The Villar Greuel does the "Cut and Paste Barrio" of Boyle Heights
The Villar Greuel stands with the men of Mayor Antonio Villar's Machine.
The Villar Greuel does not shy away from the men of Mayor Villar's Machine.
Hola and great early Saturday morning from the "Cut and Paste Barrio" of Boyle Heights.
By now the alarms should have sounded for those associates of the "connected non-profits/CBO organizations such as "El Centro de Ayudo", "Inner City Struggles", "ELACC", "Legacy LA" and "Girls Today, Women Tomorrow" and the "Boyle Heights Wolfpack", who's future public funding, is predicated on them showing up in mass, to pay homage to the third term incarnation of the Mayor Antonio Villar Machine, Mayoral Candidate City Controller Wendy"The Villar Greuel".
The Villar Greuel is opening a Boyle Heights Campaign Office at 1868 E. First Street (** Please beware of speeding, tailgating black Toyota Highlander on First Street if attending), with Assembly Speaker John Perez and "Dear Charro, Princeton Graduate" CD 14 City Councilman Jose Huizar, shilling for the third term incarnation of the Mayor Villar Political Machine.
At this early hour, I don't want to tarnish breakfast with the visual thoughts of the Boyle Heights CD 14 cast of characters that are bound to be in attendance. Mago, Sal, Juan, Raul, the Del Pozo Sisters and all the assembled "threes of loyalty" from throughout CD 14. Plus, who knows if even the former Mayor James Hahn mouthpiece Rolando "THE BIG O" Cuevas may grace the proceeding with former Huizar staffer Gustavo Valdivia, passing the contribution bag among the crowd?
But in the spirit of being graceful to a community visitor, we have this special gift for the Villar Greuel. Like the Villar Greuel, we share her desire in uncovering "waste, fraud and abuse" Thus, we present this California Public Records Request regarding the status of the CD 14 Central Los Angeles Refuge Transfer Station Amenities Fund (CLARTS Fund).
Dear City Controller Wendy Greuel,
Under the rights accorded me under the California Public Records Act. I am requesting the following documentation.
First, I am requesting the current balance of the CD 14 Central Los Angeles Refuge Transfer Station Amenities Fund (CLARTS Fund).
Second, I am requesting documentation of all expenditures and transfer of funds to others accounts from the CLARTS Fund, dating back to January 1, 2007.
Third, I am requesting an itemized accounting of expenditures which denotes persons or organizations that received funding originating from CLARTS Fund allocations since January 1, 2007.
I look forward to your timely response as predicated under the California Public Records Act.
With respects,
Scott Johnsonredspotincd14@yahoo.com
We feel that the Villar Greuel would agree with us that openness and transparency in regards to the status and itemization of all CLARTS Fund related expenditures, is not a once in a reelection year proposition or something to ignore. Thus, we look forward to sharing with our cyber audience and CD 14 constituents her response.
Your thoughts ..............
