As we know from the "audit for media coverage" endeavors of Mayoral Candidate and City Controller Wendy "The Villara Greuel", uncovering "Waste, Fraud and Abuse" in the Public Sector, is not an inexpensive undertaking (especially when political capital is at stake).

But for us as mere bloggin crusaders of openness and transparency, the cost of uncovering nefarious abuse of public funds is not cheap.

As documented here at Mayor Sam, the stonewalling by CD 14 City Councilman Jose Huizar, in regards to ascertaining past usage of CLARTS Fund proceeds, has been an arduous journey.

Thus, as City Controller Wendy Greuel's staff has now finally develop the program to process our requested information, we ask for your Pal Pal support.
