Bizarre, bizzare, bizzare. This is the most compeling reality show, anywhere. Man, watch Bradley/E.B.E, Glassell Park NC Boardmember and Developer "Expiditer" with the City Planning Department. HEY REYES/HUIZAR/GARCETTI...YOU-GOTTA-CHECK-OUT-THIS-VIDEO!
Besides the crybaby stalking, notice the nervous pacing, with his hands clasped behind his back (as though he is in handcuffs). Very interesting body language. Notice the person who approaches him, and you can tell he reasons with Bradley to walk away from the public comment speaker.
AND, special guest appearance by ZD inspiration, Paula Bagasao. Man did she learn how to parce words to avoid answering the question, from her former boss Mr. Hillary Clinton, when he was President of the United States. She needs to see Tony Robbins, the way Bill Clinton and Zuma Dogg have, because however clever her word parcing was, she comes off completley in-congruent. (See Bandler/Grindler/Erickson/Robbins/Clinton/NLP/NAC) Let's face it, Bradley is toast after this. (Is it really worth all this, Bradley/E.B.E.?) This guy makes Jack Weiss look like Janice Hahn!

Absolutely bizarre! I find the behavior of "Bradley" and his minions baffling - unless that is their intent was to harass the speaker. What is the point to stand so physically close to a speaker like that other than to attempt to intimidate.
Zuma, we might need to organize a bunch of homeless guys as stakeholders to run and take over that NC.

MEMO TO THE "ZUMA DOGG, ESQUIRE",
Couple of thought lines here.
First, Bradley was an "AL GORE" supporter. who remembers the 2000 debate where Gore stalked Bush from behind. All that was missing was the audible "SIGHING".
Second, maybe "BRADLEY GORE" was channeling O.J. stalking his ex old lady. BTW, today is the anniversity of the "DOUBLE MURDER" on Rockingham.

There's no way to remove Bradley. He helped organize the NC originally and write the bylaws and made sure it was virtually impossible to remove a board member, especially an officer. This NC's bylaws have NO recall mechanism, little if any grievance process, and only holds elections every two years - not one year like manye others (which head-up-the-ass city attorney approved these bylaws, for an elected position handling taxpayer money, but with no 'off' switch?).

For this meeting, he VIOLATED the Brown Act once again.
Bradley sent out the public notice for this meeting at 3:41pm - the meeting took place THAT DAY at 5:30pm. (See below)
And of course, DONE, Carol Tharp does nothing on this matter or about GPNC misdeeds.
And, this meeting was a waste of time for all who went (except for Bradley and his band of fascists).

Bradley's just getting started. He's got a two year council seat and at least a year as chairperson (two, easily), plus all the DONE-ies, past and present greet him with hugs and kisses, and look the other way when he acts up.
Hell, this little dick-tater-tot hasn't even decapitated his first former co-conspirator, yet. Although any day now, one or more of the cadre of church people that got him elected is going to be forced to ask "WWJS" (who would Jesus support?), and start running for what's left of the hills.
This is the convenient marriage of two cults - the cult of Bradley and the cult of Victory Outreach.
Unless or until Bradley or VO decides to dole out the Kool Aid, they are as imbedded in the Neigbhborhood Clowncil like herpes and Paris Hilton.
I mean, I know being involved on your local NC is important, and all. And it is called, "stakeholder", so there is nothing wrong with taking an active role and being passionate about wanting to participate. BUT MAN...would Bradley/E.B.E. REALLY be getting all worked up, and act so freakishly nervous, just over a little old NC meeting, that doesn't even have a vote.
YOU DON'T GET THAT NERVOUS ABOUT COMMUNITY INPUT MEETINGS THAT DOESN'T EVEN HAVE AN OFFICIAL VOTE!?!? Can you imagine what the NEXT layer of this onion looks like? Wonder if three Councilmembers are just as nervous.
