ANOTHER Hot Sheet?
WTF?
Why bother having a blog if you do Open Threads half the time, and Red Spot childishness the rest?

President Obama insists he is not emotionally detached from the economy.
I'm not so sure I believe him.
Who would?

OK, it's an open thread, so what about the growing Trutanich LieGate scandal involving Carmen The Clown's bogus campaign to fool people into thinking he's besieged by law enforcement to run for DA. Sheriff Baca signed off on an email where he claims Trutanich "Busted" a notorious gang, but the Met News Enterprise questions the veracity of that claim.
Trutanich's grandstanding exceeds that of his predecessor Rocky Delgadillo, and is clearly becoming an issue of credibility for the wanabe Top Cop.
Met News also outs former Trutanich "top aide" as the source of the expose, Et Tu Rumpole?

Beirut as a sister city of Los Angeles?
Hard to say which city is in worse shape.
At least Beirut doesn't have Tony V. That's one up on us.
Maybe AEG can build the stadium there.
