Antonio's an "actor" alrighty. . . like he used the FAKE 80 NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH ORGANIZATIONS (assisted by bit player, Chief Faker) as a prop to "act" like he had been doing his job as a city councilmember for two years (while stealing his $300K salary and running for other offices).
He's richer, more powerful, and CD14 is in worse shape than when he arrived.

Antonio is a dip shit!! He's an embarrassement as mayor of this city. He hasn't done a damn thing except be out in the spotlight. Its all about Antonio. You would think he would focus the attention on all the more pressing issues in this city like needing more cops, homelessness, education, etc.
Villaraigosa had actors training in CD 14
He learned how to fake it in our district.
A perfect match. A second rate comedian with a second rate politician. They can both get together and share stories about their terrible childhoods. They both rode that ticket into stardom.

You lost. Get over it. He's the winner here and you're the loser. CD14 became better when he arrived and will be better still when Huizar takes over.
LAT story about this is funny. Lopez has to 'splain to AV what the plot is about, like "what's my motivation, here?" Do I get to run for a higher office if I nail these few lines.

Didn't anyone send the mayor a script? It's a sitcom, for crying out loud - they're pretty damn short.

CD14 might have gotten better if AV had ever arrived there. For two years, it was just fly-over country on his way to LAX and DC and other campaign stops.
More people in the district know he's the mayor, after 100 days, than ever knew he was the councilmember.
Huizar won't "take over" however,. but you have to appreciate the elite, arrogant terms used by his supporters. . . like Patton rolling into Sicily (dream on).

It's hilarious to see how hostile and venemous the Pacheco losers still are over the council election against MAYOR VILLARAIGOSA. Imagine how they're gonna' be losing to Huizar.

If the Mayor is really a Green Mayor, then he needs to stop the Port's mega-development plans to build another Marina del Rey in LA Harbor. Putting more shopping malls on Public Land, while the City is woefully short of parks and open space is a crime.
