Morning Briefs on the Wuhan Virus Scene in Los Angeles (and Beyond) for Tuesday

The Los Angeles Unified School District, USC, LA Mayor Eric Garcetti, California Governor Gavin Newsom and the Pasadena Tournament of Roses (?), are featured as the Mayor Sam Sister City News Group endeavors to provide the latest unbiased, Wuhan Virus News and Facts.
The Official Unmasked Wuhan Virus Politico Hypocrite:
** Blogger's Notes: As the likes of Calizuela Governor Gavin ?Maduro" Newsom,  LA Failure Mayor 2.0 Eric "Yoga Pants", the LA County Minister of Social Health Barbara Ferrer, with stenographic regurgitation from a "Formerly Fishwrap of Record (on Spring Street)", push for a return to draconian Wuhan Virus Stay-at-Home Decrees, the Mayor Sam Sister City News Group recommits to the cyber-endeavor of providing the latest unbiased news and facts, as it becomes more readily-apparent, that politics, not science, is the paramount motive for the regressive actions being initiated by the likes of Governor Newsom and Mayor Garcetti. Instead of promoting Improvisation, Adaptation and striving to Overcome a Communist China-originating Wuhan Virus, the controlling One Party Collectivist Machine that reigns over Los Angeles y California, has digress to using science-challenged decrees, in pursuit of a desired "November Political Goal" ........., that is already having adverse fiscal, ethical and health ramifications.  The law-abiding, objective majority can readily discern that the recent spikes in Positive Wuhan Virus Reports, is the byproduct of recent Protests (as admitted to by Mayor Yoga Pants), a Border Region Surge out of Imperial County ........, and the FACT that we are conducting more tests (locally and nation-wide). The objective majority seeking factually and science-based content on the Wuhan Virus, would find it imperative to review daily content from the likes of Alex Berenson, Phil Kerpen, Alicia Smith and Ian Miller, rather than read today's formerly "LA Antonio Times" Editorial, that espouses doing away (for now) with the California State Bar Exam ......., which a certain Ex Failure Mayor Namesake, failed FOUR Times-----Scott Johnson.

Hot Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Monday

The Mayor Sam Blog returns with content pertaining to the pending Resignation of Empower LA/DONE General Manager Grayce Liu, the dire communal ramifications of State Senator (also Developer Lackey) Scott Weiner's SB-50, a stealth (naught) attempt by LAUSD Superintendent Austin Buetner to alter the language of Measure EE and a former State Senate Presidentes's desired emulation of a "Failure Mayor's CD-14 Political Pit Stop to Mayor" aspirations.
Empower LA Out-going GM Grayce Liu (above) will no longer be responsible for the questionable behavior of former City of San Fernando Mayor Mario Hernandez (pictured with then City Council Paramour Maribel de la Torre).
** Bloggers Notes: Great post Cinco de Mayor Monday to all as we return to reacquaint fingers to the bloggin keyboard, with bountiful content to share. We begin with last Friday's announcement from Empower LA/DONE General Manager Grayce Liu of her pending resignation to take another position in Mayor Eric Garcetti's Administration.
Disregarding the numerous acts of petty political interference by Mayor Garcetti and City Council, Lu will be lauded for her commitment to the Neighborhood Council System, but the timing of resignation may have to do with the department hiring of dubious Politicos, such as disgraced former City of San Fernando Mayor Mario "Tonto" Hernandez, the former paramour of City Council Colleague Maribel "Sancha" de la Torre. More later in the week.
Endangerment Alert!! State Senator (and Luxury Development Lackey) Scott Weiner's SB-50, would endanger Single Family Dwellings in Calizuela.
If anyone personifies the Evil of Big Government in Calizuela ........., its No Cal (via San Crappycisco) State Senator Scott Weiner. Progressive Housing Advocates on the Left and Limited Government Conservatives, should agree that Senator Weiner's SB-50 would adversely alter the formerly Golden State's historical communal landscape, benefiting Weiner's Luxury Developer Sponsors.
Sweet whispers between LAUSD Superintendent Austin "Mini Riordan II" Buetner and School Board Member Monica "Gorda Boo Boo" Garcia,.may impact "EE Rating".
We ponder if LAUSD Superintendent Austin Buetner was a recipient of a phone call from Mayor Eric Gar-SOFT-ee's Enforcer Rick Jacobs after the El Segundo Times (formerly on Spring Street), disclosed that "Mini Riordan II" Buetner's emulation of the Gar-SOFT-ee Administration's "Slight of Hand in Changing the Language of a Ballot Measure (reminiscence of Measure HHH)". Meanwhile, his policy paramour on the School Board Monica "Gorda Boo Boo" Garcia, has been making the rounds (denoted by directional rumblings) promoting yet another unaccountable tax on Property Owners.
Will the Voters of CD-14 applaud a former State Senate Presidente's repeat of a Failure Mayor's 2003 City Council/Mayoral aspirations?
Ex Calizuela State Senate Presidente Kevin de Leon the First, is the pending (as fast as fingers move) recipient of a new bloggin designation. The birth-given Kevin Alexander Leon (K.A. Leon for short), later the politico-aspiring Kevin (de or of) Leon, will be hereby known as .......... "K. Antonio (de or of) Leon". The Career Politico BFF of Fabian (and Esteban) Nunez, is apparently telling CD-14 Constituents, that his 2020 City Council Campaign is a warm-up act for a 2022 Mayoral Campaign ........, which would be a over-billing bonanza for a certain "Private Citizen/Political Consultant (John Shallman)", if retained by the K. Antonio (de or of) Leon City Council/Mayoral Campaign----Scott Johnson.

