Free Paris!

UPDATE: Paris Hilton is headed for a courtroom showdown Friday that could put her back behind bars, as prosecutors sought to hold sheriff's officials in contempt for releasing her early from jail.

In honor of Paris Hilton busting out of the slammer, I thought some of you might like to start your weekend with our now legendary Mayor V-Paris Hilton video. That's hot!

Paris will be touring the jail system again today.

First, back to court, then back to the jail ward at LA County Jail.

Have a nice trip, Paris, come back next year.

Motto: If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.

Gotta give credit to Rocky and his city attorney who filed yesterday to get her butt back to court this morning. LA lost millions in federal money for transit. Antonio screwed up big time.

...Instead, the application submitted by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority on behalf of local agencies requested money only to help pay for a study of congestion pricing...The MTA is headed by county Supervisor Gloria Molina.
...But one critic of the application shortfall expressed his disappointment with a co-chairman, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, who has repeatedly vowed to lobby the state and Washington for more money to fight gridlock and expand mass transit..."The mayor really missed the boat," said Bob Poole, director of transportation studies for the Reason Foundation, a Los Angeles-based libertarian think tank. .."They submitted something that didn't respond to the criteria" that the Department of Transportation "clearly set out, and it's really a shame, because I can't imagine how Los Angeles wouldn't have been a finalist with a credible application," Poole said...News that Los Angeles had lost out in the federal competition came early in the day when U.S. Secretary of Transportation Mary E. Peters announced that nine other large metropolitan areas — including New York, San Diego, San Francisco and Denver — were semifinalists in a competition for $1.1 billion in federal assistance. The money will be divided among up to five winners to be announced in August.

Villaraigosa's press office did not even know about the announcement until officials there were told by a Times reporter. In his nearly two years in office, the mayor has not taken a firm stance on congestion pricing, although he has lobbied hard for other transportation funds.

Of course Gloria Molina only authorized to do a "study". The firm she uses to do studies is Barrio Planners in East L.A., guess who is on the payroll, Ron Martinez Gloria's husband and Antonio's best man.

Hey ZD, feed this into your bat computer - Barrio Planners or Frank Villalobos, find out how much they have gotten in MTA cotracts. By now they probably formed another corportation - I think it might be Eas L.A. Transit Partners = or something like that. Follow the money, it will always lead back to these people.

Last time we "freed Paris," thousands of American lives were lost and their whole country developed a nasty arrogant attitude towards us, in return for the kindness.

Won't we ever learn?

Call me crazy but didn't Zuma post that Ruby Vera who use to work for Ed Reyes was suing him? Well, imagine my surprise when I see her standing right next to him in city council today getting some certificate for the Philipino community. Zuma, what is going on??

Last month the world saw L.A. via the MacArthur Park "melee", and our police department Today, the world is seeing L.A. via the Paris Hilton insanity, and our court system...

Ain't no amount of p.r. or marketing that could offset the kind of impressions of the City of the Angels that this stuff engenders to travelers and to the business community who might be interested in coming here...

You're right, with all this bad publicity, it may take 10-12 years for L.A. to add that 5th million instead of 15-20.

Bitchin' weather trumps all. And, the effete elite from the east will still keep coming here in droves, honking their horns and looking down their noses at L.A. because they think they're smarter than the natives.

But, we got here first - so in reality that just means they're more timid, not smarter.

How pathetic the media trucks followed Paris handcuffed in a Sheriff's car to the court. The media trucks also followed Reggie the alligator to LA Zoo. The zoo is the media whores. I bet Antonio who is in Palmdale bringing in air planes is mad he's not part of this int'l story. I hope Baca gets in big trouble for doing this and over stepping the judge. What's sad is gang bangers get out of jail early thanks to Baca and no one cares.

PARIS SENT BACK TO JAIL TO SERVE OUT HER ENTIRE 45 DAY SENTENCE.....NEVER EVER CROSS A JUDGE.....NOW ITS BACA'S TURN

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Paris Hilton was taken from a courtroom screaming and crying Friday seconds after a judge ordered her returned to jail to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.
"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience

What an f-ing role reversal. So much for all those hard-assed cops complaining that liberal, bleeding heart judges turn all their collars loose. Look no further than your own boss cop, ladies and gents.

