The City: Using eminent domain to bring the Dodgers a winner.

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa should table his idea for taking over the city’s troubled public schools.

Today, on his desk on the third floor of City Hall, sits a proposal for the institution that needs even more attention than the Los Angeles Unified School District.


It is a proposal for the city’s takeover of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
