Well, now that Wacko's explained it's the LAPD manual he has a problem with...We'll ask, no we will beg, Bratton to put the exact rendition of Special Order 40 in the manual like Wacko says it should be, if Wacko promises to go away.

...Mayoral spokesman Matt Szabo emphasized that Villaraigosa "is not suggesting the secretary should not enforce the law; he's saying that the laws that we have are broken."(YES HE IS SZAB0) "In the meantime we need to enforce the laws on the books in a much smarter way that targets those who are the greatest threat to the residents of this country," Szabo said. (THE SMARTER WAY IDIOT IS TO RAID LA BUSINESSES)

...Chertoff was sharply critical of businesses that complain that crackdowns on their hiring of illegal immigrants will cost them money.....The argument "basically suggests we can't enforce the law because it will prevent people from making money illegally," Chertoff said. "The business community loves it (hiring illegal immigrants) because you have illegals, you pay them less, they have no place to go to complain."

Ha, I loved the way Hayworth called Geraldo Rivera a Fox open border crowd apologist. That's right Geraldo, you can't have it both ways, you can't be a Fox suck up 99 percent of the time then cry for open borders. Secondly, Bill Rosendahl is an idiot. He carts out Augustine Contreras name everytime he wants to get some sympathy, and he did nothing about the Venice gangs when THAT happened. Shame on you Bill for using that death as a political ploy. What have you done about the Venice Shoreline Crips and the Culver City Boys? (Who come into the city of LA to start trouble)

Spinsters of racial disharmony, Michael Higby and Walter Moore turn offensive and nasty, Higby calls his commenters that disagree with him "nuts" as both Higby and Moore oversee an ongoing campaign of transparent distortions.

From Rocky's Office:

The New Fight Against Gangs

Gangs found violating injunctions will be reported to US Attorneys and subjected to deportation, consistent with Special Order 40. This has support of the City Attorney's office and the Mayor.

7:23: Chertoff is right except about his last point: In L A, businesses who hire illegals DO have to pay them above min. wage, usually, as in the case of LAX-area hotels, who hire mostly illegal Hispanics yet Janice Hahn, Rosendahl (who's willing to support any anti-business, leftie proposal from this to banning the war in Iraq or plastic bags, pro gay marriage, and anything that's NOT the purview of the Council) demand that the hotels pay a "living wage" based on discriminatory criteria.

Chertoff underestimates the extent to which the Mayor and Mexicans on Council and Assembly pander to the illegals at the expense of American citizens.

One other honest try by Daily Newspapers to correct the inflamatory, racially explosive BULL, LIES, COVERUPS, SPIN being spread by Walter Moore and his ambitious little tag along Michael Higby...

Special order review
Controversial LAPD policy ripe for scrutiny.

Some mistakenly believe the policy blocks police from reporting illegal gangsters to federal immigration authorities. That's just not true. Special Order 40 only prohibits LAPD officers from arresting people for no crime other than immigration violations, which are a federal responsibility. It's similar to the state seat-belt law, in which officers can cite motorists for not buckling up if they stop them for something else, but police can't randomly pull people over just to check their belted status.

It's even more interesting to see Don Quackers aka Don Culo posting comment after comment showing us what a psycho he really is.

Good job Don Quackers, keep showing us what a menso you are, it's very entertaining in a perverse sort of way. I especially like the way Don Quackers writes to himself. lol
