Not to Be Outdone, CD 11 Steps Up to the Plate

Not to be outdone by the mayoral slime throwers who have been dominating the local political scene, CD 11 throws us a gem today via the LA Times.
Campaign manager Rick Taylor cited a news release from Cal State Dominguez Hills that said Rosendahl was a "distinguished lecturer." Rosendahl said he teaches two classes. "I am a distinguished visiting professor," he said, calling Taylor's challenge "sleazy."

While it hardly compares with Mayor Poopy's slime gun, if they are already arguing these small details with this much BS, there should be quite a show in the near future.

I'm sure there's a lot more dirt out there than this, so let's here it. Let the comments begin...

Well, as a resident of the district (Playa del Rey) who has seen the two candidates speak a few times, I can't say I am surprised by Krisiloff. She has been going negative for months now. I wish politicians would stop this crap. Tell me what you're going to do for the district. Move on!

Rick Taylor is the last person to be speaking on anything. He's the one who did the Measure A campaign and put a wrong heading of crime to scare people. The LA Times caught him.

He also was the one who scared voters away especially on the Westside with that stupid woman 911 commercial. It was horrible.

Oh please! Bill Rosendahl has been an executive for the corrupt and bankrupted Adelphia Cable company. He's been a cable industry slut for more than 20 years. He's done nothing but lobby for the cable industry and wants voters to believe he's somehow been a professor all this time. That's deceptive and sleazy. Interesting how there's not one mention of his lengthy career as an executive in the cable industry on his website. C'mon, Bill, live up to what you've been and not what appeals to voters! But maybe he's afraid voters will learn the truth.

According to the Breeze, he teaches two courses at an accredited university, has done so for over a year, is a member of the adjunct faculty, and the university has given him the title of professor. And the City Clerk has accepted the designation as valid.

Meanwhile, Krisiloff's own designation has been "under review" by the City Clerk since Monday. Interesting.
