Villaraigosa: Esteban is a "Good Boy"

The son of former Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez has been arrested on suspicion of murder but Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa says of 19 year old Esteban Nunez  who's accused of the brutal murder of a San Diego college student, "He’s a great kid, a good boy."

However as pointed out by  the LatinoPoliticsBlog Esteban's now deleted MySpace page presented a different story, that of thug-like, classless, underage drinking youth out of control.  The blog was able to caputre many of the photos before the page was deleted.

Probably the least tasteless photo on the blog is that of Esteban in his baseball cap (along with the Mayor and the girl throwing the gang signs, classy) at the "re-marriage" of his parents, and yes you are right, this was after Fabian's affair with Mirthala.

Was it Mayor Villar who gave Good Boy Esteban his First Knife?
Sounds like Villar past history.
Making a statement that Esteban is a good boy, demostrates what poor judgement the mayor still has. No wounder the city has budget and crime problems.
And he still insist on taking over LA Unified and having his man run the district. This was his plan the whole time.-He placed the new board members and president who don't know how to run the district or its budget.

It's Monica Garcia giving all cafeteria workers that extra 1/2 hour inorder to make the district to provide everyone with health insurance. meanwhile they have your children drinking water out of fountains that contain lead.

Hum sound like mayor villar when he gave all city workers a 25% payrise, then the city faced a deficet. Not to smart.

Mayor Villar asked for Clemency for Drug Dealer Vignali. He was a Good Boy he was only delivering 800 pounds of cocaine.

Perhaps He can get Esteban a Clemency Pardon from Obama, since he now has on his cabinet Hillery, Becerra, ,Mayorkas, and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder Jr. Let not forget Mayor Villar who is on his fancial transition team.
They all had to do with the Vignali Presidential Pardon.
One wounders if any drug money was involved in the Obama election.

Will Mirthala be the next White House Monica Louwinski? Or White House Press Secretary. ?

Will Fabian Also be appointed to Obama's Cabinet? and get Esteban pardon from his 187 MURDER?

It looks like Esteban is not quite the "good boy," Tony. This is another time that the Mayor would have been wise to AVOID COMMENT, but then, of course, he is nowhere near being "wise."

For 2:17pm, Villar's doing what he's paid to do, implicitly or explicitly through those campaign contributions, and that is simply to carry out favors for the highest bidders. The Vignali case is just an old example. Many fresh ones have happened.

The only way Tony will be heading to the White House is if he's booked himself into one of those tours of the place that let's in the public. Tony and the White House would be two mutually exclusive items. That's just another one of his "Dream with Me" themed subjects, and like most of those "dreams," something that will never happen. Oh, wait a second. Do they need toilets cleaned in D.C.? I stand corrected.

The Vignali case is in the news as Congressman Becerra was one of the politicians in on that letter writing move, with the motivations and goals now being examined during the vetting process for a place in the Obama administration. Obama doesn't want any smoldering fires brought in only to flare up later during his administration. That is why Tony's still on the sidelines.

By the way, Esteban has to be convicted first of all before any pardon would be possible. His case would be small potatoes compared to the release of a dealer of nearly 1,000 pounds of cocaine (and that was just the amount that he was CAUGHT with- you might imagine what amounts were transacted BEFORE then, unless he was nailed in his first venture).

2;14pm- "What?!!! Fabian also had an affair with Mirthala? That whore."

Where have YOU been? That's old news and technically, there's no affair if both parties are single, otherwise the people that fall into that description would be most everyone in the news.

And I have to come to Mirthala's defense, grudgingly so, but "It takes two to tango," applies here. Your statement seems to shift any blameworthiness to the woman. Is any single woman who has sex with a single man rightly called a "whore?" Again, lots more people would fall into this group.

You can't leave out the role of Villaraigosa, Nunez and back further, Avila, if there is are any reputations deserving to be besmirched in the pairings that were involved.

For all of the Mirthala associations, I think they were done sequentially, one relationship at a time over many years. Your comment makes it sound like there was this big gang bang going on, but I think the real facts are much more tame, not at all like an on-going bachelor party.

Both Villar and Fabian have extensive violent criminal records but this blog, along with the Times, pussy out when they should be disclosing this info.

Aren't we doomed to repeat the past if we don't it - Esteban is living proof of this.

Wow, I'm surprised you allowed that last post Higby - you might have a backbone afterall.

Let's try this:
Fabian arrested for assault with intent to cause great bodily injury:

Fabian arrested for brandishing a sawed off shotgun.

Villar arrested for stabbing a person at La Fonda with a box cutter. According to court records a box cutter was found at the scene.

June from the Venice room accuses Villar of cutting her with a box cutter in the attempted rape. She still has the scar.

Both these thugs got away with it or just got a slap on the wrist. No wonder Esteban Nunez thinks his dad can get him off on a self defense charge.

Karma is a motherfucker - just ask OJ.

The L.A. Times Reported today that the Judge Reduced the Bail For Esteban and his Gang, and that the Deputy D.A. DiCarlo scoffed at the letters submitted on behalf of the younger Nunez by family friends.

Did Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, Becerra and all the letter writter of support for the Drug Trafficker Vignali, which leads all the way up the OBAMA Cabinet write letters on his behalf `to Judge Szumowaski.

What anout the family of the MURDER VICTIM.

Why did the L.A. Times and the Reporter Tony Perry not disclose who were some of these family friends.
The same friends of Vignali, which the judge should not have given any weight to.

If Daddy Fabian, writes get out of jail letters for DRUG MONEY, does'nt the Judge think that DRUG MONEY will try to get JR.
out for MURDER.
