Update on Today's Arraignment...
Well you know it was another postponement! Next scheduled arraignment is now, September 10, 2008. The Defense Attorney, Jorge Guzman asked for a postponement. The District Attorney's Office agreed.
The District Attorney's Office will focus on Special Circumstance charges being added. We'll meet with them next week.
