Jack Hoff's Weekend Calendar

The only activity of note that I could find for this weekend is straight from yesterday's Daily News (Thur. 3/6/08). I am printing it verbatim.

Around The Region/ANTELOPE VALLEY

Rescued animals will be on display

Lancaster - The Wildlife Waystation will present its collection of rescued animals at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Prime Desert Woodland Preserve at 35th Street West and Avenue K-8. The animals include a rabbit, a ferret and a chinchilla.

There is a $2 charge, and children 3 and under are free. For more information, call the preserve's interpretive center at 661-723-6230.

Okay. So let me get this straight;

A rabbit..... A ferret...... A chinchilla.

Hmm.

A couple questions:

Uh, how early can we line up?

What time do they start handing out the wristbands?

Starts at 6, ends at, what, 6:05?

For this, you needed a press release?

And what is the annual budget for this program?

(Any questions I've missed? Have a great weekend, JackHoffians!)