Baca's a pussy.

Hey Lee. You want to know what's really HOT? Google 'Joe Arpaio' and 'Maricopa County' and see how he handles overcorwding.

Tents in the desert is WAY hot! Maybe one of Ms. Hilton's designer friends can whip her up something with silk flaps and solid gold tent stakes.

I'm telling you there's something freaky about the men and women on council. Rumor is Zine is bi and now with what Garcetti who needs to come out fo the closet is saying its obvious. Straight men don't say stuff like that.

No, straight men who are secure in their sexuality wouldn't have a problem kidding around like that.

Homophobes and self-loathing or closeted gay guys would.

There's a big difference between Baca and his sheriff's. Baca spent $10 million for that private plane and remember how he pissed off the county supervisors when he released way too many inmates to send them a message. I hope Rocky doesn't let up on Baca and helps get him a contempt order. Is anyone thinking like I am that maybe the Hilton's promised Baca a lot of dinero $$$$$$ to get their little princess out of jail? It didn't work did it Lee?

Divide and Conquer
How the radical left has succeeded in creating class warfare in America.
How the Paris Hilton issue holds a mirror up to America
and the ugly truth of what we see.

Like an evil and corroding thread class envy and jealousy now permeates the American psyche. The ugly truth has surfaced into the light of day as a result of the Paris Hilton saga. From the first out bust at the MTV Awards to the conversation around the water cooler, the vile and disturbing reality escalated to a point where the truth was undeniable.

A rich, white, spoiled debutant was getting her just rewards and was going to be not only held accountable, but was going to be used to set an example to the rest of them and we loved it.

The initial delight and satisfaction of her sentence could be heard on radio and television shows throughout the nation.

The glee and sarcasm was short lived. When news broke that Ms. Hilton was released to home arrest, the ground swell of anger swept the nation as if a title wave had come aground in Santa Monica.

In spite of a system which released 47,000 criminals early last year and a Hispanic Actress who only served only four hours and twenty minutes of a 60 day sentence for probation violation, we are going to focus on this 26 year old young girl to get our revenge.

Stop! Think about it and ask yourself; why are you so angry at Paris Hilton?

Were you even aware such feelings lurked within you? Who put them there? Will this Us vs. Them hatred serve us well as we face the challenges ahead for America?

Those who would see this country destroyed are smiling today. They have succeeded in turning Americans against each other based on class envy and hatred.

Now ask your self who was the last person to turn people against each other to divide and conquer? First it was the Jews, the Gays, the Gypsies and then it was the world.

Why are you so angry at Paris Hilton?

i never could stand paris, and her "wanting to be a role model to young girls" makes me barf. Her lines of perfume should be Slut and Stupid, not just Paris and Heiress...

But there is a real medical ER when people are prone to panic attacks like she supposedly has: the heart races, you can't breathe, feel like you're going to die, hyperventilating and that can cause actual shortage of oxygen that leads to death. It's usually triggered by a traumatic time when you were or felt you were suffocating, and then trauma brings it back. I know, cuz I was almost literally suffocated by a scumbag high-priced B H oral surgeon during what was supposed to be a routine root canal, but the air- impermeable film with only a small slit, bolted to my teeth no less, really deprived me of oxygen after almost two hours, and the asst. got the think stuck in my mouth too. Before I was never afraid to fly, but not the panic attacks occur on plans, any closed-in space where I can't get up and leave...

BUT the idiot deserved punishment for going 80 on Sunset w/ her lites off, she could have killed someone.
Just put her in the gen'l dorms.

And who pays for all the stuff she and her other idiot friend wreck on their "We're destructive spoiled brats and we revel in it" show?

Good e.g. for young girls, Paris.

How on earth did she get off, and why didn't she have insurance? Can't they afford it? And this guy has to drag stupid Paris back for a full term, just to put down Baca? Is he running for Sheriff when termed out?
