After 5 years of supporting a surface route, now he supports a 2 Billion dollar tunnel? What happened to Driver licenses for "undocumented" immigrants? I guess he's betting on Arnold's Prop's going down, so next year when the newly re-energized Dem controlled legislature will override the veto on the License issue. He knows we need more freeways for all the new drivers.
