barnstorm!Red County reports that the LA City Council plans to "go to war" with State Senator George Runner. Wednesday, the Council will consider a resolution to oppose Runner's Safe Neighborhoods Act on the November ballot that will eliminate bail for criminal illegal aliens and stiffens penalties for gang involved crimes.