TGIF Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine (and Beyond)

On this TGIF before tomorrow's Rams vs Cowboys Playoff Game, we present week-closing topics and set the table on trending news for the coming days ahead----S.J.
Enjoy and prep yourself for a wet week ahead.

** Calizuela Pervycrat Financier Ed Buck Death Scandal 2.0 Fallout: As the identity of the latest African-American Friend of Pervycrat Financier Ed Buck to die in his home/perversion enclave, is made known, the Fallout among contribution recipients continues. Westside LA Congressman Ted Lieu announced his gifting of Buck's $18,000 Contribution to LGBTQ and African-American Non-Profits. Meanwhile, we call upon Congressman Jimmy Gomez to state, for the record, whether he would do likewise with his Buck Contribution.
Pervycrat Financier Ed Buck with Political Friends.

** The looming LAUSD Teacher Strike: With judicial clearance, the teachers represented by United Teachers Los Angeles, are "locked and loaded" for a Monday Strike. In past political times, a pending Walkout would provide an opportunity for a Photo Op/Grandstanding Mayor to mediate a resolution ......., but that is not the current "Gar-SOFT-ee Way". Instead, the absentee Mayoral Officeholder is more engage in positioning his "Choice Candidate" for the vacant LAUSD District Five School Board Seat, to garner one of the two places in a certain Runoff. More details on Monday.
Funding for Success?

** Backlash against LA Times Anti-Semitic Apologist/Columnist: Reflecting the current intolerant proclivities of the Calizuela-ruling Democratic Party, the once supposed "Fishwrap of Record on Spring Street", now merely an "Old Gray Goose-stepper (relocated to El Segundo)" is facing condemnation. Anti-Semitic Apologist Op-Ed Writer Robin Abcarian, has engender a major backlash from the Los Angeles Jewish Community (and beyond), for her "Wanton Missive of Dismissing" the vile Anti-Semitic Views of certain leaders of the Women's March.
Will the LA Times become the local Propaganda Reichstag of the Intolerant Left?

The Controversial Academia Semillas del Pueblo Faces Charter Revocation, Again (in 2018)

The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) Administration has recommended, once again, that the Indigenous/Communal-impersonating Learning Compound operated by the Lucrative 1% Charter School Duo of Markos and Minnie Aguilar-Ferguson, have its Charter Revoked ......., as the likes of infamous Sharia Law/Terrorist-supporting Linda Sarsour ........, endorses the continuing operation of the dysfunctional Public Education Facility in El Sereno.
Board of Education Report No. 080 – 18/19Charter Schools Division(Denial of Renewal Petition for Anahuacalmecac International University Preparatory of North America School) Recommends denial of the renewal petition for Anahuacalmecac International University Preparatory of North America School beginning July 1, 2019, to serve 425 students in grades TK-12 in each year of the charter and adoption of the attached Findings of Fact In Support of Denial of the Charter.

