Los Angeles Politics Hotsheet for Tuesday
This blog has chronicled for sometime the controversy around the Autry National Center's takeover of the Southwest Musuem. Now it appears the matter could lose a significant grant for the Autry.
The City of Los Angeles made a big stink over Arizona's immigration reform law by enacting a "boycott" of the Grand Canyon State. One year later the boycott has had minimal impact, the City continues to do business with Arizona based firms and has done nothing about implementing the boycott. In the meantime, the US Supreme Court has upheld Arizona's law which severely punishes businesses who hire illegal aliens.

Ah yes....John & Ken. We'll always remember how they pushed Schwarzenegger down our throats everyday on the radio. I'll never forget how they trashed and ridiculed the women who claimed Schwarzenegger sexually harrassed them. They publically called one of those women a whore. They also claimed Gray Davis was the worst Governor in the history of California, and that the Terminator would do a fantastic job. Thanks for your Schwarzenegger "legacy," John & Ken!

Among all Americans, Obama and Romney are knotted at 47 percent each, and among registered voters, the former governor is numerically ahead, 49 percent to 46 percent.
Who killed Bin Laden?
Romney sure didn't kill Bin Laden! Ironically, Romney belongs to a religion that....until the late 1970's, claimed black people are inferior because they are descendents of the evil Cain (as in Cain & Abel)
Mormons also wear magic underwear, have secret ceremonies in their temples and believe Jesus lives with thousands of wives on a planet called Golob (or Kolob)
Red Spot, there are 17 months before the election. An eternity in politics. Plus Hillary was ahead of Obama in polls through most of the 2008 primary.
Once the word gets out on what Mormons believe about blacks and Romney is toast.
Obama killed bin Laden and will end the wars that Bush started. Unlike Bush who is a walking hypocrisy, Romney is worse, a walking contradiction - on the two most important issues for right wingnuts, health care and immigration. We know about health care and it is just a matter of time before Romney becomes the poster boy for the Dream Act. Romney's father and grandfather were born in Mexico making him the highest profile anchor baby in this country. Soon word will get out on that compound in Mexico and their polygamy haven - it won't come across to Christian voters very well. BTW, have Christians decided to include Mormons in their fold?
Yeah, for those who hate Muslims and have always claimed Obama is a "secret" Muslim---what are they going to say about Mormons? Isn't it funny how the "birthers" have all crawled back into their dirty little hole in the ground? And NONE of my Republican friends or relatives praised Obama for having Bin Laden killed. Not ONE! But if a Republican President had done the job, they would have been thrilled and said how patriotic and "anti-terrorist" their President is.

So Anonynmous thinks black people are inferior? I guess that's the "fun" of being anonymous. Too cowardly to reveal his real identity.
Huizar once again missing in action. Southwest museum is in CD 14 yet, Ed Reyes is taking the lead. Sad
