Evening Update: Did USC/Supervisor Hilda Solis Discriminate in the Expulsion of Stakeholder/Blogger from supposed "PRIVATE" Meeting?

In an Evening Update to a Mayor Sam Exclusive, we present Photographic Evidence of the Deliberate Targeting of a certain "Hazard Park Preservation Committee (HPPC) Member (and Mayor Sam Blogger)" for Expulsion from a PRIVATE USC/Supervisor Hilda Solis Meeting .........., while supposed fellow ........., while supposed fellow HPPC members Ray and Ruth Rios, remained silent.

** Blogger's Note:  In an Evening Update to our today's Mayor Sam Exclusive, we have obtained Photographical Documentation of this Blogger's  (and Hazard Park Preservation Committee Member) EXPULSION from a PRIVATE USC/Supervisor Hilda Solis-Meeting at the old County Hospital, now Wellness Center. In the photo below, it can be CLEARLY visualize that a female staff member of The Wellness Center, is directing this writer to leave the supposed PRIVATE meeting (this blogger is seated, in green Hazard Park Preservation Committee Shirt,  "third from the left in back of the room, facing the female Wellness Center Staffer). Further, Wellness Center Staff Member Nick Moghadassi (in white shirt and badge is on the immediate right, standing in back of the room, left of pillar). Further, we have photographed a copy of the PRIVATE Meeting Agenda, that show Staff Member Mogadassi's contact information which identifies him as the person stating that I vacate the supposed "exclusive gathering". For the Record, the photo above via Supervisor Solis Website, notes that Ray and Ruth Rios were representing, the Hazard Park Preservation Committee ........, and the photo below was taken by ........., supposed Hazard Park Preservation Committee Member Ray Rios----Scott Johnson.

Molina Power!! Councilman Cedillo and Supervisor Solis reaffirm Support for Molina-crafted Flat Top Open Space Purchase

With former LA County Board of Supervisor Gloria Molina standing firm in backing her crafted deal to acquire the Montecito/Lincoln Heights Flat Top Open Space for the City of Los Angeles Recreation & Parks, both CD 1 City Councilman Gil Cedillo and LA County Board of Supervisor Hilda Solis, reaffirm their respective support for the agreement, as is.
Former LA County Board of Supervisor Gloria Molina (center) and Montecito Heights Improvement Association President Roy Payan (in blue jacket)
** Blogger's Note: Judging from the comments via CD 1 City Councilman Gil Cedillo Chief of Staff Arturo Chavez and LA County Board of Supervisor Hilda Solis Field Deputy Fernando Delgado, at last night's Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council (ASNC) Meeting, there was never any intentions of reneging on the former Supervisor Gloria Molina-crafted purchase of the Montecito/Lincoln Heights Flat Top Open Space, for inclusion into the City of Los Angeles Recreation & Parks System. Thus, respecting the formally-approved intentions of the trail-blazing Latina Officeholder.

For the record, the vision of Montecito Heights Improvement Association President Roy Payan, with help of former Supervisor Molina and the respected Environmental Non-Profit Organization, Northeast Trees, to preserve the Landmark Property, by its inclusion into the Public Land Inventory of the City of Los Angeles Recreation & Parks (and not the Land Bank Fiefdom of Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy(SMMC)/Mountain Recreation and Conservation Authority's (MRCA Joe "Big Oil" Edmiston), will become reality.
CD 1 City Councilman Gil Cedillo Chief of Staff Arturo Chavez at last night's ASNC Meeting.
It was clear by the public declarations of Councilman Cedillo's Chief of Staff Arturo Chavez (with background documentation) and Supervisor Solis Staffer Fernando Delgado, that any alleged scheme to usurp the will of former Supervisor Molina, have never been contemplated ......, but as witnessed at the previous meeting of the ASNC's Montecito Heights Issue Committee, something very different was being choreographed, allegedly without knowledge to both Councilman Cedillo, Supervisor Solis  ........., and Gloria Molina.
Speculation is that former Supervisor Molina Staffer, retained by now Supervisor Solis, Teresa Villegas (wife of USC's David Galaviz), was somehow engaging in a "rouge endeavor" to give the Flat Top Acreage to "Big Oil Edmiston's" MRCA, with the apparent help of Northeast Trees Board President Robert Nakahiro (former CD 1 City Council Candidate). During the aforementioned meeting, Nakahiro openly challenged the statements of Payan and Molina, regarding the document-substantiated agreement that Rec & Parks were to be given the land.
LA County Board of Supervisor Hilda Solis Field Deputy Fernando Delgado.
Discerning political observers find it hard to fathom that a noted environmentalist Officeholder, would consider dealings with SMMC/MRCA's Joe"Big Oil Edmiston", considering his abrupt, surprise settlement of a lawsuit with an Oil Company, seeking to drill for oil on Prop A-purchased land in the Whittier Hills Preserve ........., in return for a "share of the revenue". Thus, if Villegas was engaging in secret dealings with Emiston via Northeast Trees, the adverse political repercussions would be immense, considering that LA County is still actively involve in the litigation, regarding the proposed, controversial Whittier Hills Oil Drilling.
Former Supervisor Gloria Molina and current Supervisor Solis Staffer Teresa Villegas.
But with the public declarations via both representatives of Councilman Cedillo and Supervisor Solis, an approve agreement, remains such and the players in an aborted scheme, are left to ponder the reduction of their respective Political Capital ............., and community respect.

Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Tuesday

Its never to early to start speculating on those who would like to succeed CD 14 City Councilman Jose Huizar in 2020 (or earlier).
Former East Los Angeles Community Corp (ELACC) President, now LA County Board of Supervisor Hilda Solis Chief of Staff Maria Cabildo ......, with an Indicted Politico.
The Power of Political Ambition.
Only in Council District 14, can we start speculating on who will replace the "Dear Charro, Princeton Graduate", even before he is sworn in for his last "Downtown Bought", extended last term.
One person who is already garnering attention is former ELACC President and noted anti-gentrification figure Maria Cabildo, who recently was named Chief of Staff to new LA County Board of Supervisor Hilda Solis.
Cabildo, who resides in Eagle Rock, was an ardent Councilman Huizar supporter during the last election proceedings and with the self-noting Princeton Graduate, now secure in a final term, the career change for Cabildo, is being seen as a political resume enhancer for a possible 2020 CD 14 Campaign.
** Its been awhile since Southwest Voter Education Voter Registration Project's Antonio Gonzalez merited bloggin interest. In the early days of this blog, the voting registration exploits of the husband of ex LA County Board of Supervisor Gloria Molina's Chief of Staff Alma Martinez, were all the rage among the supporters of then Mayor James "Poopy" Hahn. Now in 2015, Gonzalez is reaching back into his voter outreach bag of tricks, by offering a $25,000 Prize to a lucky LAUSD District Five voter, in an attempt to foster higher Election Day turnout ........, for Charter Schools-supported candidate Ref Rodriguez.
** When was the last time we checked in on the cyber astro-turf outpost of the political fanatics known as "Gatto Truthers"? With the "Infant Assemblyman", turned "Slobo Mikey", busy mulling over his pending 2016 State Senate Campaign defeat, by planning a possible 2018 Lt. Governor quest, his devoted cyber trolls found time to opine on the recent CD 4 Elections, which we are so glad to share .........., The big surprise in CD 4 was the showing of Steve Veres who many local Dems including these humble bloggers were pulling for since he got the Democratic Party endorsement with an impressive showing and lots of grassroots support.  Veres underperformed and we are not sure why since he had strong support from Senate Speaker Kevin Deleon; maybe he did not have the right validators in other parts of the district but of course that is just conjecture