Noting the Passing of Education Advocate Scott Folsom

The Crusade for True Education Reform within the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) has lost a Great Advocate with the Passing of Northeast LA and PTA Activist Scott Folsom, who lost a two-year battle with Cancer at the Age of 69.
From LAUSD: Scott Folsom thanking audience for Standing Ovation as he receives the first-ever Board President Award for Service in March of 2016.
** Blogger's Note: Please pardon us momentarily as we step away from our normal impersonal bloggin mannerism ........, to extend heartfelt prayers and condolences to the Family of longtime Education Advocate Scott Folsom, who lost a two-year battle with cancer at 69.
The Mt. Washington resident began his educational crusade as a PTA member at his neighborhood-namesake (and daughter Alana's) elementary school, laying the foundation for a decades-commitment to improving parent involvement (via his California PTSA leadership), supporting teachers (as noted in the LA Times) and ceaselessly advocating for program to improve the student environment within LAUSD (via his long tenure on the district's Bond Oversight Committee).
As the accolades and tributes for Folsom continue on Social Media, we would be bloggin remiss if we did not note the under-appreciated comedic qualities of Folsom, that regular readers of his great "4LAKIDs Blog" became accustomed to.
During the 2013 LAUSD Elections, both Folsom and this blogger readily found the comedic value of then re-elected Board Member Monica "La Gorda" Garcia's "Dream Big Billboard (LOL!! the motivation for her "Gorda Boo Boo Moniker"), while also taking note of the adverse, ethical ramifications of her "FREE", pre-election exposure.
The 2013 LAUSD School Board Member Monica "Gordo Boo Boo" Garcia Billboard in El Sereno.
The Mt. Washington Homeowners Alliance Facebook Page has posted the following regarding a gathering to celebrate the life of Scott Folsom.

IN REMEMBRANCE OF SCOTT FOLSOM Please join Scott’s family and friends in remembering and celebrating his life at Mt. Washington Elementary’s Multipurpose Room on August 27th, 2016 at 2pm 2981 San Rafael Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90065

Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Friday

RINO Riordan calls out Mayor "Gar-ce-Tea" in Endorsing Anti-Development Ballot Measure.
Former Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan in a Populist Moment.

Oh for the bloggin love of Political Irony .........., and the following comment via former Successful Mayor Richard Riordan, is laden with them, as he announces his support for the Neighborhood Integrity Initiative Ballot Measure.
From the Los Angeles Times.

“If a person moved to the city now and heard Mayor Eric Garcetti talk, they’d assume he’s a member of the Tea Party,” Riordan said in a statement. “He isn’t doing anything for the poor but helping the rich get richer -- through these zoning deals on land development.”

LOL!! You got to love the documented Republican Ex. Mayor (with strong RINO proclivities), for comparing the PROGRESSIVE Mayor to the Tea Party ........., when in reality, the Second Term-seeking Rhodes Scholar is engaging in the current Democrat/Republican Establishment Scheme of rewarding their Corporate Development Welfare Donor Class, with value-adding Zoning Exemptions.

BTW, we would like to thank the "Successful Ex Mayor" for being the inspiration behind bestowing the new "Mayor Gar-ce-Tea Brand (of Development) Moniker" on the Density-loving Officeholder.

** Surprise, surprise (naught) that the Trial Lawyers are seeking out positions at the City of Los Angeles General Fund Trough, as the legal fallout from LAPD's Policy-challenged Response to the November 26, 2015 Ferguson, Mo. -related Protest, kick into Class Action Lawsuit mode. With the recent decision to not prosecute noted LAPD Blogger Jasmyne Cannick, based upon violations of the department's official unlawful assembly protocols, expect payouts to total seven figures.

**  The early observations on new LAUSD Superintendent Michelle King, does not bid well for the likes of outside reformers and Charter School supporters as the longtime District Educator pans the premise that the nation's second-largest School District is in need of major reforms (while supporting single-sex campuses), as the UTLA-backed School Board pushes back against a Eli Broad-supported Charter School expansion proposal.

LIVE!! From the LAUSD Crisis Bunker ......., its the "Mexican Oprah".

No one, nothing, not even a Terrorism Hoax that shutter's the Nation's second-largest School District, can keep the larger-than-life persona, that is LAUSD School Board Member Monica Garcia, from a narcissus moment of Day-dreaming Big .........., as the MEXICAN OPRAH.
The 2013 Inspiration (more like Free Electioneering) for the "Gorda Boo Boo" Moniker.

** Blogger's Note: Please never accuse us here at Mayor Sam, of not following through on our cyber teases (especially when is comes from the award-winning Randy Economy), for we present below (via Carl Peterson on You Tube) the now bloggin-documented "Mexican Oprah Comment" by LAUSD School Board Member Monica Garcia.
It would be an understatement to say (or in Monica's voice tone ......, BOOOM!!) that over the bloggin years, the former Chief of Staff to then School Board Member Jose Huizar, and most recently employed by former LA County Board of Supervisor Gloria Molina, has provided us with an ample, cyber fodder of material.
In 2013, as then School Board President Garcia was seeking re-election, the infamous Billboard pictured above, became the inspiration for her bloggin moniker of "Gorda Boo Boo (which mixed the "Gorda" nickname bestowed by Spanish-speaking parents in Boyle Heights ......., with the Reality TV nickname of Honey Boo Boo)", yet we never thought that that Monica herself, would provide the comedic inspiration for a new nickname.
But comedic thoughts aside, there are bound to be those who will not find funny, that at the moment the Nation's second-largest School District was seeking to ascertain the veracity of the alleged, terror threat that was responsible for the EXPENSIVE cancellation of classes, a elected representative would be engaging in a narcissus moment of ........, "wanting to be the Mexican Oprah"----Scott Johnson.

