BRADLEY: The Rocky of Glassell Park
You saw this video where Glassell Park Neighborhood Council President "Bradley" denied that city documents he signed were not relative to the installation of a controversial sign in the community.
The claim made by opponents of the "Bradley" administration (and what an insult to the great Mayor Tom Bradley this guy has the same name) is that "Bradley" allegedly has voted to approve projects he allegedly has some financial interest in. That's a big no-no for Neighborhood Council members.
Here is yet another video of "Bradley" shucking and jiving, skipping around the question like a wannbe artful dodger.
Lets hope this guy gets removed from office before he tries to step up to City Council. What a smarmy arrogrant smug asshole!

Good Afternoon Mayor Sam,
My understanding is that "BRADLEY" owes his position of leadership on the GPNC to the votes that were casted by Victory Outreach Members.
One should look deeper into the "POLITICAL ACTIVITIES" of Victory Outreach. Hint, look at the "460 Forms" for "INDICTED LYNWOOD COUNCILMAN", Fernando Pedroza. Check into the background of the "CHACON BROTHERS" of Commerce. This group of "EX GANGBANGERS" are getting involve in the political process for "SOME REASON". For disclosure sake, most of these people involve with Victory Outreach are sincere, but why are the leadership of the church involve in politics ?

okay-so lets just think about this for a second...
victory outreach uses their membership to vote and sway political positions. they operate outside of rules and regulations that most institutions and political organizations have to follow because they are registered as a "church"
they run programs for rehabilitation of people who have been arrested. i wonder who pays for these programs?
is it state/tax dollars??
are we paying for a lobby group whether we like it or not?
a lobby group made up of people who are grateful for the help they have received and so will duly follow their leaders downtown to city hall...even if they don't understand the details of the case, as i have witnessed??
where-oh-where is the separation of church and state in all of this?
