This puts him into a level 3 or 4 prison; no country club Fed for Madoff.
Now they go after the wife, the brother and the two spoiled brat sons.
Madiff has not been cooperating, so expect the pressure to ratchet up until he finally tells them where the rest of the oney is hidden.

not long enough... apparently this ponzi scheme is small potatos compared to the wall street, government, and the federal reserve ponzi scheme. bill HR1207 now has 247 co-sponsors in hopes of auditing the fed. if it goes through madoff will look like a piker.
Madoff is just one who got caught.
How much is the big swearing in celebration costing the city? Word is every council member got 100 tickets EACH. That's not counting all the Mayor's homies. Can David Z include in his story the hundreds of thousands this is costing.
Hang Madoff from his scrotum. Why should tax payers pay for his criminal activity and house the bastard in a high security prison. Another solution is to make dog food out of people like Madoff.
