Report: Esteban Nunez Released From Jail
A search in the San Diego County Sheriff's database shows that Nunez (by using his booking number) is not being held as of 7:30 Tuesday evening.
Earlier in the day a judge reduced by half Nunez's $2 million bail.
So apparently it is still true that we have two systems of justice one for those who have privilege and power and one for those who don't.
But remember - as the Mayor says - Esteban is a "good boy."

Mayor Sam Higby better known as the Gaby hayes of Los Angeles Republicans is so racist yes Esteban is a good boy and is being set up because he is latino.
You should really look at the facts and know you know where all the readers are.
The only racist on this blog is Don Quixote.
Villar and Nunez Sr. belong in prison! They both started the Reconquista in LA...and their behavior is violent. Don't tell me that the illegal alien marches don't have violent undertones! Marching in the streets carrying Mexican flags; screaming racist epithets at Americans, i.e. "This is OUR land"; "Gringos must Die"; "Gringos go Home", etc.
What about the ski masks and gang signs???
Lil Fabian is just a wannabe gangbanger, but there is no question that he and his thug friends were looking for a fight that nite! They are a bunch of yellow bellied cowards, except when they are travelling in packs...like a bunch of wolves. They encircled this poor victim, taunted him, and eventually killed him!
Throw their brown asses in prison for life...their cold blooded killers!
9:54 can join DQ in the racist column as a counterbalance. The Nunez boy is surely not an angel, but neither is he representative of all youth of Latino ethnicities.
Lumping all the described ills to be represented by the son is not serving any rational debate, and I see that it probably wasn't even the goal. But the father and Tony are their own brand of slimy politicians who spent more time on careers than on family duties (o.k., there's my presumption).
The scenario of a single victim attacked by the Nunez group is really not what news reports have presented. There were several other victims with the deceased and all were attacked together. Apparently only Nunez & Co. were armed (knives). The defense theory being tossed about is a "self-defense" theme. They say one defendant was cut so the victims had to be "armed".
The other and more likely explanation could be that there was such a frenzied attack that the knife blades swinging around by the attackers accidentally cut one of these same attackers. If the victims were armed, they were unable to inflict any expected damage on the attackers.
There should be a trial, I'd say, before any sentences are effected.
I don't apologize for the adults offenders (aka politicians, Tony and Fabian) or the son and friends, but at least get a little more accuracy going. There's enough to criticize in that group without using slogans and stereotypes- they hide behind those same things anyway, claiming victimization, and you undermine your own position. Just an observation.

O.J. Simpson has been hired as a special consultant for the upcoming "murder by knife" trial of young cholito Nunez.
Don Quackers will also be part of the defense team, Don Q. will be in charge of playing the race card on as many blogs as possible. si se puede !!
