Wacko Jacko Responds to Recall

The effort to recall Councilman Jack Weiss kicks into high gear now that the Fifth District representative issued his response to the recall petition that will now begin circulating. Weiss warns that a special election could cost the City over a million dollars (of course he had no problem spending nearly $3 million on the dog food settlement).

Weiss claims the group recalling him is trying to get even for Weiss putting the brakes on their scheme to "shake down" a developer. And the response - which will be printed on every petition - includes a stern warning from Mayor Villaraigosa, former Mayor Riordan and other local politicos stating " Please don't sign this petition."

The Channel 11 piece tonight seemed right on the mark.

WHERE IS WEISS? Can't he speak for himself? He won't do an interview. He can't even write his own response.

Pitiful.

Eeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwww,

You made my face so much uglier. I look so mean. Put a blindfold on bubbles. No one will like me if I look like this. Quick, more plastic surgery.

it's clear that no one but a few boring zombies like the refugees from an old-folks home for 3-dollar-bills, like the people behind the recall and all that other supposed stuff about him, have even checked this site -- while there are dozens admiring Bill's hairless chest and Zine's no- doubt hairy one (ugh, what else is under all that leather and Britney- style over-underwear).

And this creep Zine and his sidekick, Janice Hahn in her giant 80's suits and shirts, a windbag who could challenge Camilla Parker Bowles for looks, are who you trot out to diss Weiss? Pathetic.

Eveloff (the only alive member of their group, so that must be why he's the spokesperson) admitted in these very pages that he did negotiate a deal like he's been quoted on; his side's only difference is, when the developer/JMB complained to Weiss, and he stepped in to moderate it, at a joint meeting, where they were told the funds would have to be overseen by the city and some terms were changed, they became furious, accused him at the meeting of "we don't know who you think you're representing, because you're not representing us," and he and his associate ended the meeting then...

Mike, you admit your own side's snotty arrogance and dissing the elected official cuz he had to stop you from shaking down a developer as tho your H A were some fiefdom in the Wild West! (I'm not defending developers, I know they're a cagey bunch the way they crunch their parking and roadtrip numbers, but that is totally beside the point of what is behind this stupid Recall.)

ZD, I guess Weiss won't appear in the press on this, cuz there's nothing else to say or anything substantive to rebut, these guys have been rude from the get-go, and they have no real support. -- As a taxpayer and homeowner in CD5 I'm ticked off w/ this group of fools for not working things out w/ Weiss when he gave them the chance, so we could focus on what we WANT, not a wasteful election they can't possibly win. (Not to mention they have no viable candidates!)

Nice try.

Keep bashing these people. All they try to do is get stuff for schools, etc. What a horrible crime.

Weiss is a scumbag. So are you. His own colleagues know it, or did the recall people make them say those things. Maybe they make ZD say bad things. Maybe its some universal mind control.

He's on the take. He's going down.

In June 12, LA Times, Weiss responds to recall effort, Jack Weiss’ parading of special interests who owe him favors is like our Mayor asking his mistress (es) to convince his wife he didn’t cheat. How very sad and laughable. These well intending organization leaders are totally irrelevant in this situation. Loathing for Jack Weiss’ goes far and wide. The Recall will prevail despite pathetic political maneuverings and distortions by Weiss’ spin-doctor Levine

to 9:14: you prove that it's only lowlifes like you (so anyone who disagrees w/ you is a "scumbag?") and wanna-be "leaders" who are miffed that their little ego-trips weren't successful, who have enough stupidity and spite to pursue this thing. You are even stupid enough to quote Zine, the disgusting oaf in that photo with all the leather and underwear hiding his (ugh!) disgusting body, with that creepy smirk on his face...He's a big uneducated oaf and perv, no wonder you regard him as gospel; and Hahn, a revengeful windbag whose failed initiatives to grandstand, like the LAX hotels thing, were intended to showcase her supposed bleedingheart but everyone from the LAT opined that her bill would just further scare away investment from L. A....
All she ever wants to do is raise taxes for some scheme or other, and she is ugly and irrelevant. Janice and Dennis, the truly odd couple...
I guess they're your type.
