Weiss' Gift to Developers
City Attorney candidate Jack Weiss will introduce a motion at Wednesday's Los Angeles City Council meeting that will represent a major gift to developers. Weiss' legislation will extend the expiration period of tract maps and entitlements for two years, twice as long as what recent state legislation calls for. Not bad for a Councilman cozy with developers who is in the political fight of his life.

This is not true.
What's not true? That creepy higby is not creepy and greasy?
I read the link because I live near UCLA and it says that it was a temp measure that didn't get the support of the needed majority of residents.

Weiss is terrible. It has been a real tragedy and a horror to have him as my CD 5 rep the last few years.
I was at City Council this morning and the last thirty minutes Weiss was sitting right next to the exit...literally crouched in the Olympic sprinters position... he wanted to get out of there so bad.
But Zuma and Matt Dowd and Arnold Saks kept delaying everything with comment cards.
I am certain Weiss hates all three of them.
(At least it looked that way to me....)

Jack isn't alone; we are all sick and tired of the time wasting Zuma Brigade, Dowd, Saks, Hunt et alia.
Do any of them understand that NOBODY is listening? Nobody. None. Nil. Nada.
At least Matt has a somewhat productive life; Zuma exists only to waste time and space.
Stop responding to his pleas for alms and he will disappear.
No one will miss him. No one.
Phil, if I had to listen to zuma dogg and Matt and Arnold Saks (who's taken to screaming into the mike like the dogg when his time is up and he's cut off) I'd make like a sprinter, too.
Especially after hearing you boast about your latest obscure Republican party activity.
Actually I'd use earplugs and pop a few valium, or plug in my iPod and just nod a lot like I was actually listening. Does anything they say actually require anything more than that?
