POLITICAL PEACE IN OUR TIME WITHIN EL SERENO?

CD 1 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Gil "Broken Deal Cedillo" must be envious. 

Hola from the forgotten "Bloggin Cut and Paste Homeland" east of the LA River from the Downtown Fiscal (and Political) Center of Clowncil Member Jose Huizar's Fiefdom. But with Reelection 2015 mere months away, the embattled Princeton Graduate is reaching out to all corners of his district in a politically paranoid-driven quest to engender support for a third and last term. How desperate the "Noted Heavon One" is in seeking out support, was this supposed surprise moment of reconciliation between former The Voice Community News Editor/Publisher Carlos Morales and the Princeton Graduate. We can only guess what inspired the above, gleeful moment of interaction between the two former CLARTS Fund antagonists, but now here at Mayor Sam, everyone can share in the historic union.

The "El Sereno Delusional Society" (Jorge, Yolie and a certain Julio?) must be in a State of Mourning over the demise of the bridge.

A point of disclosure, there are times (rare as they may be) that this blogger finds issues of mutual agreement with the "Dear Charro, Princeton Graduate". One of those involve the removal of the old Pacific Electric Street Car/ Soto Street Overpass at Mission Road. After numerous public hearings and an attempted Historical Preservation Designation by the secretive "El Sereno Delusional, errr Historical Society" was denied, work has commenced on the removal as noted above. As progress comes to a traffic bottleneck, we ponder what the likes of Jorge, Yolie (along with Michelle, Genny and a certain Julio?) will respond this act of progress? 

Why should the La Calandria Drive and Way location in El Sereno be bloggin familiar to longtime CD 14 Political Observers?

Since being installed by Political Papi./ex Failure Mayor Antonio Villar as his replacement on the Los Angeles City Clowncil Central Committee, the "Noted Huevon One", like clock work, awakes from his cyclical three year slumber to remind all his constituents of his alleged accomplishments, a year close to reelection time (especially if facing a serious challenger). In 2014, its no different as the Postal Service reaps a windfall in postage by depositing multiple mailers to voters. In the recent letter above, sent to El Sereno residents, Huizar takes credit for installing guard rails and turns signs on La Calandria Drive and Way. Is it just an accident of fact that Clowncilman Huizar owns a house at 4903 La Calandria Way? Is this the same property that has been the subject of multiple exposes in the media, involving alleged non-permitted work and non-payment on house improvements until noted by the LA Times ......, and the FBI?
