CLOWNCIL LAW: Any person who has been ordered removed from a meeting may be charged with a violation of Penal Code Section 403, or other appropriate Penal Code or Los Angeles Municipal Code sections. The Council by majority vote may prohibit a person removed on the basis of disruptive conduct from addressing the Council for up to 30 days. The length of time of the prohibition shall be based on the number and severity of prior incidents of disruptive conduct.
* First of all, it says, "from addressing" the Jackass Weiss run Clowncil. [Hey Eric, why not just vote to make him President.] Anyway, "from addressing" means I can still show up an sit in the front row. And what if I want to show up to address the public? Is someone allowed to address the public at a public meeting? If not, I guess they are not part of the meeting?
* What if I want to address City Attorney Dion O'Connell? Or The Mayor. Are you telling me there is no public forum to address the Mayor? Because if anyone is allowed to address the Mayor from the poduim, then you will have to make a major amendment to this "whatever it is." And since the mayor signs off on these ordinances, I'm sure he is allowed to be addressed for the record, as well. So ZD will be showing up to address Dion and the Mayor.
* Some people feel you cannot ban an international hip-hip rapper/choreographer from a public meeting. (Check the Constitution...I know it's something you have never heard of. It's pretty cool. You should check it out someday.) What's next, Parks and Recs saying I can't go to McArthur Park for 30 days? How else am I going to be able to watch people buy crack and attack people?
* If the Superior Court already punished me (time served), then how many OTHER people get to decide THEY get to punish me, too? Maybe Baskin and Robbins can decide they won't serve me ice cream for 30 days.
* You see, if someone breaks the law at the Park, you can be arrested and then you will be punished. You cannot ban the public from the public. It's the public. However, if they show up next time, and break the law again, they will be arrested again. Eventually, a judge can issue a stay away order from a location. But a gang of 15 gentrifying, public fund bilking desparate, greedy, fear-based cause they have something to hide -- CAN'T.
* I mean what kind of crybaby, sissy stuff is this???
* And remember, once you take the vote, make sure you keep Weiss' goon squad away from ZD until you;
a) Vote on it a week later, because remember, anything you vote on must be "unanymous", or it has to come back.

Then I am issued this statement from a City representative: "WE DON'T KNOW WHO ELSE WILL WANT TO TESTIFY. IF THE DOGG KEEPS GOING BACK TO COUNCIL, HE MIGHT END UP PISSING OFF MORE PEOPLE."
Really Shitty Council? I wasn't at all loud or disruptive on Friday. As mild mannered as could be. Must have been the issue: So how about not letting non-documented terrorists be allowed to enter the City, one day --- and be sabatoging a project the next day. Plus some of the union workers who you are taxing out of the State would like a job or two. (You said the illegals took jobs no one else wanted to do?)

In order for someone to know they are causing a willful disruption, first they would have to know what constitutes a willful disruption, and for that to happen, the rules have to be posted. Currently they are not posted anywhere online, or in the building.

Ok. Remember that all advice is provided with respect and is likely worth exactly what you are paying for it.
1. Appearance is important. No one is saying get suited up, but an upgrade might be in order.
2. Moderate your volume. There is a difference between persuasiveness and loudness.
3. You are not really speaking to the council. You are speaking to the media who happens to be listening and can amplify your message and questions.
4. Focus each two-minute segment on one or two points and hammer them home. Cite some backup. Speak in sound bites so that the media can pick it up easily.
5. Encourage people to contact their council office if they agree with you. If a council office is hit with calls from constituents, it actually make a difference (with some anyway).
6. Encourage people to contact the media and demand that they cover your issue(s).
7. Ask tough questions and demand answers. Challenge the media to follow up on the story.
8. This one is tough: Though they may not sometimes deserve it, always be (somewhat) respectful of elected officials. This does NOT mean that you should not be highly critical. This does NOT mean that you cannot call them on misstatements. If you think one of them (or more) needs to go, say it, but for professional reasons, not personal reasons. If you think the City is collapsing under the weight of pay-for-play, say it. Just don’t call them names or say anything that will let them write you off as a nutcase.
9. Make your comments and activism about improving the City, not promoting yourself. If you are talking about real issues and are making good points (which you do often), then recognition will come.
You can do a great service to the community. You owe it to the community to be as effective as you can be.

Here's the deal people...Now that Jim Alger was disqualified from the upcoming NC elections, he can no longer serve on the board. And that means he will no longer be a "CONGRESSMAN" (as he likes refer to himself).
Which is probably the best thing for the community, cause he was dumb enough to go on camera a propose some stupid idea to promise to buy things at a certain store, if they kick money into a fund that reverts back to Congress any left over funds. (Or some nuts racket like that).
So he has waaaaaaaay too much time on his hands...
So here's the new deal, just start saying Zuma is deleting virtually every post (which doesn't really appear to be the case).
Some loser was posting a bunch of graphic sex stuff about who was having sex with whom, so I deleted that. Then the sexual deviant, got upset, so now it's, "Zuma's deleting posts."
Plus I made a comment asking that someone not hire call girls for clients, AND, even though it is relevant if this is happening...I wasn't comfortable "going there" (even though I may like reading that stuff when others post it, I didn't like having it up there, AND I SAID IT (And it was a question, not a statement).
So there's the big dictatorship.

I just thought of something...I THOUGHT I was going to have to go down to council on tuesday, so they could vote me off Survivor Island...but I just realized; I don't have to even BE there for them to make the motion.
Jack Weiss can stand up, first thing Tuesday, and make the motion to ban Zuma Dogg for (up to a month). Then it will take seven more, which even though a few make actually LOVE ME, personally, keeping ZD out of City Hall is just a buisness decison. I might attack the concept of trying to pull it off, but I wouldn't go slamming any of my pueblo-friendly CMs (any more, or less) over that! And even some of my political opponents, here on this blog know I can respect a strategic move. (Like when Eric interrupted presentations on Friday, to call the agenda, when he saw ZD unexpectedly stroll into chambers on Friday. TOUCHE Garshady! Smart move. I respect that. Enforcing non-law, well that's a different story. But I distinguish between the two, a couple of the smart ZD spinners. (Even though, still ineffective!)
And I would remind Council that still gets to "address" council, until the Mayor signs the motion (however many day/days that usually takes. Maybe he can run right over and sign it on camera on-the-spot.) HEY MAYOR, DON'T SIGN IT AND I'LL SHOW UP EVERY DAY AND SLAM EVERYONE ON COUNCIL WHO ISN'T YOUR MUPPET!
