Good morning Captian Jack and Champan the Privateer...(Straightens out ski cap and adjusts sunglasses)

ITEM NO. (2) - Motion Required - Applicant consents to a continuance to June 6, 2007 07-1154 CD 11 APPEAL filed by Xenon Investment Corporation (Representative, Benjamin M. Reznik ā€“ JMBM) from the entire decision of the West Los Angeles Area Planning Commission in overturning the decision of the Deputy Advisory Agency in approving Vesting Tentative Tract (VTT) No. 64342, and thereby disapproving VTT No. 64342 for the proposed construction of an 11-unit condominium conversion project for property at 816 South Bundy Drive, subject to Conditions of Approval. Applicant: Xenon Investment Corporation VTT 64342-CC-2A (Representative, Benjamin M. Reznik ā€“ JMBM)

Oh no...I hope someone isn't running out of juice with the new Planning Dept.

Zuma,

That (7:11am) means it went throught the Neighborhood council and denied; went to area planning and denied, now it is asking the councilman to overide everyone else.

On LA file index bring up by 816 and look up the documents to give you more info.

If they are refusing vesting to a section it looks like they changed the soundranding area which may change it from residential to multiple or commercial.

Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen (removes hat and bows low):

Zuma lad, are you about? Glad to see you have picked up some drawing room manners for, if you will, a gentleman always makes a proper obeisance to the room before making his marks unlike some we know who just step up and start speaking since no oppornity to address the room in any situation should go to waste, savvy?

So there was a firm NO by the local NC, and a firm NO by the local area planning committee. Now there is a Pretty Please Clowncilmember because I donated to your campaign or because I was a guest at one of YOUR parties, savvy? A request to override everyone else is not made purely because the developer has a kind heart and truly thinks that this development will be an improvement to the neighborhood. More than likely the request was made to build the property and flip it for a handsome profit. Now all that is needed is a CM who owes the developer a favor to override the firm NO already made by two other agencies.

A wise man would look to see to whom favours are owed by said Clowncilperson, and whether or not said developer was entertained, savvy?

(Sighs) Shall I remind you of a prediction I made earlier in the year about someone at the state level being urged by colleagues to do the right thing? Go back and re-read some resolutions, savvy?

And may I say Cpt....during my general public comment today, EVERYONE was paying attention, quite intentley...and seems like everyone was aware of what i was talking about...and I kept it kinda inside talk --- maybe not everyone at home knew...but all the right people did.

ZD, you are the Al Gore of Los Angeles.

He took credit for inventing the Internet and several other similar stupid claims; and you try to take credit for everything that happens in Los Angeles.

2:44pm,

I have a long way to go before I can be full of myself, cause I'm way too broke and hungry...how how full of myself can I be, until I get a little paycheck for some of this. So again, it's more of an issue of ZD's "Under Dogg" complex. (Such low self esteem, I'm shocked I keep stumbling onto things...like how could "I" be the one finding this stuff? You would think some other media outlets would be covering it...so it's insecurity, more than anything. But, I've chilled, quite a bit on the ZD promo, if you think about it.

SO HERE'S ONE OF THOSE THINGS I CAN'T BELIEVE NO ONE IN THE CITY HAS COVERED...

It's a piece of the puzzle Cpt. Jack has been throwing out there.

And my bat computer came back with a U.S. District Court jury decision in favor of PLAINTIFF, over way worse things than dog food, at LAPD.

I'm gonna blog the story now.

SO CAPT. JACK...ZD HAS FIGURED IT OUT, PERHAPS: There are people in various depts across the City who will be proving in a Federal Court, how rampant a certain type of violation occurs throughout the City. AKA: BIGGEST CITYWIDE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT EVER, Y'ALL...

So Jack, there are two separate stories here:

a) the burnell, wyenwood, and all that 3 CM construction stuff -- that'll drag the whole planning dept, probably housing, and whatever else into the mix.

b) a bunch of folks like ruby, lucille, no-overtime guy, maybe some other folks waiting to sing in the wings, AND this jury award of mucho dinero for way worse treatment than dog food you didn't even eat.

Right...they are not related?

BUT back to a)...mr nfl and his cahoots pal, show up in the same expense circles (and project circles) as the superbowl sunday crew?

[no picture, was on wrong account and didn't want to change accounts.]

Xenon Investment Corporation (Representative, Benjamin M. Reznik ā€“ JMBM) works for JMBM, a registed lobbyist company according to the Ethics Commission 2007 Lobbying Registrations. A powerful company who put a team together to reviewed documents in 1,000 document batches and sifted through almost 50 million pages of electronic records locating essential documents that led to a verdict more than $500 Million. Iā€™m envious.

Zuma Dogg: Xenon Investment Corporation owners should be in prison. They have violated, and continue to violate, just about every law on the books. We should know, we've had the rotten luck to have them buy us, run our building into the ground, use every means of landlord intimidation, harassment possible, and INSTRUCT their hired employees (on-premises managers) in staff meetings to ignore tenants issues, refuse to respond to various legitimate requests. They refuse security deposits on baseless grounds, forcing tenants to take them to court. The owners are famous for saying "sue us." They have been taken to City Hall in West Hollywood for 27 violations and found guilty by an arbitrator on most of the violations. The owners stated "WE are in the business of real estate, not people." They are slum"dog"lords of a despicable kind and should be investigated. There are enough tenants up and town the coast that could provide actual evidence, pictures etc, that could put them away where they belong. No wonder they hired Reznik/JMBM -- one of the family member co-owners stated in a public arena, "No one can touch us, we are protected." And they have a D rating with the National Business association they are registered with? Something needs to happen here.

We rent from Xenon through their management company Westside Habitats. It's a joke. They take their time for repairs. Never followup. Show up at your door without notice. Some of their staff are so rude and incompetent, you would think they were hired for that purpose. We're constantly checking in with the city about their practices.
