Outtakes from CD 14: Council Candidate Rudy Martinez audio from KRLA's Kevin James Show

"CD 14 City Council Candidate Rudy Martinez at Clean Sweep LA Kickoff"

Safe to say when you own a restaurant and bar, late hours are par for the course.

Thus, it was no problem for CD 14 City Council Candidate Rudy Martinez to dedicate a half hour of today's early morning to KRLA's Kevin James. You can link to segment one and segment two at your leisure.

Martinez holds the distinction of being the recipient of the first independent expenditure on the March 2011 Campaign Season. This was courtesy of Broadway Merchants who paid $23,900 for a billboard near Broadway and Fifth Street, with his likeness gracing those within view.

In addition to Martinez appearance on the Kevin James Show, the latest speculation revolving around his campaign, is the link to a "certain high-profile consultant" who's name is well-known to regulars here at Mayor Sam.

If you wish to meet Rudy Martinez in person, the Martinez Campaign will be hosting a "meet and greet" tomorrow from 11-3PM at their Campaign Office located on 4745 Eagle Rock Blvd. You can link to the Rudy Martinez for City Council Webpage here.
