Dear FEDERAL INVESTIGATORS, Can You Please Look Into LAANE/CRA/Councilmembers Over Fraud and Conflicts Over LA City's "Affordable Housing" SCAMS!!!

Some dumb smart-ass thinks it's OK to abuse Federal money for their own PROFIT in the (profitable) "non-profit" affordable housing SCANDAL! MASSIVE CONFLICTS. MASSIVE ABUSE.

Anonymous pussy said...OOOOOOH!, Zuma says it is over! I bet Garcetti, Huizar, Reyes and Weissass are shaking in their boots. There is not threat more emptier than a threat from Zuma - what a dumbass.

Alright dumbass, let's see how empty my efforts are now that you just caused me to post a new thread. STAY TUNED ALL THIS WEEKEND TO MAYOR SAM FOR EVEN MORE.

HEY PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH AND THE FEDERAL INVESTIGATORS IN WASHINGTON, D.C.

WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW LAANE/CRA/VILLARAIGOSA and LOS ANGELES CITY COUNCIL TO ABUSE YOUR MONEY LIKE THIS!?!?

D.C.: CALL ME (310) 928-7544 or email zumadogg@gmail.com for the entire story. (Including stuff I haven't posted because I don't have documentation, but the UNITED STATES FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CAN EASILY GET TO THE BOTTOM OF IT.)

PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH...DON'T LET A BUNCH OF CORRUPT, CRIMINALLY-BEHAVING SELL-OUTS MAKE A MOCKERY OF YOUR SYSTEM!!! HAVEN'T YOU HEARD THE WAY ANTONIO VILLARAIGOSA RUNS THIS TOWN??? (Did you see "The Godfather" or "Chinatown"?) How about that guy Hsu who was working for the Clinton/Villaraigosa team!

FEATURED COMMENT:

Anonymous said...Zuma, Is it possible the Hsu is a front (throught his Ponzi scheme) for money laundering for the City, State and Federal cabals? Thats a hell of a lot of money to scam people. It would be a good place to "launder" money.

PRESIDENT BUSH...SEND SOME FOLKS TO LOS ANGELES CITY HALL...YOU'LL FIND MUCH WORSE THAN HSU!!!

Don't be a wuss, ZD... just pick up the freakin' phone and call the Feds. Investigations are "complaint-driven," and we're not talking about whining on blogs here.

If you have the goods, drop the dime.

If not, stop squealing like a pot-bellied pig.

'Morning sots (tips hat):

Will my one Five who lives in Mt. Washington please call me at my office? I know you take the Gold Line and I want to be sure you're okay. Nothing personal, but we need you for the race on Saturday. (Whispers) Today the part of Jack Sparrow is being played by the quartermaster, savvy?

the penny just dropped over Grand Ave.

I was just browsing the Forbes US rich list where you currently need at least ONE thousand million dollars, yes, a thousand million, to make it. (get yourself a million, then 999 MORE at least).

guess who comes in at #46 with 7,000 million?

the 'philanthropist' who's 2000 million dollar downtown project isn't feasible but for City tax breaks to the tune of a mere 60 million.

Besides the proposed tax breaks, government agencies are providing the land, investing in street improvements and subsidizing affordable housing in the project.

if we're giving them all that, why do this guy's hotels get the tax break to the detriment of airport hotels and others.

oh yeah, I forgot, we're attracting people downtown.

I hope the infrastructure can handle everyone.

big shiny new police station, but we're struggling to find cops.

5 and 10 freeways are choked all day.

expanding skid row.

it wouldn't be that bad if the housing was really truly and actually affordable. but once the front end loader backs away with it's cut, and even with all the public subsidies, I still bet most people will consider these unaffordable.

Hey, thanks for the tip, Zumma; I'll send in a team immmediately.

I've been wondering what to do, and now that I have your guidance, I can act.

Do you have time to regularly advise me, like you do for Zev, the City Council , the BOS and the LAUSD?

I know you are really busy taking the bus everyday, and all, but I need your advice, too.

I truly appreciate your taking time to help out here in Washington.
