches of behavior.

Since our last post in March, these last three historic months has seen a World, Nation, State, City, Friends and Family, endure a Pandemic originating in a Communist-controlled Country, then witness a heinous breach of moral conduct (the Death of George Floyd), that has profound implications on the stability of our already-wounded society.

As with any crisis, those that we appoint into position of leadership, are expected to conduct themselves and execute their authority, with respect to the laws that supposedly safeguard our rights granted to us by the Constitution .........., or so we thought.

In the days ahead as the Mayor Sam Sister City News Group re-commences its cyber-dialog, its our paramount priority to promote a non-conditional discussion (no Cancel Culture Threats withstanding), on those who have used a Pandemic, and a senseless Death, to promote a self-serving agenda that takes for granted the Rule of Law and the Rights accorded us by a "Timeless Document" that is truly "Color-Blind" .........., when strictly-interpretive. To all our cyber-friends in "Council District A", enduring the Wuhan Virus-related restrictions has been somewhat elevated by the drip, drip, drip, drip outing of what we have reported all along .........., that the Princeton-educated Founder (with support of others) of a Political Criminal Enterprise ......., will be hopefully, relocated to a Federal Property in the near future and a certain "Scheduler, turned Deputy Chief of Staff" ..............., was paid off with Dirty Money. In the days ahead, the Mayor Sam Sister City News Group will exclusively disclose how those once in control of a Family Foundation, now are seeking to arbitrarily oust the current 501-C3 Board Incarnation, in a style of politics that the late Congressman would find lacking in moral ......, and ethical standing.

As friends were losing elder family members to the Wuhan Virus, the likes of former Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez, now a well-compensated Lobbyist for the Mercury Group, was resorting to the old Democratic Party tactic of not letting a Crisis go to waste ........, by allegedly enabling a PR/Communications Contract for his current Employer. In response the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors is seeking to stonewall a Fox News 11 Exclusive on the genesis of this latest paid-patronage resulting from a Mercury-Nunez Contribution.

In the wake of the LA Rioting that took place following the inept Mayor Eric Garcetti response to the Death of George Floyd, local Black Lives Matter Leader and Cal State LA Professor Melina Abdullah has garnered increase attention within the Progressive Media. That stated, those who have witness Professor Abdullah and followers conduct at past Police Commission Hearings, will find nothing progressive in their collective conduct .........., or her social media comments. 

Mayor Garcetti and LAPD Charlie Beck to take Questions Thursday Morning on KNX 1070 AM

LAPD Chief Charlie Beck  will join LA Mayor Eric Garcetti for his weekly "Ask the Mayor Radio Hour" on KNX 1070 AM, tomorrow (Thursday) from 10-11 AM as the LA County Sheriff Department (and the greater Law Enforcement Community) stands watch over a Gravely Wounded Sargent, shot in the Line of Duty today in Lancaster.

** Blogger's Note: Our thoughts and prayers this afternoon go out to the family of an unidentified LA County Sheriff Deputy who was gravely wounded in the Line of Duty today in Lancaster. Today's shooting is a stark, tragic reminder of the dangers that Law Enforcement Officers across the Country face on a daily basis and should reaffirm why the likes of the "Thin Blue Line" deserve objective-based support. While the democratic-leaning media devout column inches in furthering the propaganda/urban myths/talking points espoused by the likes of Black Lives Matter, the Los Angeles Police Protective League posted the following on its Facebook Page.

When did it become OK for young men to arm themselves and point their guns at police officers? Where's the outrage? Where's the outrage over the fact that there's been over 800 shooting victims in LA just this year? Click below for KTLA 5 report #misplacedoutrage 

We would hope that someone would ask Mayor Garcetti and Chief Beck to further break down the number of shooting victims, into categories of "Black on Black", "Brown on Brown", "Brown on Black" and "Black on Brown".
But just as important is asking whether the current Top Cop (and Mayor), retains the respect of his underlings as the strain of a Rising Crime Rate (thanks to AB-109 and Prop 47) take an increasing toll on an over-extended .......,and under-staffed force-----Scott Johnson.

** Blogger's Note: In the first installment of our Mayor Sam Bloggin Summer of 2016 Field Trip Series, we safely made our way along the congested Soto Street Corridor to Boyle Height's Hollenbeck Middle School, for an evening of formalities, mixed with "colorful communal commentary (financed in part by George Soros?)" as the LA Police Commission staged a venting session. The usual City Hall Public Commentators (Herman and Wayne)  along with the regular Police Commission Meeting's agitators (Black Lives Matters and Lefties), blessed the proceeding with multiple, obscenity-laden rants, directed at Chief Charlie Beck and Commission Members. The assorted agitators, did their best to hijack the proceedings by conducting themselves in a manner that have cause the likes of South LA Newspaper Columnist Betty Pleasant, to condemn the counter-productive behavior. But despite the theatrics, great salient observations were made about the internal LAPD administrated dysfunction (think Captain Ruby's Community Relationship Division) ......., and of course, the Current State of Political Policing/Enabling at Hollenbeck, via the likes of Caroline Aguirre, Legacy LA Youth, Teresa Marquez ........., and a certain Blogger. The Commission deserves commendation for allowing people to speak on the record ........., but whether it will make a difference, to be bloggin continue----Scott Johnson.