Seeking out the MEXICAN OPRAH.

Creditable Terrorist Threat (whoops hoax) shutters all LAUSD Educational Facilities for Tuesday

The Los Angeles Unified School District takes the drastic step of shuttering all its affiliated educational facilities in response to a Creditable Terrorist Threat email to one (or more) School Board Members.
A "Creditable Break from Finals" for LAUSD.
** ALL LAUSD CAMPUSES WILL BE OPEN WEDNESDAY:

** Blogger's Note: Dawn rose (again) on the reality that we live in unsafe times ......, and how our elected leaders respond to "creditable threats" are sure to garner intrinsic scrutiny, especially when a half-million children are forced to remain home.
The respective School Districts in New York and Los Angeles, were the recipients of "threats", targeting school facilities within the last 24 hours. But the credibility and ensuing responses resulting from both threats, could not be more different.
In New York, authorities quickly deemed the threat a hoax, with former LAPD Chief, now the city's Police Commissioner Bill Bratton stating the following ......, "These threats are made to promote fear...we can not allow us to raise the levels of fear,"
But in Los Angeles, LAUSD Superintendent Ruben Cortines, did not delay in ordering a break from the Fall Semester Finals Week, in shuttering all LAUSD affiliated educational facilities for today as campuses conduct safety sweeps.
Surely, as more details emerge on the LAUSD threat, media comparisons on the respective responses to Los Angeles and New York threats will dominate the news coverage ......., but meanwhile the children are still safe, in both LA and New York-----Scott Johnson in CD 14.

11:00 A.M. Update: LAPD Chief Charlie Beck and Mayor Eric Garcetti stand behind the decision of Supt. Cortines to shut down all campuses ........, as the media (and Public Official's) scrutiny of his actions commences.

Noon Hour Updates: ISIS is gleeful over the reaction of the alleged, LAUSD Officials-created "Panic in the American Los Angeles".

Sadly, the closing of LAUSD campus played a indirect role in the tragic death of a Highland Park Los Angeles International Charter School Student, who was in route to class, returning home after classes were canceled, when he was struct and killed by a City Of Los Angeles Street Service Vehicle, at the problematic, Avenue 60 and Figueroa Intersection according to the LA Times.

From the Hermon Community Facebook Page.

Families, friends, students and staff at the award-winning L.A. International Charter High School in HERMON were deeply sadly this morning to hear from L.A. Police that a young man (identified as Andres Perez of Montebello) struck down as a pedestrian near 7:30 a.m. at Figueroa and Avenue 60 was in fact one of the members of the senior class, walking from home near Highland Park to the school's hilltop campus here. Death was reportedly instantaneous, and the driver (*CORRECTING: of a big-rig semi truck) remained at the scene. Family was in transit to the scene when the school was informed at about 8:30 -- based on his student ID. School officers have joined them there. Hermon 's prayers go with the family and his classmates!

So much for NOT politicizing a tragic death.

Congressman Adam Schiff is calling the email threat directed at LAUSD ......., "some type of hoax".

Evening Update: We have a Dueling Battle of the Chiefs. New York (and former LAPD Chief) Police Commissioner Bill Bratton states that LAUSD over-reacted to the same email hoax. Current LAPD Chief Charlie Beck lashes back at Bratton for mocking the reaction of LAUSD.

Damned the Hoax ........, continue learning ahead!!: When the going gets rough via a Hoax interfering with the process of learning at Boyle Height's Roosevelt High School , well ........, how about a little whining to go with the twitter?

“When you have a savage teacher and she still wants you to complete her final even though there’s no school,” one of her students wrote on Twitter. The student deleted the post, but still re-tweeted more than a half-dozen responses from friends and classmates also slamming the teacher as “crazy.” “We probably dying and s— and she will be like your hands still work there is no excuse,” another wrote, while a third said she was “hating” the teacher.

Bulldogs .........., and Tigers are laughing at the current state of alleged "Rough Riders".

Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Back to School Tuesday 2015

Its Back to School Tuesday 2015 as hundreds of thousands of LAUSD students head back into Classroom Indoctrination, with hopefully the A.C. set at a comfortable level.
In a ideal world, parents can rejoice in sending off their children to quality schools.

Joy ......, and double joy (naught)!!

For hundreds of thousands of UTLA, whoops LAUSD charges (minus those in Charter Schools), today is the first day of the 2015/2016 Indoctrination/Social Engineering/School Year.

What can little John Juan/Juanita expect to learn/experience, between now and Memorial Day, in the second largest Public School District in the nation? A partial listing below.

1. Your daily serving of mal-nourishment is approved by First Lady Michelle Obama (which can be supplemented by buying some high fat goodies from the nearby illegal street vendor.
2. Its OK to be gender neutral in selection of restrooms.
3. Homework? Who does stinking homework anymore?
4. When can I meet the in-school Social Worker?
5. In the Collectivist World of Tomorrow, its better to be entitle, than empower.
6. Open Campus commences after the mandated Average Daily Attendance Record Keeping is completed (its all about securing the ADA money from Sacramento).
7. What is the UTLA Social Justice Topic for the Month.
8. Does my first "Crush of the School Year" get me a choice of "three-packs" from the Health Office?
9. What can I achieve in life with a graduating "D average" (ask former Failure Education Mayor Antonio Villar)?
10.  Who has a good deal on a Roosevelt High School iPad?

Your thoughts and Vouchers for all .................

Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Wednesday

Justice (at the Ballot Box) for the Korean-American Community as David Ryu becomes its first member elected to the Los Angeles City Council, representing CD 4.
What a backroom, litigious Redistricting scheme denied, a will of a community seeking representation, won at the Ballot Box.
A message of Community Justice and reigning in Development "Ryu" CD 4 voters.
With no apologies to former Redistricting Commission Executive Director Andrew Westall, Los Angeles City Clowncil Central Committee General Secretary/Strongman Herman "Mini Amin" Wesson, US District Court Judge Consuelo Marshall and the rest of the LA Political Machine ........, justice won out in CD 4.
As the LA Times note, the Koreatown segment of CD 4 saw a major turnout in voters as the candidacy of Ryu became the vessel for its members, plus supporters from the San Fernando Valley (especially Sherman Oaks), in sending a massage to The Establishment regarding ethnic representation and signaling a growing pushback against City Hall regarding runaway Development.
Former LA County Board of Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky, who was in attendance at Ryu's Victory Celebration had these thoughts on the implications of the surprising results ........, "I've been warning for years that there's going to be a quality-of-life uprising," Yaroslavsky said. "I think we've seen the first manifestation of that uprising here in the 4th council district."
** Memo to soon-to-be "Ex LAUSD School Board Member" Bennett Kayser ........., has your staff notify you of last evening's Election Results? In hindsight, many will agree with this post election premise that your staff's lack of follow through in executing the basis of community relations, is what open the door (lubricated by $$$$$$$ of Charter Schools Advocate's money) for last night's Charter Education Machine Surrogate Ref Rodriguez's "ruthless victory".
** Please pardon the pause as I finalize a deal with a former Roosevelt High School student, to secure a LAUSD iPad, in the spirit of educating myself how Tamar Galatzan will join Bennett Kayser as an "Ex School Board Member", come July 1. Lucky for the rabid Indoctrinators/Educators of UTLA, that they found a former Spanish-speaking administrator ......, and Republican (in good health) to support, in maintaining their collectivist majority on the Board of Education.
** BTW, we have to report on the sad demise of a Political Consulting Losing Streak as our ex bloggin colleague Michael "MEAT" Trujillo, engineered victory for LAUSD School Board District Seven Incumbent Richard "Dr. Death" Vladovic. Of course, MEAT was, naught, at a loss for words as he reacquainted himself with the feel of "victory" ........, “Dr. Vladovic’s educational career has always been about putting students, parents and teachers first, Trujillo saids. “His political career is much like that of Goldilocks where the porridge is never too hot, never too cold, always just right.”
Your thoughts ..............

Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Monday

The alleged, former LAUSD Superintendent John Deasy's Astro Turf Blog "LA SMEAR DEASY's SCHOOL CRITICS REPORT (aka LA School Report)", commits journalistic malpractice via its now retracted, attack piece on longtime Civil Rights Activist and Education Observer George Buzzetti.
......., or is it the "LA SMEAR DEASY's SCHOOL CRITICS REPORT"?

Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Monday

Will the pending Reelection Campaign of CD 6 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Nury Martinez, suffer mortal Political Collateral Damage, via the resounding upset of 39th Assembly District Officeholder Raul Bocanegra?
Are solemn political times ahead for CD 6 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Nury Martinez?
Good bloggin morning to everyone within our cyber audience as we remain on 39th Assembly District Upset Watch. Beginning at 1 P.M this afternoon at the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder Office in Norwalk, the last remaining 10,000 ballots from the November 4 Elections will be counted and with a minute amount of those coming from the 39 AD, the Improbable Campaign of Patty Lopez will have achieve a Political Miracle against an imploding Political Machine.
To repeat an old political cliche, "Elections have Consequences", and for the Northeast San Fernando Valley Political Machine that includes (or included) California Secretary of State Alex Padilla, Assemblyman Raul Bocanegra, CD 7 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Felipe "Mini Padilla" Fuentes and especially CD 6 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Nury Martinez, the repercussions of the pending Lopez Victory, may have dire consequences.
Clowncilwoman Martinez's husband Gerry Guzman was the lead Campaign Consultant for Assemblyman Bocanegra and will have to live with the repercussions of a election crash and burn, who's blast zone may engulf his wife's chance at reelection in March, 2015.
Already, the enemies (including Convicted Felon Richard AlarCON) of the Padilla/Fuentes/Martinez Machine, are using the Bocanegra Campaign Debacle to rally the masses that supported the Improbable Lopez Victory and fixate them in taking out the former Failure Mayor Antonio Villar-supported LAUSD School Board Member.
** Longtime Civil Rights and LAUSD Activist George Buzzetti fight backs against charges of harassing School Board Member Tamar Galatzan.
Congress of Racial Equality (CORE) California Policy Director and LAUSD Observer George Buzzetti plays audio of alleged telephone calls to School Board Member Tamar Galatzan.
Once you meet longtime Civil Rights and LAUSD Activist George Buzzetti, you would be hard press to forget the distinctive persona that has been a thorn to the entrenched establishment at LAUSD. Buzzetti's proclivities in outing waste, fraud and corruption on Beaudry, may have garner him a form vindictive payback from district officials. Buzzetti was jailed for five days after LAUSD Police asserted that he made a harassing phone call to School Board Member Tamar Galatzan's Office. In the video above, Buzzetti contends (and the audio provides compelling evidence) that it is not him making the comments, that resulted in his imprisonment. We should note that it was Buzzetti who was source of information that implicated District Officials, for their respective roles (including Galatzan) in the IPad Scandal. Thus, there are those who would love to silence Buzzetti once and for all.
** Where and why does LAPD Commissioner and Echo Park Connected Non-Profit El Centro del Pueblo Executive Director Sandra Figueroa-Villa, get the money to donate the maximum contributions to three City Council Campaigns? .
Is LAPD Commissioner and Echo Park Connected Non-Profit Executive Director Sandra Figueroa-Villa dreaming of (or buy) ways to grow her organization contracts?
Supporting the successful mayoral aspirations of Eric Garcetti has been quite lucrative for Echo Park Connected Non-Profit El Centro del Pueblo Executive Director Sandra Figueroa-Villa. First, you get appointed to the Commission charged with overseeing the actions of the LAPD. Second, a Board of Director's daytime employment with a certain CD 1 City Clowncil Central Committee Member (allegedly), gains your organization access to a new service area, despite community opposition. Thus, with friends in the right political places, why not try buying new access for your organization within other areas of the City of Los Angeles? As the contributions records below illustrates, Commissioner Figgueroa-Villa (and associates of her employees relatives in Southeast LA County) are donating money to the likes of Steve Veres for CD 4 Campaign and others, in the quest to buy that access.

A Bloggin Public Safety Announcement regarding El Sereno's Cesar Chavez Elementary

A LAUSD response to a California Public Records Act Request discloses some potentially, seriously ethical, fiscal and background screening issues at Councilman Huizar's loyalist Principal Heidi Acosta-Monteo's Cesar Chavez Elementary School in El Sereno.
Current Cesar Chavez Elementary School Principal Heidi Acosta-Monteo receiving Certificate of Loyalty/Appreciation from CD 14 El Sereno Staffers Julio Esperias and Julio Torres.
** Blogger's Note: A California Public Records Act (CPRA) Request has disclosed potentially, serious ethical, fiscal and background screening issues at the Cesar Chavez Elementary School in El Sereno. Prompted by concerns from undisclosed school parents and statements from current LA-32 Neighborhood Council Treasurer Michelle Corzantes (who is also the Register Agent of the "Friends of Cesar Chavez Elementary"), a CPRA Request was made to Principal Heidi Acosta-Monteo via LAUSD's General Counsel Office, in seeking to ascertain fiscal and volunteer background screening records. As can be discern from the formal LAUSD response, up to date record keeping is not a priority for the former Sierra Vista Principal (who was judged a "3 for Loyalty and 3 for Influence", by Councilman Huizar via his 2011 "Listgate Scandal"). As we elaborate further below, parents and LAUSD Officials should objectively question why documentation regarding the background training and screening of school volunteers, along with fiscal records pertaining to the "Friends of Cesar Chavez Elementary", are not readily available upon request to the discerning Public---Scott Johnson.
Why would Cesar Chavez Elementary Principal Heidi Acosta-Monteo not have any of the requested documentation on file, or is she engaging in a cover up?

