The only way Villaraigosa can create perceived credibility anymore is if he were to marry another good looking woman, like Gavin Newsome did. Otherwise there is no chance anyone will vote for him for goverrnor, as if there's a remote chance of that happening now.
Not that anyone really gives a hoot, but here's a little pagent history for you. Miss USA was formed to compete with the true original beauty pagent we all know as Miss America. Miss USA offered a more skanky brand of women who had far less class.
Miss USA is the generic version of Miss America for women who would never have a chance at becoming Miss America.
