Would it be wrong of me to say that this would be a good place for Maxine W. in her later years?

Great story in LA Times by STeve Hymon on those moron council members wasting tax payer money on their presentations every Friday. They spend sometimes over an hour on ONE person. Then all of them have to speak and grandstand. I'm so glad Smith and Weiss are putting forth a motion to stop this bs. and get business done.

Did any of you view Kerry pushing Villaraigosa off the podium during a media rally against Prop 75?

My interpretation was, "This question is too difficult for you, get out of the way!"

What nerve Kerry had for doing such a thing! Villaraigosa can handle the press, oops the TROLLS.

RE: VILLARAIGOSA

"If you can't say no to your friends and supporters, you don't deserve to be mayor," James said. "Jim Hahn's never said no to his contributors."

Campaign spokesman Nathan James said the councilman never discussed airport concessions during his Miami fund-raisers.

Mayor Sam and Frank.

You guys are geniuses! You had me fooled.

(Claps hands and shouts 'Bravo!!!')

Using Maxine Waters so people can vent their frustrations and emotions yet have them forget that Mayor Villaraigosa is helping to push another school bond to LA voters in the special election.

Anon 10.09- I agree. It was outrageous, and where is ethics on this one? And that bitch Laura Chick, who only investigates selected people...

Yep, those concessioners just gave him money because they thought he was a nice guy and would be a good mayor. They had no thoughts of LAX concessions.

And if you believe that, I have a bridge in LA for you to buy. Opps, hope Richard Murello reads this blog. He'll buy it up immediately.

NO ONE is voting for the school bond for LAUSD. Jose has built enough schools, and made enough campaign money. AV is only supporting it because he's running for governor, "because the people want him too" will be his line, and he needs their money now. It's never about the kids...people are moving out of LA, anyone who can afford it are putting their children in private schools.
