Fox News reporter John Schwada will report on this evening's Fox News at 10 the explosive allegation that the murder of Jamiel Shaw, II was racially motivated as part of a reported black on brown gang race war. According to our information at this time, Schwada will report that Pedro Espinosa, who has been charged and plead not guilty to charges of shooting and killing Jamiel, was carrying out an ordered hit on an African American individual.

Big f***ing deal. The story has been all over town for years, starting from Tony Rafael. All it proves is that Michael Higby is one crappy reporter.
You Michael Higby ignored the articles about these hits mandated by the Mafia against Blacks(um, why is that?) and when you "exclusively" interviewed the Shaws, you didn't ask them what they were told about La Eme's role in their son's murder. You didn't ask them why they supported a law that would NOT have prevented their son's killing. You do get that now, Michael Higby, right? Jamiel's Law would not have made a difference.
Nor did you ask the Shaws why they said Special Order 40 was implicated in their son's murder when you KNEW the alleged killer was arrested by Culver City Police. It was put up on your blog that morning. Why didn't you ask the Shaws about Mexican Mafia plots to kill blacks? Didn't have the information, or you didn't have the guts?
And oh, by the way Higby, Mexican Mafia leaders are US Citizens. Put that in your right-wing Walter-Moore-is-a-great-leader-if-you're-on-hash pipe and smoke on it.

Little children are not concerned with the reporting details of the Jamiel murder, of course. The children need protection from criminals. Clearly, amending SO40 to allow the LAPD to ask the immigration status of known criminals, so that they may be deported, would then save many innocent children.

John Schwada will be retracting his story that Jamiel was killed because he was black, because now he, Chris Blatchford, Lynette Romero, Laura Diaz, and others from LA's media who once thought it was race now firmly believe that Jamiel was killed because he was claiming R. 20s Blood.