Thursday Briefs on the Failed Supervisor "Home Renovation-Thomas"/Los Angeles Education Machine's "Vile Attacks" against George McKenna

How low and vile will the likes of Los Angeles County Board of Supervisor Mark "Home Renovation-Thomas" and his allies within the "Fail Mayor Antonio Villar/former LAUSD School Board President Monica, Gorda Boo Boo, Garcia Education Machine" descend in besmirching the Character of LAUSD Education Icon George McKenna?
Supervisor "Home Renovation-Thomas" knows no shame in supporting attacks against distinguish former LAUSD Educator George McKenna, to benefit his Crony/Educational Neophyte Alex "Ridley-Johnson-Thomas" (to his right above) in the LAUSD School Board District One Special Election.
** Blogger's Note: A disclaimer, we are usually practitioners of bloggin decorum in our musings here at Mayor Sam, but with no apologies to current LA County Board of Supervisor Mark "Home Renovation-Thomas (and his enabling political allies), you are SCUM for your "silence of support" of the vile, deceitful attacks against former distinguish LAUSD Educator, turned LAUSD School Board District One Candidate George McKenna, on behalf of your candidate of choice, Crony/Neophyte Education Advisor Alex "Ridey-Johnson-Thomas". Its so darn evident that the diminutive, home/garage renovator (on the public dime, allegedly), is using the LAUSD District One Special Election to renovate his political fiefdom of control, with the installment of his enabling cronies. Yet, his scheme is engendering a growing backlash and with the recent vile attacks on the character of McKenna, former supporters are in open revolt against jailed SEIU Leader Tyrone Freeman's political buddy. Below, we post links to numerous missives that chronicle the backlash against "Home Renovation-Thomas and his Crony/Neophyte Alex "Ridley-Johnson-Thomas"---Scott Johnson in CD 14

Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for a post Fourth of July Monday

"The Tony Villar's First Cousin John (Perez) for Controller Campaign" is prolonging the "Flat Line Reality" of its political demise by calling for a divisive and costly recount of the vote.
I demand a recount, no matter the cost!
First Cousin John for Controller, why are you still with us?
Hola and happy post Fourth of July Monday to all!!
Upon returning from a Holiday/B-day Getaway, I was expecting to read the political post-mortems on the final Political Flat Lining of "The Tony Villar's First Cousin John (Perez) for Controller Campaign" but First Cousin John has other thoughts.
Not one to put party unity paramount, along with accepting reality, First Cousin John is calling upon the Secretary of State Office to conduct a potentially expensive and divisive recount of the final tally of ballots which has Betty Yee beating him by 481 votes for second place in the State Controller Contest ......., and not surprisingly, First Cousin John is trying to massage the recounting to his advantage as noted below.
Pérez said in a statement Sunday that because of the closeness of the race it is of "the utmost importance that an additional, carefully conducted review of the ballots be undertaken to ensure that every vote is counted, as intended."
But Yee, who claimed victory over Pérez on June 30, said Sunday that if Pérez "really wants to make sure every vote counts, he should be counting every vote.
"Cherry-picking only the 15 counties that he won, and sorting the precincts within the counties to reflect his strongest areas, indicates that he has no interest in a fair and impartial recount," she said.
Under state law, any registered voter can ask for a recount - but they have to pay for it, which can be prohibitive in a massive state like California. So candidates are likely to target counties where they performed better.
Hand-counting the ballots in the entire state could run $3 million, campaign officials said. It will cost $1 million alone for Pérez's home county of Los Angeles. He is also requesting a recount in Kern, Imperial, San Bernardino, Fresno, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, Stanislaus, Tulare, Kings and Merced counties.

......, to be continue.

** Did it seem not long ago that a second term for LAPD Chief Charlie Beck was about as sure as "First Cousin John" winning a recount in the State Controller's Race? But rest assure (or not), but the reality now is that Chief Beck is going to garner another term as the City of LA's Top Cop.

