What's worse than a flogging? Posting something you think is a riot and finding out that almost nobody comments.
7:48PM A picture tells a thousand words. And yes, it IS a riot. I haven't laughed so much since the mayoral election! Just when we think we can expect the mayor to be responsible and be grateful for his chance of a second term as mayor, we have to find out that we need to expect more of the same lame duck nonsense he's been dishing out. I bet even mayor Villar think this photo is hilarious!