HOT Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Monday

As Mayor Eric Garcetti leads (and reassures) Angelinos in Standing with the People of France after the vile Radical Islamic Terror Attacks in Paris, he finds the time to revisit (quietly) the Holman United Methodist Church in South LA (minus Black Lives Matter Protesters).

** Blogger's Note: As the world stands with the People of France in the aftermath of Friday's vile Terrorist Attacks in Paris, Mayor Eric Garcetti "stayed the course" in reassuring Angelinos over the weekend that due diligence was the order of the day, with the likes of LAPD exhibiting a higher profile at large public events city-wide. Yet, while the news media and public remain fixated on the fluid events in Paris, it seems that Mayor Garcetti quietly, out-maneuvered Black Lives Matter Protesters, in returning to the West Adams, Holman United Methodist Church, as a "Special Guest" for a Veterans Celebration Sermon. Judging from the Facebook Pages of both the Church and Mayor Garcetti, the notice of the Mayor's appearance was made public, after the fact for obvious reasons. 

Meanwhile all is quiet as Mayor Garcetti returns to the Holman United Methodist Church.

** KRLA 870 AM Saturday Evening Talk Show Host Randy Economy went public regarding his issues with Editor/Publisher Brian Hews of the former, award-winning Los Cerritos News, now known merely as the "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News". Economy STRONGLY condemn Hews for the current state of reporting (especially after the Montebello Elections) at the now, factually-challenged weakly.

** We bring you this rare "WMD = Written Missive of Distinction" from the keyboard of longtime South LA Columnist Betty Pleasant, regarding the Los Angeles contingent of Black Lives Matter ......, and you may be in for a surprise as noted in the excerpt below.

REPUDIATE THESE PEOPLE! — Well, Melina Abdullah and her name-calling, foul-mouthed band of activist wannabes came out of their shells the other evening and enraged a large number of Black Angelenos, when she and her Black Lives Matter followers hijacked the meeting convened by Mayor Eric Garcetti and his Black constituents for a town hall discussion of the myriad of problems troubling many of us in this city. I was born and raised in this city and no mayor in my lifetime has ever assented to, let alone proposed such a meeting. 

As you know, I have never been a fan of Garcetti, but I feel I must publicly acknowledge that the thwarted town hall meeting he arranged was exactly what we followers of the Black Panther Party for Self Defense wanted when we fought for the enactment of theCivil Rights Act of 1960. We didn’t have any Black people in high places and the White politicians wouldn’t listen to what we had to say about our condition in this city, state, and country. If they had been willing to discuss our problems, we wouldn’t have had to march on Washington and Fannie Lou Hamer and them wouldn’t have had to organize the Mississippi Freedom Democratic Party so Black folks’ needs could be heard by somebody.

A South LA Dialog with Mayor Eric "Gar-Soft-ee" degenerates into a "Black Lives Matter" counter protest, prompting the First Term Mayor to vacate the proceedings as agitators surround his vehicle.

"Mayor Gar-Soft-ee Wear" is the right fit for vacating Community Meetings gone South (LA).

** Blogger's Note: Note to the Rhodes Scholar, turned First Term, Techie-Progressive Mayor Eric "Gar-Soft-ee"......., the Black Voter Still Matters in South LA. You should be commended for your attempt to reach out to a voter block that thought a "Boss D'Arcy Rizzo Call Greuel" would be a better choice to replace, now former Failure Mayor Antonio "Pollovillar (a flashback moment posted below)" It would of been so easy for you to send a token staffer to hear out a constituent group that is represented by the likes of longtime Soulvine Columnist Betty Pleasant, who has targeted you with numerous "WMDs (Wanton Missives of Distortions) regarding your policies and staff selections affecting South LA ......., but southward you ventured last evening. This morning, missives, news reports and commentary, are documenting "an attempt at connecting", that was readily hijack by those with a more decisive approach of messaging (devoid of substance). The image of a supposed Progressive Mayor, being escorted from a community forum beyond his control, this after failing to win over the audience with comments that supported the premise of the protesters (Black Lives Matter) and encouraging behavior (Booing) that is not conducive for a respectful conversation, provides additional validating our "Gar-Soft-ee Moniker" BTW, as a bloggin Public Service, we post below a video from the early days of the Failure Mayor Antonio Villar Era, that was the motivation for the "Polloraigosa Branding". Again, credit to "Mayor Gar-Soft-ee", but we hope that he find his inner-political sternness sometime soon---Scott Johnson.
