Lloyd Levine: Shoe Salesman?

 

One of the craziest rumors coming out of our Capitol based sources: Former State Assemblyman Lloyd Levine, who lost a primary battle for the State Senate last year is now working for a Sacramento shoe store.

We're looking into it, doubt it's true, but lots of the kids in Assembly and Senate offices were reportedly having fun with this one.

Latest CD2 Candidate Rumor

One of the people in this photo MAY be running for CD2; to give you a hint the campaign would be of "paramount" importance to many.

However the tip comes from the same people who told me that H. David "E WASTEWATER PLURIBUS" (what the hell does that mean anyway?) Nahai was running. So I offer no warranties here.

Oh boy! We get rumors! Is this one true? Who's it about?

A certain Valley director for the Mayor has been secretly seeing a performer that is known for causing a clash of cultures. She's been using her City-issued handheld and e-mail to set up meetings with him. Is she giving him inside material on the Mayor and the City to use in his next play? Is he getting preferential treatment and opportunities through the City because of the connection? Why are they keeping it secret?