** While Chief Beck awaits the formality of his Second Term Appointment, his Rank and File Officers have a tentative new contract which hold current salaries in place, but raises the start pay for new officers and allows for cashing in on overtime.

** Memo to Mayor Eric Garcetti, as "Daily Valley Moldy Green Sheet" (aka Daily News) City Hall Reporter Rick Orlov notes in his Monday "Tipoff Column", you can be a one term former Mayor, such as James "Poopy" Hahn and get a building named after you, come September. But we know that Team Garcetti has higher goals.

** From LA Wave Newspaper "Soulvine Columnist" Betty Pleasant's latest "Weekly WMD" (Wanton Missive of Distortion), we learn that LAUSD District One Special Election Candidate George McKenna has picked up the endorsements of four former challengers, including former Board of Education Member Genethia Hudley-Hayes, in his quest to beat LA County Board of Supervisor Mark "Home Renovation" Ridley-Thomas anointed candidate Alex Johnson.

** Lastly, on a sad note ...................

We have heard that a horse died during the recent El Sereno Bicentennial Parade near its finish at El Sereno Park (prompting the renaming of the green space to Dead Horse Point Park?). As in anything that casts a negative spotlight on any CD 14 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Jose "Dear Charro/Princeton Graduate" Huizar sponsored activity, information or photos are outstanding, but eyewitnesses stated that the horse collapsed at the finish of the parade and was later loaded on to a truck for a trip to its final resting place. BTW, we hope the Parade Committee was paid up on its Parade Horse Insurance.

Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Thursday

A day after Mayor Eric Garcetti pans a proposed $3 Billion Dollars Sale Tax Hike, members of the City Clowncil Central Committee request an ordinance that calls for raising the Minimum Wage for select Hotel Workers to $15 Dollars plus a hour, which may stimulate inflation and have dire budgetary ramifications on the City of Los Angeles General Fund.
Los Angeles County Labor Federation Leader Maria Elena Durazo, exerts her influence on a labor-friendly City Council Central Committee to raise the Minimum Wage (and stimulate future dues payments, turned campaign contributions).
Replicating the same fail progressive policies as a certain Midwest City, could someday make Los Angeles, "Detroit on the Pacific".
Another challenge of leadership is looming for Mayor Eric Garcetti.
A day after Mayor Garcetti announced that the time was not right for placing a proposed $3 Billion Dollars plus Sale Tax Hike on the November Ballot, three members of the City Clowncil Economic Development Committee (please excuse pause for oxymoronic reflection) are recommending a Minimum Wage increase for non-union hotel workers (soon to become due-exploited brothers and sisters), to $15.37 per hour.
The implications of this proposed economic intervention by the labor-friendly Clowncil Central Committee, will have profound impacts on a General Fund that continues to provide less (in services) as future worker obligations increase.
Raising the Minimum Wage and its impact on the local Consumer Price Index (its a sure bet that the cost of raising wages will be past on to the customer), will influence future labor discussions and put pressure on Mayor Garcetti to back down from his stance of no pay raises over the next three years.
Surely, the Coalition of City Unions will exploit the fact that some municipal employees will be making less than the pending Clowncil Central Committee approved Minimum Wage. Thus, setting the stage (and wage benchmark) for the next round of contentious salary negotiations.
** In a move that is sure to draw the ire of "UTILA" (United Teaching Indoctrinators of Los Angeles), LAUSD Superintendent John Deasy, is calling upon State Officials to join him in drafting new Teacher Tenure Laws in the wake of the Superior Court's Vergara Ruling.
** From the "Bloggin Comandante" at the  "Weakly of Record", comes this missive regarding a proposal to cap Parking Tickets in the City of Los Angeles at $23 a pop (please pause as I laugh).
From the Weakly ........., The Parking Freedom people say the $23 limit is based on "the Bureau of Labor Statistics median hourly wage," which is better than basing the cost on how much money you rob can people for, the current metric. ......., which would be a non-starter with the City Clowncil Central Committee's propose hike in the Minmum Wage pending.
** LA Wave Newspaper Soulvine Column Betty Pleasant is never one to shy away from stating an opinion (mostly in the form a "Wanton Missive of Distortion" WMD). But the results of the 62nd Assembly District Contest has Betty contemplating something drastic .......,(I’m not ready to deal with the 62nd Assembly District yet, as I am seriously inclined to break my own rule and support an avowed Republican (as opposed to an alleged Democrat) in that race.
Your thoughts ..............
