Will use this thread to post updates throughout the day. A lot of info flying in. I'm busier than Global-Knowledge opposition research. I'm very intrigued by Glassell Park NC's Paula Bagasao/Bagaso/Bagasso. A former Bill Clinton appointee as Head of IT. YIKES! She took that knowledge and opened "Global-Knowledge". (Sounds like a guerilla warfare, international opposition research network -- alot like ZD! No wonder I'm intrigued.)

ED REYES' LINCOLN HEIGHTS: Oh no...The SHADY LH Neighborhood Council story, posted last night, cause some new folks in the area to contact the ZAP Bat Phone this moring to pile on some of the REALSEST going on in the "Threat to Public Safety" Councilmember's district. I think what Lincoln Heights needs is an new restuarant and alcohol bar, with 150 video games, inside -- open to minors. And I think the best way to keep those video games busy, is to set the bar/video arcade AS CLOSE TO SCHOOLS AS POSSIBLE...AS A MATTER OF FACT HOW ABOUT PLACING IT DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE SCHOOL (and very, very close to other schools, as well) and make sure the school door's practically flow right into the bar enterance. And don't mix business with pleasue ED! And don't spend City funds on condoms. That's not allowed on your expense report, even if you are using them for people you are doing City business with. AND STOP HAVING THE SAME GUY FROM SAN DIEGO DO ALL OF YOUR "Business Improvement District" (BID) reports at $50,000 a pop. All he's doing is handing in the same pre-printed form. [MORE ON REYES' LINCOLN HTS THIS AFTERNOON. THE PUEBLOS ARE PISSED...AND THEY DISCOVERED ZD ON MAYOR SAM...(You lose, Carl Miller.)

NOTE FROM ZUMA DOGG: Although the pueblos are coming down hard on Bradley, Paula and the Glassell Park/Silverlake/Eagle Rock "In Cahoots Crew", for their rancid mix of Jan Perry/Jack Weiss behavior -- the story is really about loopholes. They are only a talented bunch, of organized folks, with no ethics who are using the system as allowed. This is about DONE/BONC/CITYCOUNCIL/VILLARAIGOSA deciding whether they want to close up those loopholes. So touche Glassell Cahoots Crew...we're obviously not rolling over on this one, and it is only your pomposity that unraveled all this...but let's rember the goal: REFORM!

Shady, fraudulent condos going up in MARINA DEL REY (Maxell & Lincoln area) ALLEGED SCHEME EXPOSED BY PROJECT WORKER!
How do I know? A construction worker birdie in the area told me. (Gotta love MTA!) Look how shady fraud, waste and abuse presents itself, everywhere I turn. No wonder I'm also so cranky.
And yes, it is these workers who told me condos were going up along Venice Boardwalk/Coffee Bean and Tea Leaves were going in. (They were right!)
It is these crews that told ZD those small Venice condos were $1.5 million each. They were right! And now...
THE ENTIRE F*ING CITY HAS A PROBLEM IF THIS IS TRUE...CAUSE THIS WITNESS TESTIFIES THAT THIS CONDO-TRIFECT WAS APPROVED AS LOW-INCOME APARTMENT RENTALS (to cheap out on the materials like copper pipes, cause they got state and city entitlement money) -- BUT THEY ARE ALREADY SIGN, SEALED AND DELIVERED AS LUXURY CONDOS AS HIGH AS $15,000 A MONTH -- THAT'S ONLY AFFORDABLE TO RICH PEOPLE FLYING IN FROM ASIA TO BUY THE PROPERTY!!! It's called a "flip, y'all"...and it's an international housing scheme using city and state money and cahootsing it up with the mayor and city council...ON THE MUTHERPHUGHING REALEST...And again...this way too freindly over-talker HAD to let me know way too much about himself, until he said, he's in "construction" (as a worker) -- and I told him I am intersted in that topic, and the rest is about to be history:

Ever hear of the rumor mill? It is jerks like you who have nothing to do that cause these false rumors to get started. Do your due diligence and show us the facts.
Give us the address, the owner, the developer, the agency that funded the alleged low income housing, etc.
Don't waste our time with what some other grunt tells you.

Remember, low, very low and very, very low income are catagories of income which allow a developer to ask and receive, Federal, State, County and City funds for development. Most developers can get away with 5%, 10% or 15% of the units developed for low income. However, if you build 50 units; only 1,to 5 are for low income. Low income is not $1,150 per month per unit.
Low to very, very low income is $10,000 to $13,000 per year nd up to $24,000 for a family. How can someone make $1,300 a month and pay $1,150 for rent.
Either change the amount given to developers or insist that a full %25 to 50% of the units must be for low income.
