Republican Operatives: A Job Americans Won't Do
As Jay Leno said, it looks like working for the Republican party is a job Americans won't do.At the same time President Bush inadvertently admits that the immigration reform bill before the Senate is amnesty for illegal aliens, it turns out the California Republican Party has hired two foreign nationals - here in the US on work visas - from Australia and Canada respectively - to serve as high level operatives.
One of them has already resigned. And reports say that he has spent time in jail for allegedly running afoul of immigration laws and is now suing the Federal Government.
And many Republicans are wondering how did the party wind up hiring two people who are not only unfamiliar with the state but can't even vote here.
This is typical of the nonsense in the Republican party in California which has relegated it to minority status for some time to come.
Good news for the Democrats.

There are member of the State of California,County of Los Angeles and City of Los Angeles who are 'undocumented"; 'illegal aliens" working for Federal, State and City entities. Political policy is not limited to the Republicans. When did some of our Assemblymen and Councilmen become documented?
Not surprising, when we know that we have councilmen and women on a local level with no recorded work histories and social security numbers that are shared by more than one individual.
NOW I KNOW....Why when I attend

there refer to themselves as
"STAKEHOLDERS"instead of citizens!
Another job Americans apparently can't or won't do: Stanley Cup-class ice hockey. There were more Canadians on the Anaheim championship team than on the Ottawa team they beat.
